"As usual the staff especially the concierge was great. Had many courier packages and the concierge here are the best. The cleaners and frontdesk was all good. Last time i stay at end room and i made request that i do not want it and of course they meet my requirement. The only disappointment is the gym there used to 5 treadmills but then 4 and now there is another 2 broken which doesn’t seem to getting fix at all and the elliptical has been broken for over 2 months and see that there are many guests in the morning using it, so for sure not enough equipment, this is one of a drawback. Please no towels for guests to used. Am are exercise person so this is really a disappointment and not to high standards of a hotel at all."

"We booked the 3-day, 2-night all-inclusive package for two, which included unlimited access to Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom. The hotel room was incredibly spacious and spotless, designed with a delightful, child-friendly theme. Hotel service was exceptional, with staff being consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Spaceship Park is conveniently located right inside the hotel, making access incredibly easy. Getting to Ocean Kingdom from the Spaceship Hotel was also a breeze, with a shuttle bus service that takes only about 5 minutes. The Chimelong Show on the first day was absolutely breathtaking. Day two at Ocean Kingdom offered a fantastic blend of marine animal performances and numerous thrilling rides, appealing to both adults and children. We enjoyed a perfect balance, switching between the attractions and watching the shows when we needed a break – just be sure to keep an eye on the showtimes! Day three was dedicated to Spaceship Park, an ideal spot for kids to learn about marine life and even get up close with the magnificent orcas, truly the 'kings of the ocean'! A huge plus is that the entire park is indoors, so you're completely sheltered from wind, rain, or intense sun. Overall, this 3-day, 2-night getaway was incredibly enjoyable and entirely stress-free!"

"Despite some previous concerns I had due to a past hotel incident, after careful consideration, I still chose the Renaissance, and it turned out to be the right decision! I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you! **Praises:** I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor. This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber! Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again! Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them! **Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics. **Drawback:** The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :) Overall, I'm very satisfied! Thank you!"

"A satisfying stay at Holiday Inn. The room was clean and we got to witness the view of Zhuhai. The receptionist Ken was friendly and attentive. The housekeeper was also nice and attention to details. Buffet Breakfast was high quality and exceptional. The luxury toiletries offering elegant scent which remain my favourite."

The rooms are cozily designed, all featuring penguin-themed elements, which the children absolutely loved. They are clean, tidy, spacious, bright, and offer expansive views. The hotel boasts an excellent location with incredibly convenient access. Guests have exclusive access to a direct passage to Ocean Kingdom, making it a mere 3-minute walk to the park's entrance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel offers a full range of facilities, including dedicated children's play areas like a delightful kids' play castle, mini-trains, and fish feeding, while a well-equipped fitness center caters to adult needs. Ocean Kingdom is just a few minutes' walk away, and for Spaceship Land, a free shuttle bus provides direct service. This excellent transport connectivity is extremely convenient and saves a lot of time. Dining options are abundant and varied, including a buffet, a Cantonese restaurant, and a uniquely themed Chinese restaurant offering fireworks views! Check-out is also very convenient, with an express check-out option where you simply drop your room card into a designated slot. From check-in to check-out, the entire process is incredibly smooth and efficient."

"Excellent! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Furthermore, Fuhuali is right next door, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The service was also great! On the day of check-in, they gave us a special blend of lemon tea, and at check-out, they even gave us hand cream. I also asked the front desk attendant for 4 bottles of green tea to take with me, which she happily provided. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"Good front desk service, quick check in and facilitated our request for late check out. Our hotel room was nicely decorated, not exactly very spacious but good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The carpet could have been more frequently shampooed though. No bathtub and there's not a door separating the bathroom. They provided two types of pillow which was good, the bed was on the soft side. The noise insulation could definitely improve. The two indoor playrooms were huge. Facilities reasonably well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun. But it could get really packed despite the size of the playrooms. Despite the size of the breakfast hall, it was absolutely packed and its hard to find a table after 9am. Walking distance to a huge shopping complex."

"It was a beautiful room and the service was good. I would definitely visit again. There were some problems though. 1. The breakfast did not have enough food for everyone. 2. The bath water is too cold, which defeats the purpose of a bath. 3. Someone’s bags were already in our room when we arrived."
