This hotel offers a five-star standard at a great value, allowing you to experience the authentic local cuisine and charm of Macau. While it evokes the feeling of Macau from over 30 years ago, it has been completely renovated, and the overall effect is excellent. My only minor complaint is the lack of charging outlets by the bed. On the plus side, the toilets are smart, and towels and toothbrushes are provided, making for a clean and comfortable stay.
Overall, the room was decent and the location was convenient for getting around. The only downside was that when we arrived, the available rooms weren't very spacious, so they put us in a room at the very end of the hallway. Since my baby needed to sleep, we just had to accept it. However, it was really far from the elevator, and every time we left, it was a long walk. My baby's hand even got caught in the room door, so we had to cut our trip short. For anyone traveling with a baby, please be extra careful with the room doors.
Unexpectedly stranded in Macau, we rushed to check in at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. I thought it would just be a quick, temporary stop, but instead, we received an incredibly touching experience. Not only did the hotel proactively upgrade our room, but when they learned my husband had mobility issues, they specially arranged a wheelchair. The staff meticulously assisted us the entire way, pushing him steadily into the room and making sure he was comfortably in bed before they left.
The upgraded room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, instantly washing away the fatigue from our late-night journey. This unexpected stay was made incredibly warm by the hotel's heartwarming service. Their thoughtfulness and care truly left us feeling immensely grateful. The hospitality in Macau really touched our hearts! We will definitely come back again!
We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas đ decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries đ„) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the ****** was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay.
The room was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, offering views of Hengqin, Zhuhai across the water in Taipa. The facilities are luxurious and complete, and the hygiene is top-notch â truly excellent. The service was also first-rate.
This was my second stay here. I love this hotel, especially the somewhat 90s vibe. It's not brand new, by any stretch of the imagination, but it's feel really luxurious and comfy. It seems pretty clean overall, but there's room for improvement on the details (the carpets, some old stains here and there).Overall it's a great experience. The swimming pool and the food are amazing.
The room was spacious, new, and decorated in an ocean theme, exuding luxury yet elegance â perfect for photos, as shown. The bed, bathroom, and tea bar amenities were excellent, and I appreciated not needing an adapter for charging, with USB ports readily available. The minibar included a complimentary drink, a standard offering at Grand Lisboa Hotels, with no extra charge. The room layout was well-designed and practical; the luggage area had two stands, ideal for couples or families. We requested a smoking room, and it did have a smoke smell, but when we called room service, they immediately brought a high-powered air purifier. Keeping it on significantly alleviated most of the odor.
The sky garden on the third floor was very picturesque. It was a shame we missed the afternoon 'Alice in Wonderland' themed performance and interactive session. Breakfast was crowded, and the Chinese options were decent, but the Western desserts and various teas were superb.
Getting to the 'three people' area (referring to the main tourist area perhaps) was a bit far on foot, requiring a taxi. However, Wynn Palace was only a 10-minute walk away. Compared to that main area, this hotel has the New Yaohan department store and a large supermarket nearby. Stocking up on food, drinks, and daily necessities here was incomparably cheaper than in the main tourist spots, which is incredibly convenient for families with children and couples on a budget. Next to the supermarket, the Grand Lisboa Palace Food Court offers 'Wing Kee Beef Offal' and a delicious, generously portioned pork chop bun shop, along with Cantonese BBQ and Southeast Asian cuisine. It felt a bit cheaper than the Venetian Food Court, and it was spacious, less crowded, and peaceful.
We booked one night because the room rate was cheap, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's perfect for combining with another hotel in Macau to enrich your travel experience and ease your wallet. Highly recommended!
Almost forgot to mention, there's a local culture and history exhibition on the third floor called 'Lisboa: A Story of Macau,' which is definitely worth a visit! For most people, it's more worthwhile than the Picasso exhibition. đ
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with The Parisian Macao. The biggest highlight was on our second day: after we left, the housekeeping staff neatly arranged my girlfriend's large collection of cosmetics. We were genuinely surprised and delighted when we returned. Also, I had arranged with the hotel to prepare a cake for my girlfriend, and it was absolutely delicious.
The overall hygiene and service were very good. Located in a bustling area of Macau, the environment is also pleasant. However, the room had a minor issue â the TV couldn't screen mirror â and it was a bit small, though that's understandable given the prime location.
Martin from baggage claim was super handsome and incredibly enthusiastic! He thoroughly explained all the room amenities and how to use everything. We'll definitely be back to The Venetian next time! đ„șđđđ And Shirley at the front desk was so sweet and beautiful! Looooove â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž

TTiffinCFacilities: The facilities are complete, with both a shower and a bathtub, and even an electronic scale. The toiletries are very comprehensive.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The hotel is a bit out of the way, but the themed hotel concept is great.
Service: Luggage storage is provided.
HHudieFrom December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service â that's the first point.
Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. đđđčđč

00030****We booked a triple room for convenience, but it turned out to be exceptionally small. The window offered a view of tightly packed residential buildings, reminiscent of the old Kowloon Walled City, making it impossible to open the curtains. Despite being a triple room, only two tooth mugs were provided. When we asked the front desk, they directed us to housekeeping, who explained that while three sets of toiletries were given, their policy stipulated only two tooth mugs per room.
Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning broke. A technician worked on it for nearly an hour, but by 1 AM, it still wasn't fixed, and we were simply given a fan. At checkout, there was no apology or explanation whatsoever regarding the AC problem. To add insult to injury, upon checking out, we realized one room key card was missing, and they immediately charged us 50 RMB, citing their policy. It really feels like these rules are only for guests!

GGuest UserThe facilities were quite disappointing. On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was late, so I just used the bath mat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message confirming it was resolved. Yet, it clogged again the following day, forcing me to stop showering halfway to call them. Additionally, the room phone had a loose connection, making it difficult to dial out. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite irritated.
At check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor, yet they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members then came up to show me how to operate the curtains... However, the housekeeping attendant was excellent â very patient and promptly responded to all my requests.
The location is indeed quite out of the way. During peak hours, taxis were scarce, while it was much easier to hail one from The Londoner at the same time. If you're traveling with minors, I wouldn't recommend staying here; if you can't cut through [redacted], you'll have to walk a considerable distance. I'm unsure how people manage to explore Macau in a single day; for me, returning from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I wanted to take a taxi even to Wynn.
The cleanliness was generally acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my irritated throat was likely related to the carpet.

GGuest UserIt was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.
Hhgx1972The location is excellent, right by the Outer Harbour waterfront, making it perfect for morning strolls. Macau is quite compact, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are just a short walk away. The hotel has a traditional style, but all its facilities are very well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly warm, attentive, patient, and polite. A great bonus was that the front desk staff were fluent in standard Mandarin.
