Great hotel great experience . clean, big as it looks on photos, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is good quality . 20 mins walk from train station. There are shuttle pick up from 拱北関閘basement , you can call them when arrive 拱北関閘basement to arrange They also offer free shuttle to different port upon check out. Customer service manager 謝秋風 and her team were very friendly , helpful, big thanks to them to make this a very helpful and pleasant trip for the elders and the kids.

Hotel staff is very nice upgrade me to bigger room. Everything was good till early morning mosquitoes bite my neck and mouth. Room has too strong de-odor or scene block making the whole room to have too strong smell of it, even after I cover it up, but whole room still have very strong smell of de odor, which is not necessary and not comfortable smell. I had sneezes for a while before got use to that smell. Apart from that hotel is near to the Sun Moon Shell Opera house, can rule bike there, near shopping centre, and so many good little restaurants everywhere nearby.

Service: The service is excellent. The questions we asked were answered quickly and solved quickly. The store also gave us fairy wands to celebrate the Lantern Festival, which was very thoughtful. When ordering barbecue stoves, they also provided tableware, food clips and lamps, which was very thoughtful. Hygiene: The whole car was swept very clean, and there was almost nothing to complain about. There was no odor in the room. Environment: This is the focus of the entire hotel. Breakfast 🍳 tastes good, the portion can be increased, coffee can be refilled 👍🏼 The room is very comfortable and the air conditioning is very plentiful. Nearby is Mangzhou Wetland Park, about an hour's walk from the hotel, afternoon out for a walk, relax, then take a taxi to Cross Gate Huafa Shangdu dinner 😋 also good. The only drawback is outbound transportation😂 But the advantage is that the privacy is very high.

This hotel is located in an area that is a mix of older fishing villages, new developments, land to be developed and industrial areas. It is positioned somewhat off the main road and has been recently renovated. The service of the staff was excellent. They helped with laundry and reminded me to book (I was waiting for an appartment) if the rooms were running out. The breakfast is great and diverse, as is the cleanliness. There is a very small shop for drinks, chips cigarettes, in front of the hotel. Otherwise restaurants can be found in the innovation hub a few hundred meteres to the left with your back to the hotel. Burgerking, Starbucks, but also Chinese restaurants can be found there. All in all the staff did their best to make my story pleasurable. They really thought things out from a customer perspective and it is clear to me that a service designer has been at work here. The hotel arranges to pick up guests at any time 24 hours a day. When we left the island, we went directly to the pier because we were in a hurry. The staff specially delivered the luggage we stored in the hotel to the pier and handed it to us. Thank you very much! It was very quiet and comfortable in the hotel on the island. I spent a wonderful weekend. I look forward to the next opportunity to come to Jingyun Villa on Wanshan Island again.

The hotel is located in a resort and the surrounding environment is very quiet. There is a kindergarten next to it. I only heard the noise of children playing in the playground in the afternoon. There was no one at night and it was very quiet, which did not affect my rest. Next to the hotel is a commercial street (?). It is not fully built, but it has all the functions it should have. Affordable restaurants, high-end restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bars, bookstores, etc. are all open for business, and the lights are also very beautiful at night. In general, there are few people and it is quiet, but it does not look desolate, which is very good. The facilities in the hotel are very new. It is an e-sports theme, so the decoration is quite trendy. The bed is very large and comfortable, and the curtains have a great blackout effect. I slept too soundly, so an alarm is really necessary, otherwise I will definitely oversleep. The hotel service is also in place. On the first day of check-in, Zhuhai just caught up with the cooling down. The front desk was very considerate and sent two freshly baked sweet potatoes. Although I really didn’t eat it alone, I am very grateful for the hotel’s thoughtful move. There aren't many types of breakfast but they are delicious. I highly recommend the beef brisket rice noodle. I ate it for several days in a row.
