位置從三丘碼頭沿着堤岸走過來十分鐘路程，距離島上的各處景點都近。房間整潔乾淨，而且住宿安靜，床鋪柔軟，裝修很有特色。老闆很熱情，服務周到！

位置:酒店距離三丘田碼頭非常近，大概走個七八分鐘就到了，距離小吃街也都很方便，晚上相對比較安靜。
衞生:真的是一言難盡，紗窗上都是土，地板也不差，邊角也都是土。
服務:本來定的浴缸雙床，結果給了個loft。。。。第二天才發現，給換了。前台小哥挺好的，服務比較滿意，比較積極。

這家店最近重新裝修，總體衞生環境很滿意。因為島上除了環島的觀光車以外，其他全靠步行。民宿老闆很熱情，提前加上微信告知路線，從三丘田碼頭步行大約10—12分鐘左右。雖然前期溝通路線鬧了點小誤會，多繞了一點路，但老闆還是很熱情的幫忙去迎接。因為是家庭親子游，出門帶的行李也有點多，如果在島上入住時間短的話，還是建議輕裝上陣。和商家的店鋪照片基本相符，房內沒有蚊蟲，擔心有蚊蟲的話也不用擔心，房間都配有驅蚊液。離小吃街很近，出門左拐就是了。周邊店鋪基本滿足生活需求。如果有近期要來玩的遊客朋友選擇住宿，這家民宿性價比還是很不錯的。最後附上一張4點30起早看的日出☀

鼓浪嶼各種新舊別墅酒店很多，但要深度體驗南國風情，還得是老舊歷史保護建築。
杜拉斯自傳體小説《情人》的電影版裏，梁家輝金屋藏嬌的小屋，門外就是車水馬龍的大街，可以清晰地聽到小販，甚至行人交談的聲音。
這次住的有近90年歷史的汝南別墅，就是這樣一個地方，推開百葉窗，就能看見人來人往，氛圍感拉滿。
喜歡熱鬧的，可以提前要求住在102。
另外酒店所在建築雖然是老別墅，但是內部設施還是新的，而且很多都是loft式樣的，住着很方便。
民宿有個超級大的露台，有桌有椅，情調也不錯。
總之，是非常值得住一住的一家店。

上島時恰逢雨勢漸大，迷茫中摸索到酒店，酒店距離三丘田碼頭，小吃街較近，地理方便。但是，因為島上潮濕，感覺衞生間不乾淨。所有床品和一樓坐箱墊子都有點臟。入住後房間內沒有網，跟前台説後讓聯樓下采耳店的網，但網速很差。出門轉了一圈後回房間沒網，電視也聯不上信號，又去前台，高冷的小哥到房間才發現上一個住客可能是把路由器關了，他反問我：你們自己家不用打開開關嗎？我們自己家路由器真的沒關過。（心裏好氣）住了一天感覺實在住不下去了，回中山路上的酒店才清理乾淨。確實與價格不符。
