前台小孟幫忙升級了房型，還特意給了一個面朝園區的房間。入住的時候對於用餐時間，入園方式都講的很清楚，而且還會主動詢問有沒有開車。餐廳裏的小姐姐對小朋友也特別有耐心，對小朋友也特別關照。酒店離襄陽東站也很近，過來也挺方便的。

前台的Aaliyah幫我們升級了房型，還會主動詢問有沒有開車，可以幫忙錄車牌。用餐時間入園時間都説的很清楚。服務員金枝態度很好，童趣樂園裡的工作人員對孩子很友好耐心，動物也養的很衞生，喜歡親近人，整體體驗很棒。工作日的時候，園區裏面人很少，玩什麼都超爽的，不用排隊真的太快樂了，下次還是工作日來。

前台小孟怕我們睡不下，特意給升級了房型。而且昨天來的比較晚，問了前台能不能延遲退房，她也是表示理解，根據第二天的客情幫我們申請了延遲，服務真的很貼心。酒店早餐種類也挺多的，裏面的牛肉麪味道很不錯哦。

服務：好 本來定的是四人奇趣童年的套票 沒想到入園的時候 工作人員説一個房間套票可以免費攜帶一位一米一以下的小童入園 剛好有一個小朋友沒超過一米一 工作人員讓我去前台問問 能不能退一張票 我去前台 前台工作人員讓我在網上再定一間三人套票的房間 然後把四人套票的房間給我退了 服務態度也很好 點贊 下次去 還會住這裏

帶孩子去奇幻谷，選擇入住的奇趣童年酒店，很適合一家人出門遊玩。奇趣童年酒店每一層的主題不一樣，餐廳的菜品出乎意料好吃，份量也足。👍酒店前台的工作人員很有耐心，很周到。省內周邊遊，一次愉快的旅行。

五一比平時貴了三倍，服務確一言難盡。一進房間看到疊的東倒西歪的毛巾，浴巾上一根卷卷的毛看的人毛骨悚然，2000多的酒店這衞生和質量比200的都好不到哪去吧，床上一根類似鼻毛的短毛直接在被子最上面映入眼簾。想找服務枱拿個袋子裝東西，居然打服務枱五個電話前台三個電話都沒人接。（晚上九點而已不是半夜三更）這要是客人有點緊急情況我看這酒店是完全不可能處理了。不説兩千的豪華酒店了，就是一兩百的普通賓館都不可能打電話這麼多個也沒人接吧。然後説到餐廳大家看看我喝的普通水，注意不是檸檬水，居然是淡黃色的，也不知道這麼杯子是多舊還是多臟。看看這油不拉幾的桌面，這衞生真是一言難盡。我是極少評論的一個人，入住體驗是我十分無語。

房間寬敞乾淨，色調活潑，尤其是高低床孩子很喜歡，可解決兩孩入住問題。寶寶用品很精緻，小鴨子造型肥皂孩子都捨不得用。服務周到體貼，早餐也很豐富。帶孩子玩童趣樂園這是最佳住處。

昨天來的比較晚，諮詢了前台小孟以後，她就根據客情幫我們申請了延遲退房，人超好的。入園也很方便，酒店後花園就能直接進。停車場就在酒店入口處，錄個車牌也是隨意進出，很方便哦
