The room decor was lovely and beautiful.
However, there were two very serious issues:
1. The top floor supposedly had a paint smell, so they had the extractor fan on. The noise was incredibly loud, and nobody told me about it. After I called to ask, the fan was turned off, and the world became silent. Do they even consider their guests' comfort?
2. The shower drain noise was unbeatable. The sound of water gushing was louder than flushing a toilet. If someone showered at night, I felt like I was living in a waterfall.

The room was great, and the soundproofing was excellent, which made me feel very secure during my business trip. The hygiene was also top-notch. The gym had a lot of equipment and was practically empty, so I had it all to myself. The swimming pool felt very safe with two lifeguards on duty. The service was also fantastic; Vicky was especially attentive. Hilton truly lives up to its reputation as a classic brand, far superior to many other flashy star-rated hotels. I'll definitely choose them again for my next business trip.

The hotel is located in the Pengrui Zhuhai Aowan Century Center Building at Gongbei Port in Zhuhai. I originally booked a舒睡特大双床房 (Shuishui King Twin Room) but was upgraded to a Cloud View Twin Room upon check-in, on the 39th floor, which is the highest floor of the building. The sunset view was absolutely stunning! Many thanks to the hotel for providing a room type that exceeded my expectations. The main front desk is on the 35th floor, and there's also a 24-hour reception on the 6th floor. They offer complimentary freshly ground coffee and ice cream, which was a fantastic touch. I stayed for two nights, on March 25th and 27th. The only slightly inconvenient thing was the elevators. Since the building is a commercial one, it's shared with other tenants, and the elevators are divided into low, mid, and high zones, with not all elevators accessible from both the left and right entrances. I had to fiddle with them a few times every time I went to either the 6th or 35th-floor reception because I wasn't familiar with the system.

1. The hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of dining options and a supermarket nearby.
2. It meets near five-star standards, with all the expected amenities.
3. Breakfast was abundant and met five-star standards. Even after closing at 10:30 AM, the staff remained very friendly, except for the noodle chef.
4. Parking was quite convenient; we parked on the ground during the Spring Festival.
5. It's very close to the beach, within walking distance, although we didn't spot any small crabs. We went to a beachcombing spot about 2 kilometers from the hotel, and renting an electric scooter made it very convenient.
6. During the Spring Festival, there were movies, arcade games, and claw machines available.
7. My child got to experience the off-road vehicle, afternoon tea, and Hilton's exclusive cookies for free.
8. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and everyone in Shanwei was wonderful, creating a great sense of happiness.
9. During the Spring Festival, there were fireworks on the beach, and fireworks were also sold in the city at reasonable prices. Just don't set them off too late, as police officers might advise you to stop.
Drawbacks:
1. The lighting in the courtyard at night was too dim, especially in the front courtyard. With no doorman to guide parking, it felt a bit eerie late at night.

(1) We were two adults with two older kids, so we chose this suite. The beds were large enough for an adult and an older child to sleep comfortably!
(2) The living room and dining area are connected, which was great for our group. There were plenty of sofas and chairs for everyone. We could eat, chat, and watch TV all in one spacious area – it was perfect!
(3) It had a huge fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer, and all the dishes, cups, and kitchenware you could need, plus a sink – very well-equipped!
(4) The bathroom had a double vanity, which was more than enough for four people. However, it was connected to the toilet. It would have been better if the toilet were in a separate space!
(5) The shower and bathtub were separate, located right by the window with a view. But we didn't dare to use it with the blinds open, worried about exposure, haha!
(6) There's Metro Line 3 downstairs, but we took taxis the whole time. Foshan is huge, and going from one major attraction area to another usually takes over half an hour, so the metro is too slow.
(7) We came for a concert at Century Lotus, and staying here was ideal! We just walked there. Hours before the concert, traffic was already backed up, making it impossible to get a taxi. After the concert, we couldn't find a taxi at all. Many concert-goers couldn't find parking and had to park their cars all the way down the street from us. So, this is definitely the best choice for concert-goers!
(8) There's a supermarket and a mall downstairs. There's also an amazing BBQ restaurant downstairs that we ate at for two nights straight. You can request and listen to songs for free, the BBQ is fresh, it's always busy, and you can sit indoors or outdoors. The service is great too!
(9) If we didn't want to go out, we ordered delivery, and it was all delicious. However, deliveries are left on the ground floor of the building, and it takes a long time to get them. You have to call the front desk to remind them to send it up once it arrives. It's delivered by a robot.
(10) The hotel breakfast wasn't as varied as a five-star hotel, but there was enough selection, and it was very clean. The rice noodles and regular noodles were cooked fresh to order and were delicious. You could also go out for breakfast.
(11) The room was cleaned very thoroughly and carefully. On our second day, they proactively offered to change the sheets and refill our water.
(12) On the ground floor, you can borrow umbrellas, and there are sofas to sit on while waiting for a car.
(13) It's far from Shunde Mountain, about 40 minutes away, and far from Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, about half an hour, and that area gets congested. Several popular internet-famous spots and characteristic old shops are near the scenic area! You'll need to take a taxi to eat there.
(14) Besides the attractions, we took the kids to Xindong Paradise. It was quite far but fun. We took a taxi there for 90 RMB, but it was hard to get a taxi back at night.
(15) The only drawback was that the hotel's air conditioning wasn't working properly. I turned it on hoping for some heat, but when I pressed the heat button, it blew out cold air at about 10-15°C. When I asked, they said there was no heating function for the AC. No matter how I adjusted it, it only blew cold air. It was surprisingly cold staying in the hotel.

