Considering the location in Zermatt, I think this hotel is very good value for money. If I come to Zermatt again, I will consider this hotel. The information at the reception is also in Japanese. Although it was a mountain view room, you cannot see the Matterhorn. There is a spa (sauna), but I did not use it.

The hotel is located in the best location walkable from the Zermatt main station easy to find food and drinks, close to coop and the hotel have nice terrace in front that u can sit for people watching our room had nice view of matterhorn comfortable bed. With moon roof

The location is close to Zermatt Station, and there is no problem dragging two suitcases. The Matterhorn peak is slightly visible, hidden by trees, so it seems good for checking if it is the Golden Horn.

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

This hotel is too fond of it! The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful and the room can see the snowy mountains! The service staff was very good at night. It was like waiting for us to call out my name. I also prepared wine and tea as a welcome drink. Breakfast is delicious, although there are not many types, but the whole environment will make you enjoy it. I will book it next time and ask the front desk to tell you all kinds of information. The store that rents ski clothes downstairs will also give you a 10% discount.

I am very satisfied with the fact that I can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The front desk was very considerate and sent it to the room. It also introduced various instructions in detail. There is a special welcome card and the facilities are complete. There are also chocolates of the same type as the Matterhorn in the refrigerator. You can take pictures and check in. Access from Zermatt station requires climbing a steep hill, so dragging a large suitcase was a bit of a challenge. The staff were kind and flexible with early morning check-out. The room was very spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The only amenities were body soap, but I brought my own shampoo and other items, so it wasn't a problem. The water pressure in the shower was also fine. I had a very comfortable stay. If I had more time, I would have liked to stay longer.

The service here are the best. The staff are very lovely and super nice. The beds are very comfy. Very satisfied with this hotel. Would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an accommodation in Zermatt.

It is still a bit far from Zermatt Railway Station, especially when it snows on the road, I will give up the box and walk to the hotel, because I don't know where to go when I go to the half of the navigation, and I will take a taxi directly to the train station!
