The room service is very thoughtful. Ibis lives in their home every time. The environment is very clean and the hardware facilities are good. If you have any problems, you can generally help to solve them at the front desk, and the environment style is in my heart.

The hotel is as comfortable as ever and the environment is great. The location is near the subway entrance and the transportation is convenient. It is convenient to go to Lintong Terracotta Army. The floor of the room is very clean, giving people a comfortable and tidy feeling. The shower room is large, the hot water pressure is sufficient, the room has no peculiar smell, the ventilation is good, the light is sufficient, and the temperature of the air conditioner and heating is suitable. The service at the front desk is enthusiastic, actively guides the elevator, informs the time and place of breakfast, guides parking, introduces tourist routes and attractions, etc. Surprisingly, the hotel has a laundry room with complete facilities. Shampoo and conditioner are great too. There are a lot of food next to the hotel, and there is also a night market at night, with a strong atmosphere of fireworks and very lively. The hotel was not wrong, the price/performance ratio is very good, I like it very much. Will continue to live next time

Everything worked nicely! Ibis is rather simple, but it has everything you need, and the price is good. Staff were friendly. No problems at all. There's a Metro station not too far from it. It's not a top location, but you can reach all the sights by public transport. Breakfast is also fine, a mix of Chinese and Western food. There's no coffee at breakfast, but you can get coffee for free at the reception and take it with you.

When we arrived at the hotel my friend was sick AF and was throwing up every 5minutes. Thankfully the room was huge (not like other hotels in china, and to be honest is big even for european standards) so i could enjoy some time in the room by watching drag race global (#teamnehellenia) on the sofa, by watching the view from the window and by taking long walks in the room all of this while he was vomiting in the bathroom. The location is great is just 20min by didi from the airport and 20min from xi'an north railway station by subway (just one stop). Next to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and places to eat in general. The only downside was that the hotel only had 2 washing machines (very weird since ibis hotel in jiayuguan has several and it is way smaller) and they do greenwashing!!! (the trashcan should is separated for recycling waste and non recycling waste but if you look more closely you realize that inside there's only one bag for the trash. And please please please make sure to visti hua shan mountain it's beautifull up there e soprattutto è pieno di fregni rari con le tette e braccia enormi e bara! BEST HOTEL IN CHINA HANDS DOWN

There are a few Ibis in Xian. I choose Ibis Daminggong due to impressive reviews and our stay was truly enjoyable. The customer service at Ibis Daminggong is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their customer’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was once we were late to pick up our washed laundry and the staff even helped us fold our clothes! Ibis Daminggong breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, such as milk, coffee, fruits, desserts, cold dish, hot dish and even ShaanXi Chinese Hamburger. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! We have stayed in Ibis China, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and this is the best Ibis we have stayed in so far! We truly enjoyed our stay in Ibis Daminggong. Will definitely stay in Ibis Daminggong if come to Xi’an again.
