The epidemic situation has finally improved, and I have started to travel! Xi'an is the first choice. When I got off the plane, I went to the clock tower in the city center. I searched the surrounding hotel and finally chose this hotel. Their hotel is very lively near, eating, drinking and having fun! The boss is very good, very talkative, and told me a lot (where to play, where to have Xi'an specialties, buy specialties...). His hotel is clean and tidy, the price is also very cheap, in short, it is a good experience! If you have the opportunity to come back to Xi'an, you will choose this one!

The hot water is not hot and cannot take a bath. There is no hot water supply after going out for a day and returning to the room. It reflects that the service desk has to wait half an hour to heat up. As a result, the water is still not hot after waiting for 40 minutes. Poor sound insulation. Someone stayed next door in the middle of the night, the voice was clear and discernible, and the sound of water was loud and disturbing, disturbing people to sleep.

Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel. Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back. Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had). Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.

Have stayed at Eastern House, 7 years ago. The service & quality still amazed me. Even with language barrier, staffs still are excellent & very professional. Would like to commend on all the crew team at cafe/restaurant who served us breakfast every morning. Everyone is very courteous, friendly & professional in attending to guests. The greeted with a genuine smile. Big shout to the Team Leader, Ms Yi Gai Li. She represents what a great hospitality means. She greets & always with a smile. The best, she made effort to remember what our likes. She knew from Day 1, I would prefer a little honey with my cereal, the next 4 days she would remember & place a small portion of honey. She is always attentive. Eastern House should be proud to have a model staff in their team. Thank you Eastern House for the consistent great service even after 7 years since I last stayed.

The hotel is very well situated. Once you get your bearings, you will find many entrances and exits. We had to locate it in the wee hours of the morning and even the cabby wasn’t quite sure of the location. As the place is right behind the Muslim Quarter, you get the convenience but also all the smell of smoke. Remember to bring a room spray if that bothers you. The front desk staff are not the most helpful, but they do the minimum ☺️ there is a tour desk lady, as convenient as it is, the tours are actually what I learnt to be 拼团 where u end up joining any tour bus she can get u on. Won’t really recommend it. We only did it because the hotel recommended her 🤷🏻♀️ Remember to go up for the view!

Very comfortable lobby, excellent front desk and concierge services, large spacious room, excellent steakhouse with delicious steaks and salads, excellent buffet breakfast, a very short taxi ride to all the local sites. One hour taxi ride to Terra-cotta Warriors. We would stay at this hotel again.

Check in very smoothly, the family is very happy, also sent a fan, the lobby has Xi 'an plum soup and iced lemonade, the room is a little small, but it is still clean, there is not much breakfast, there is freshly ground coffee, but it is very slow, maybe because there are too many people

Recommend hotel. Located in the city area and 10min walking distance to the nearest mrt station. The room rate is worth the amenities and cleanliness! They do provide daily makeup room service by changing all the linen,thanks to the room attendants 小影. Besides,they also provide self service for landry,which is super convenient! From the front desk staff,room attendants to the restaurant are friendly and helpful and they even check on you if an extra request is needed. They do provide extra water for us throughout the stay. Thanks to 小影 check on our stay and provide us with free breakfast on our last day ! The breakfast is wide spread. The front desk staff 樱樱is friendly and helpful by accommodating our request. Will recommend friends and family as well as come back for the next trip. (However small hiccups that forgot our request for utensils one of the day)

An amazing hotel situated in a great location. The staff were incredible, in particular Jack and Andy, they couldn’t help me any more than they did.. Due to flight delays I was given a free 4pm check out, free upgrade on arrival and the breakfast was amazing, loved this place!

This is the Ritz of all hostels. The front desk and bar staff can speak English. The restrooms are clean and well-kept; the shower rooms have great showers and water pressure complete with shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, and cotton pads. There are hair dryers too! Upon check in, you will be handed with a pair of slippers that you can use in your entire stay. The bed is wonderful and comes with a pillow and comforter. You will also be provided with a bath towel. A bottle of water is provided everyday. The room is kept clean and the hallways are tidy. The only downside is the food offerings. I wish they can offer more options apart from sandwiches. Affordable rates though. Breakfast of toast, one sunny sideup, and green salad is RMB 15, sandwiches for only RMB 18, and a tall glass of beer is at least RMB 12. I was so happy with my experience that I didn't even take good pictures. I just enjoyed soaking in the experience! Stay here when you are in Xi'An. From here on, I will stay in Desti Youth Park in cities/places in China where they are located. Great job!
