The front desk service was very good. We arrived at the hotel very late, and my dad's room was upgraded. The check-in experience was very good. The room had automatic curtains, the shower had a very strong flow, and the hot water came very quickly. I took a shower every day after swimming to wash away the fatigue of the day! The hotel's parking lot is free to park. When I checked out, I had an early flight, and the front desk even sent two bags of snacks! I played for 4 days this time, and there are still some attractions I haven't visited. I will stay here again next time! ✌️

The biggest problem is that the hotel is newly opened, and the formaldehyde smell is too strong. The smell woke me up several times throughout the night. In the end, I turned on the air conditioner, exhaust fan, and windows for ventilation and barely fell asleep. I only slept for 5 hours a night. When I reported this problem to the front desk, they swore that there was no formaldehyde problem. What else can I say? I advise everyone to think twice before booking... Other problems are nothing compared to formaldehyde~ I went to check in after 4 pm, but the room was not ready yet. I waited for 20 to 30 minutes before it was ready. The front desk was not very professional and did not take the initiative to inform some basic configuration floors, such as which floor the breakfast was on, the laundry room, etc. The wardrobe is on which floor~ Parking was not available until I asked... The small refrigerator in the room was empty, which is standard in almost all hotels now, but this one doesn't have it; there is no laundry basket, so used bath towels and robes can only be thrown on the floor; there is no clothes rack outside the shower room, so you can only come out naked after taking a shower. There is a clothes rack inside the shower room, but I don't know if the designer has a brain problem~ The doors of the shower room and toilet are see-through, with no privacy at all~ I don't know if there were bugs or mosquitoes at night, and my neck and chin were bitten a few times. I plugged in a mosquito repellent before going to bed, but it didn't work~ over! I won't stay at your house next time

First, the hotel corridor has a pungent smell after renovation. If you bring children to play, you should be careful. Second, I just left the hotel and was in a hurry to catch the high-speed train. The hotel staff kept asking for good reviews and insisted that she send me text and pictures... In fact, it is completely unnecessary. I prefer real reviews~
