酒店屬於公寓式酒店，進屋是地板，沒有地毯對潔癖更友好，白色帶暗花紋的床品非常乾淨乾爽，上樓須刷卡，比較安全，窗户可以打開的，通風透氣，住的很舒服。個人旅行很適合。距離同濟醫院不遠，步行可達。

位置不錯，距離青年路地鐵站很近，周圍小飯館燒烤超市甚至葯店都很多，房間設施齊全。經濟型賓館，各方面説的過去。入住需要按金100，退房時退還，房間在二樓，步梯，簡易的掛衣服勾4個有3個掉了頭。

房間很安靜，安保也不錯，每天都有人打掃，房間乾淨而且設施齊全，離大學不到10分鐘路程，樓下有很多飯店，前台態度也很好。

如果是衹睡一晚上這條評價可以不看。如果是兩晚及以上的住宿，這條評價必須看。首先前台的服務是沒什麼大問題的。電梯雖然簡陋但還説得過去。接下來是房間——整個房間衹有一扇對着樓道的小窗，房間隔音極差，隔壁刷視頻的聲音都能聽到，更不用説有人在走廊講話了，直接吵醒。如果是女生一個人住，我告訴你快逃！請多花點錢住點安全的酒店。房間門上的鏈條破舊，每天晚上有人從門縫裡塞黃色卡片進來！門口雖然有保安和刷房卡的機器但是統統都是擺設。床是彈簧床，坐着可以清晰的感受到彈簧的程度，睡着不舒服。而且床是正對着門的，非常奇怪可以説。被單也不太乾淨，有一些黑色的小顆粒。其他的設施不影響正常使用，還可以。
