In front of the hotel has sakura tree which is fully bloomed during our stay, lucky day.

I stayed here a total of 4 nights: I booked forst 3 days, but then for a delay I added one more night. Overall, it was a nice place: the room was clean, the location was convenient (I could go to the center of the town in 10 minutes) and the amenities were good. However, I found that the towel was a little bit small and the absence of an elevators made difficult to move with the luggage. It was also a little bit hard to find the entrance, but the kindness of the staff helped me a lot. In general, I would recommend this hotel if you are staying a few days in Xi'An and you need to quickly see the walls, the bell drum and the Muslim quarters because of its price and position. Overall, I had a good experience and I slept well, so I think it deserve the maximum.

The hotel is very strategically located near Anyuanmen and many restaurants/convenience stores. While it’s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of it, so you can also get to the Bell Tower quickly from there.
The facilities are unbelievably complete for what I paid. The room space is big, almost everything can be controlled digitally in the room, from opening the curtains to setting up music via bluetooth. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom for underwear only, and a laundry room for everything else. The hotel also has a simple gym near the entrance should you need it.
Furthermore, although I didn’t try it, the hotel also provides free renting of Hanfu (there never seems to be anybody manning the station, but I suppose if you make an appointment they can provide it for you)
I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, one lady even gladly helped me with all my laundry overnight from washing to drying despite communication difficulties.
I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back should I have the chance to visit Xi’an again in the future!

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. In short, I was very satisfied with the entire stay, and the cost was economical, but the treatment was five-star. I really love this hotel.

The service at this hotel was great. The staff working there is verg helpful at any moment of the day. There’s also a cafe that’s part of the hotel with great coffee and pastries. We enjoyed our stay even more because of the hotel. The location is also very convenient. It’s near the metro and busstation so getting to the further destinations is very easy. The hotel is also very suitable if you have some work to do as the cafe part is very quiet and accessible for everyone. would definitely book it again when i visit xi’an in the future :)

The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway station and next to the city wall. You can see the colorful lights and shapes on the city wall from the room. The hotel upgraded our room on the day of check-in. It was very big and clean. Because of the double-glazed windows, the room is very quiet, the air conditioner is very quiet, the bathtub is very large and comes with a disposable bathtub cover, the shower has a fast flow and a stable water temperature, and the pillows are very elastic. The millet porridge for breakfast is good, with Xi'an-style rice noodles and several kinds of fried vegetables. The overall feeling is pretty good, the price is only half of the nearby Hilton Garden Inn, and the cost performance is high.

CChechaochaoThe room is not big in Xi'an, where every inch of land is valuable, but it's OK. It has a big French window and is quite comfortable to live in. The auntie in the lobby is also very nice. She saw that I bought mineral water and said that there is some in the room. I said that it's not enough and she said, ”Then come down and get some. We provide it for free, so you don't have to pay.” Also, there is free parking, which is great.

XXinyunFacilities: The facilities are relatively complete and the bedding is quite comfortable.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very good
Environment: The indoor environment is okay, the main space is large and the washing space is slightly smaller, but it does not affect it. The water is quite hot when taking a shower and the water flow is relatively large.
Service: The service is good, and the attitude was very good after many consultations before going there.
Regarding parking, the hotel is on the 8th floor. If you want to park, park in the parking lot of the building. The parking lot is in the building. The parking fee is 3 yuan per hour.
The overall space is good. There are tea sets and mats on the balcony, but there are only tea sets and no tea leaves.
I feel that if there is a quilt, one more person can sleep on the balcony without any problem. We are just two people and have not tried it.
The hotel plus parking fee only costs over 200, which is quite a bargain.

The building is co-shared by a café and the inn run by the same team.
Friendly staff helped us carry our luggage up to our rooms on the 2nd floor. Do note for visitors with accessibility issues that there is no elevator in this inn.
The inn thoughtfully offered another comfy family room upon check-in that was quieter on our arrival (the original one we booked was facing the front and may have noise from bars nearby were showing football matches on the streets).
Room is well equipped with amenities and there is daily housekeeping where staff would top up the bottled water, fresh towels and make up your bed (unless you request not to). We had two complimentary drinks from their cafe (this may vary with your booking).
Do try their beverages and dessert while enjoying the night/sunset view of the Ming City walls and chilling out at the rooftop people watching.😜
It is near Metro Line 2 and there is a bustling night street scene nearby. You can also visit the 书院门 Scholars Gate? that is under 5 mins away or experience the 小南门早市 morning street market near 朱雀门 by riding visit the 小南门早市 morning street market near ZhuQueMen 朱雀门 by riding a bus 184/ 311 from YongNingMen 永宁门 （one stop) .

TTonyW ChongHotel is located 5 minutes from many eateries and restaurants. Check In was easy. Staff had no communication issue using translated though they don't speak English. Surprisingly good breakfast and all staff from reception, restaurant, to manager were very nice. Service and respecting guests was better than western hotels in USA, Europe and other parts of Asia. Room is huge, clean, and well equipped.

GGuest UserVery good, very good. The new car has no license plate, and the security guards in other hotels will not let it enter the parking lot, but the security guard in this hotel patiently told me what to do, and the front desk also solved it in time. I like this hotel more and more!

GGuest UserI am a frequent guest of Juzi Hotel. I have stayed at Juzi Hotel in many cities. The location is really good. It is very convenient for transportation, eating and shopping. It is opposite Joy City. I also checked in on the top floor of the 4th floor to overlook the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. However, the sound insulation of the room is too poor. I hope to see the comments that parents with children can take care of their children at night, because everyone comes with their families, including the elderly and children. Don't just give birth to children and ignore them. They are noisy and jumping around in the middle of the night.

GGuest UserThe location was perfect, easily accessible from/to the airport with direct bus across the road, well-connected with the Metro, and centrally located, right next door to the touristy Muslim food street yet very quiet, which was appreciated. Rooms are basic, yet clean and not smelly - think no frills, but no cut corners, with the usual basic amenities (tea/coffee/water/toiletries). The aisle we stayed in was across a small car park, 10m away from the main hotel building, which I believe is priced slightly more expensive than the room we booked. Another food street at the back was a great location for breakfast. All in all, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely place it top if our list for its budget-friendliness and excellent location.

AAnonymous UserA huge hotel room where it could even fit a long sofa that can comfortably sleep an adult. The toilet and shower is separated by the vanity wash top area. However, this may be a problem for guests who may be inconvenienced by the separate changing area after bath. It was difficult to change in the shower area as there weren’t any hooks or bath rods. Unsure if it was due to the huge room size but we felt quite cold even after we tried switching off the AC.
The location is superb as it is right smack at the Zhonglou subway which connects 2 lines. Bell and Drum Tower are just s stone throw away and the Muslim Quarter which has lots of food n tourist shopping is right next to it.
