My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Grand Xi'an South resort. What made it truly exceptional was the customer service from both Alva and her colleagues Kiko and Ma Jing. Even before arriving, Alva assisted in ensuring our room was perfect. She kindly upgraded our room and ensured a smooth check in process. Her colleagues Kiko and Ma Jing personally prepared our room and provided refreshments in the room upon our arrival. Our room was nothing short of breathtaking. The spacious suite offered a stunning view of the Datang Mall area. The suite was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Xi'an.  Additionally, Alva and her team provided excellent service throughout our stay. They always met our needs and were extremely prompt. Alva also provided a personal touch on our last day and provided a parting gift. We can't wait to return and create more memories here. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you Alva, Kiko, and Ma Jing!

The experience of staying at Wyndham Grand Xi'an is amazing! The location is excellent. Behind the building is the Datang Never Sleeps City. It is close to the business district, convenient for travel, and the surrounding subway and food are all available. The room is spacious and bright, with a modern and simple decoration style and smart home, full of technology. The kitchen, washing machine and other facilities are complete, especially suitable for long-term travelers. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom space is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is clean and hygienic without dead corners. The gym and swimming pool of the apartment are professionally equipped, which is very convenient for leisure and relaxation. The front desk and room service respond quickly, the service is warm and thoughtful, and they will respond to any requests during the stay. The breakfast is rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is online. The overall cost performance is very high, whether it is a business trip or a family trip, it can meet the needs, highly recommended!

Facilities: The room has all the necessary configurations, and the hairdryer is very useful! Hygiene: Comfortable, clean and tidy! Environment: The hotel is like a courtyard, very quiet at night, and very convenient for travel. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, Xi'an Museum, and Small Wild Goose Pagoda! Service: Service is the highlight of this Wyndham! From the lady at the front desk to the lobby manager to the lady and chefs in the breakfast room, everyone is warm and kind, and the service is super thoughtful and meticulous! When I come back from playing outside every day, I feel like I'm home, so warm and comfortable! Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, we have almost tasted all the specialties of Xi'an in just a few days! One day I saw that the apples in the lobby were fresh and beautiful and I took two to eat. It turned out that the lobby manager remembered this and specially prepared a bag of apples for us to take home on the day we left. Oh my god, I was so touched🥹I will have relatives and friends in the future I highly recommend staying here if you go to Xi'an! Thank you! It rained all the time during the few days I went to Xi'an, and Huashan Mountain was closed due to heavy snow, but the warmth of Wyndham made up for my inner regret! See you next time!
