一般，房價不便宜，外面看還不錯，不知道為什麼評價那麼高，離景區又遠，可能是紅色教育基地吧，以後去雨岔大峽谷要住延安市裡麪，不過，習慣好評。

酒店就在金延安園區內，步行到延安保育院劇場非常近，幾分鐘就到了！
停車也方便，園區很大，衹要停在停車位都免費。
唯一不好就是現在沒到延安供暖，現在的空調吹不了暖風。但是前台很快就過來解釋了，態度不錯的
