The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. First of all, the hotel is very cost-effective, the location is great, and the breakfast is delicious It’s not good to say that the diamond bonus was not available at first. I asked them to check before they said it was available. The room upgrade showed confirmation, but there was no room on site. In the end, I was too lazy to bother and didn’t upgrade. It was said that check-out at 2 o’clock would take half an hour to clean. I want to say that I didn't know if I could clean it up in half an hour, so there were all kinds of hair in my room...the toilet wrench was still loose. However, given the price and age, if you are too demanding, don’t stay here.

This hotel is highly recommended, for many reasons. Firstly, the location is the best of any hotel in Wuhan, in the centre of Jianghan Road. Amazing food, shopping, beautiful art deco buildings, the waterfront, the Wansongyuan food district, two metro stations to go everywhere in Wuhan, were all within 10-15 minutes walk of this hotel. The customer service (24 hours reception, with English speaking staff) was exceptional as well, with the staff constantly doing everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Wuhan, and there is only one place you should stay - Dorsett Wuhan.

The location is relatively good, just on the pedestrian street, the surrounding area is lively, and the hotel staff are also very polite. The bathroom in the room smelled like it was stuffy. Get off at Exit C of Wuhan Metro Line 2 and walk 200 meters away. The original hotel has been newly renovated and the facilities are simple and clear, similar to those in Vienna. I booked a day in advance and paid 660 to bring breakfast. The breakfast on the 5th floor was really average. The beef noodles are not tasty. Not a lot of variety but still enough to fill you up! I found an ant on my bed at night when I went to sleep. Disinfection needs to be strengthened! Maybe it’s because it’s newly opened. There’s road construction going on downstairs and it’s super loud. However, the hotel’s soundproofing facilities serve as soundproofing facilities, but you can still hear it. This construction🚧It’s estimated that the road construction may not be completed in half a year. The sound of the electric drill is super loud. . In addition, the hotel only provides 8 hours of parking in the underground parking lot 🅿️. If you pay more than that, it is suspected to be 6 yuan an hour! Just like that!

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

The hotel is a 110-year-old building with a very distinctive retro decoration style. The geographical location is excellent. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Lihuangpi Road, Jiqing Street, Jiangtan, and Wuhan Pass Pier can all be reached on foot from the hotel. The hotel service and hygiene are very good, and the facilities are relatively complete. The curtains, lights, and TV in the room can be controlled by Xiaodu voice, and takeaways can be delivered to the door of the room by a robot.

The room is large and sunny, and the supplies are neat and tidy. All items are clean and hygienic. The curtains are electric to open and close, and the lights are controlled at the bedside. There is a USB charging port for convenient charging of mobile phones and uninterruptible power supply. There is a free parking lot downstairs and a food court. It is a five-minute walk from the subway station. It is very convenient. You can read and work on the sofa in the lobby. Datang has clean tables and chairs and free food and coffee.
