The Mirage Resort & SPA

First time here lovey weather would 100% come back. The animation team were amazing especially Hana she was so kind and helpful to everyone.there was lots of games and activities to take part in all day long and then shows and Muño discos at night.

Amazing stay. Room was amazing and clean. Pool area and beach facilities were great. Entertainment team were amazing especially amine, he made the holiday. Shows every night were to a high standard and there was always something to do during the day and night. We went to the al a carte restaurant for an extra charge which was really nice and worth the extra bit of money. Already planning to come back next year.

My spouse and I had a very nice experience as one week guests at the hotel. Services were great, the entire personnel responding promptlyto any questionsordemands. Rooms were always kept clean and with anything at our disposal when needed. Food was very good, variate, tasty and covered any type of wishes people might had. Not forgetting the personnel, that was always polite, helpful and courteous. Their behaviour made us feel welcomed and guests all the time. The entertainment team offered us the best activities, every single day and all over the day, stating with sports and ending with games and good performances. Noticed that the children had their own entertainment every day and they were pleased. We gladly recommend the hotel to others.

A wonderful Hotel with a lot of Historical staling. The staff are very attentive and pay special attention to all facets of the hotel . From the cleaners to the restaurant staff to the barmen. All extremely professional and helpful. The grounds are very clean and the pools and pool areas very clean and catered to .

Please don't go!! So disapointing & as our only holiday this year it was a complete let down We were accosted on our arrival at the hotel by a man selling a trip- we hadn't even checked in!! Which we couldn't o until very late in he afternoon. We upgraded & paid extra for a "deluxe bungalow" the accommodation was NOT a bungalow & we seemed to be in a very old,rundown,semi derelict part of the hotel.We had rooms above us & to each side? We returned to reception to question the room & explained it was not what we paid for etc to be told the hotel was full & we couldn't be moved.Very disapointing,. The room its self was clean but old & tired & the smell of drains/sewers was just awful🤢,not very secure(our patio door was left unlocked twice),bars on the windows.The area we were in was very scuffy,not maintained,very dark at night,it just felt very forgotten about-falling down fences,there seem to be an area that was once used for entertainment/restaurant it was falling down full of rubbish etc,rubble on opposite side of road with empty buildings. The food is very very repetitive,luke warm & not much choice.We were looking forward to some authentic Tunisian cuisine but there were normally only 3 dishes but unfortunately they didn't look appertizing.My partner & I both had upset stomachs & felt quite unwell🤮 If you don't speak French you don't get any where- all signage,noticies,entertainment is in French,the staff communicate in French so you haven't got a clue what is going on.The French quests are usually in very large groups very loud,intimidating & rather obnoxious. The beach is nothing like its described & photographed- rather scruffy,no cabana's & hardly any loungers,there is also a security type man who watches your stuff. The staff do work incredibly hard,the garden team do a fanstatic job,our room was cleaned every day. We have been very lucky to travel all over the world,staying in all sorts of accommodation of varying stars/ratings & I'm sorry to say this NOT 4 STARS, far from it.We were sold a 4 star holiday & it truly wasn't. I'm not doing this to be picky,nasty etc but i feel people should not be misled about this hotel.

Fantastic resort, very friendly people excellent service. We are made very welcome, all staff were very attentive. The children’s club was excellent and Hana was a brilliant leader for the kids. The restaurant was 5 star quality. Would definitely recommend and re-visit.

Do not go if you are English, we were abused, ridiculed and had our drinks spiked by the staff. Love holidays refused to listen to our grievance. If you are French it would be great, the place is beautiful, the food is OK, animation team are horrific
