非常不錯的一次體驗，廚房應有盡有，和父母一塊來的，房東給推薦了買海鮮的地方，自己蒸來吃，簡直不要太爽！

房子十分乾淨，地理位置很方便。房東十分熱情問題都會回答。出門就是公交站點周圍也有很多的餐館。房東也提供了許多做飯用的工具，出來玩也有一種假的感覺。

很好的一次居住，房東很熱情，帶着長者和孩子來的，這裏做飯特別方便，房東大姐的東西特別全，跟自己家裡一樣。用着特別順手。小區門口就是公交站，離超市也很近，比較方便。而且房子很乾凈。孩子和長者住的也很舒心，大力推薦。

入住後線交了200的按金，一個本身就快壞了的門把手弄斷了，然後房東就換了一把鎖，直接把200全扣了，客觀講房間還算比較乾淨，可以做飯，其它的就一般，如果下次選擇，住周邊的酒店也是不錯的選擇！

衞生是非常乾淨的，房子幾乎是新的一樣。衞生間收拾的非常乾淨，超級贊。床上用品乾淨舒適，屋內提示做的很到位，老闆人很好，臨入住前會發小視頻告知路線，提示停車場收費，樓下超市東西很全收費不貴。離沙灘很近。金沙灘很美。

✨剛入住就很驚喜，和房東説的一樣，房子是重新裝修的，新房的圖片一直沒有上傳！房子很整潔很温馨，設施齊全，有電梯，很安靜，樓層也好！一共20幾層，房子在13層！還能自己做飯，像在自己家一樣！
🙋房東人也很好，樓下停車場貴給找了便宜的地方，距離也很近就幾十米遠。還告訴了哪裡吃海鮮，哪裡市場買海鮮更划算新鮮。
📍房子離金沙灘海邊非常近，走路十分鐘左右就能到！周圍吃的也很多，商圈也很多很近很方便，樓下就是早餐店，還有各種飯店，還有大超市。
下次來煙台金沙灘玩必須還住這裏，棒棒棒👍

位置離海邊很方便，周圍大小超市菜市場也很近很方便，臨來之前店家特意打了桶飲用水，日常用品齊全，樓下的停車場相對於來説有些貴，店家特意交代旁邊有便宜的停車場，還錄製了視頻了，十分推薦。

房屋乾淨整潔，房東服務熱情。就是屋內空調過於老舊，製冷能力欠佳，客廳沒有空調也沒有電扇，對於8月悶熱天氣，有點難熬，希望改善。
