Pros: great location in Yopal, friendly and helpful staff. Cons: small rooms, tiny pool, poor quality breakfast, poor wifi. There is no restaurant or a bar in the hotel. They say that breakfast is served from 6:00 AM. One time we had to leave hotel at 6:30. We attempted to have breakfast at 6:00. Only coffee and bread were available. Later I was told that breakfast is really served from 6:30. I don’t understand why this was not communicated at the check in time.

Pros: rooms are nice and we had a room with a balcony. This hotel is very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Cons: Hotel’s location is not hood, everything closes early, not many stores or restaurants nearby. At night it can feel unsafe. Pool is very shallow, steam bath and sauna room are small. Steam bath was too hot. Breakfast was below average. Fruit did not look fresh. Note that the hotel does not respect personal protected information (PPI). They ask at the check in time to show so called vaccination card. As far as I know any information related to your health is PPI. I am not going around asking people whether they have a vaccine of any type or if they are diabetic. I think it’s not even allowed.
