The ladies at the front desk were great, welcoming and helpful and accommodated several requests we had easily. Room was clean and comfy, facing the mountains with a great view of them. Breakfast was a typical but very good with all the HIE menu. There is a restaurant across the parking lot that is decent if you don't want to venture out. Warm cookies in the evening. Good overall experience here.
