"This hotel is very distinctive in an old building, so there is no new hotel equipment except the elevator, and even the door lock is an old key door lock. Breakfast is very good and worth trying. The room is spacious and hygienic, but I am not sure if all the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Our room is not, so the hotel has two fans in the room. "Very good hotel. Convenient location: there are tram stops nearby. In this hotel we rented a room similar to a small apartment. There is a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes). This was exactly what we needed. We wanted to live in Vienna, go to the store and cook our own food. The owner of the hotel is a responsive person. My plans changed several times and each time he met me halfway, for which I am so grateful to him."

"Modern, clean, in a central location, yet quiet (rooms to an inner court). Beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was great, with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereal and different types of bread and cheese/cold cuts. Team was friendly. I would definitely return. "

"The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again."

"We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. Location is great for seeing old town Vienna. Importantly, the hotel provided a taxi booking for a 4 AM departure to the airport. The staff were very helpful. This is a classic old-style hotel with character. We enjoyed the short time we had there."

"Hotel Ambassodor. Visited for a Christmas holidays. Excellent location, right in a center of pedestrian area in the center of old town. We had a suit on the sixth floor, under the roof with a view of St. Stefan. Two TVs, kitchen amenities, did not need to ask for a kettle. It was available along with coffee maker loaded with capsules. Excellent breakfast, Good service, clean suit. Quite satisfied."

"The room was spacious and nice. You can open five suitcases and there is a mart right in front.. It is quite far from the city center, but you can get to the opera in 10 minutes by subway. The wooden floor was a bit dirty.. There were no separate room slippers, so I had to wear socks.
