Loved our stay here - booked before it was open and we were really happy with our choice given there were no reviews at the time. Location is 10/10. Definitely difficult to find but once you've figured it out it's perfect for exploring Shibuya, Daikanayama, Nakameguro on foot and generally getting around Tokyo from Shibuya station. If you arrive by train - follow directions to Shibuya Stream and then take any crossing over the train tracks. Or if you're on the right side of the tracks already follow signs to Sakura Stage. There are signs from there. By taxi - I suggest printing the directions on the website as otherwise the carpark entrance is not where it's shown on googlemaps. The hotel itself is brand spanking new - everything is pristine. We took a larger room (King deluxe) which had a kitchen, sitting area, dressing room / walk in wardrobe and separate toilet / bathroom with washer&dryer. It was perfect to unpack and have space for 7 days. I also booked my father into a smaller room for a shorter stay, and it was as good - just more compact but with all the same amenities. Loved all the small touches - pyjamas were amazing and plenty of coathangers! The pool is fabulous - gym is adequate. Umbrellas by the entrance were essential as it rained so much during our stay. We used the washer/dryer multiple times. Shower pressure was great. Our room was very quiet and with blackout blinds we found it very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and fresh as long as you went early - a few days I went within 30 min of closing and there was not much left. There is a fridge full of ready meals / snacks by Picard and other international brands (champagne, chocolate etc) in the lobby if you need food at any time. Would highly recommend.