Overall, a great experience! Our butler, Mati, contacted us even before check-in. When we had a minor issue with our room during our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and actively resolved it for us, even upgrading our room type. For transportation, I'd definitely recommend driving yourself. The hotel is quite remote with no public transport nearby, and the road leading to the hotel was very dark when we arrived at night, so having your own car would be much more convenient. The hotel doesn't have many hot springs, but the ones they do have are incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Extremely good. 24/7 check in reception and able to keep my taobao parcels. There is a convenient store, food stall and coffee place downstairs. The hotel is an apartment kind, but very good, Room is huge. The hotel is very good for those looking to go to Qianhai snow world (Huafa Snow Bonski) or the Convention Center. Would stay here again if I'm skiing again.

Five stars, no hesitation! This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; everything was just perfect, and I highly recommend it!
The garden views are simply stunning, with lush greenery everywhere you look. Strolling through the grounds is incredibly relaxing, and you can even catch a glimpse of the serene golf course in the distance. The wide, tranquil views truly make you feel far away from the city's hustle and bustle, creating an amazing ambiance. My favorite part was the private hot tub in the room – soaking in it while enjoying the beautiful surroundings just melted away all my fatigue. Plus, the hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, making travel with furry friends completely stress-free, with a dedicated activity area. So thoughtful!
The hotel also offers a fantastic range of activities, from leisurely experiences to family fun, making every day enjoyable and fulfilling. I have to give a special shout-out to the young lady with the braided hair; her service was so warm and meticulous. During check-in, she patiently explained all the facilities and activities, proactively helped us schedule our hot tub time, and responded to all our requests immediately. She was so gentle and attentive.
The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a quiet and comfortable overall environment. The value for money is outstanding, making it perfect for couples, families, or those traveling with pets. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and comfortable. They even upgraded our room for free when they found out we had a child, which was a nice touch. There's a washer and dryer available, and the parking lot is right downstairs, conveniently located by the road. Being on a higher floor meant we didn't have to worry about noise. It's super easy to get around, and the pedestrian street is only about a ten-minute walk away. Definitely recommend!

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, efficient and thoughtful, making me feel truly welcome. The guest rooms are clean, quiet and well-appointed, with every detail carefully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay.
What impressed me most was the exceptional service from Duty Manager Elliott. He was incredibly polite, patient and attentive throughout my stay. Whenever I encountered any small issues during my trip, he responded promptly, handled them efficiently and went out of his way to solve problems with a positive attitude. His professionalism and sincere service made my stay much more pleasant and worry-free.
The overall service standard of the hotel is excellent, and all staff are friendly and dedicated. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone. A truly memorable and enjoyable stay!

BBaobeichengerThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent; they have a pool and a gym, which I used during my stay and found to be very good. The breakfast was also quite nice. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center and main attractions. However, a taxi ride usually gets you there within half an hour. I stayed for four days, and the environment was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the service was prompt. Parking was convenient, and the Candy Cereal butler's follow-up was very enthusiastic. Five stars, highly recommend!
JJS.LifeAbroadMy family and I recently spent a weekend at the Kenmore Art Hotel Residence, and it was, in a word, exceptional. We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

GGuest UserStayed with my dog, and both of us had a wonderful time!
Facilities: Fully equipped.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy.
Environment: Right downstairs are the sea and beach, offering a beautiful environment. Although the sand on the beach is a bit coarse, it's very clean.
Service: Excellent service. When we walked past the accommodation building from the front desk, a concierge even enthusiastically helped us with our luggage.
GGuest UserI originally booked this hotel just for an overnight stay to catch an early flight, mainly because of their convenient free shuttle and parking. But after staying, I've discovered it's definitely one of my must-stay hotels next time I'm in Shenzhen! The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were all incredibly patient and welcoming. The massage chair in the room was a huge, pleasant surprise, and there's even sleep-inducing background music. Despite being near the airport, the soundproofing inside the room is excellent. Thumbs up!

PPuhe1. This hotel stay exceeded my expectations. The spacious and bright lobby, elegant environment, and attentive front desk service were all excellent.
2. I received complimentary bottled water upon check-in. The room was not only spacious but also had excellent natural light, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
3. Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a tranquil paradise. The beautiful environment was refreshing, the warm service from the front desk was the icing on the cake, and the excellent location made getting around extremely convenient.
GGuest UserThe room had a cozy feel, and though a bit small, it was very well-appointed. From the window, there was a partial view of the Pearl River and the neighboring provincial building. Despite its location in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

GGuest UserSo quiet and clean! The butler service was excellent! We brought our own tea set for a '圍爐煮茶' (a type of traditional tea brewing around a small stove) on the balcony, which was incredibly pleasant and comfortable. The balcony in our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views. There's also a small outdoor balcony with a lounge chair, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The fourth floor has a private kitchen offering Cantonese cuisine, which you can order directly to your room! Downstairs, there's a common area for activities. We only stayed one night, but I feel like I could easily stay for several more next time! Highly recommend!

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.
__WeChat30860****The price is very reasonable and the hotel is clean and hygienic. The location is very good, there is parking available, and there are many convenient restaurants nearby. The front desk service is also good, with tea service as soon as you enter! The room is clean and tidy, the disposable items are very hygienic and convenient, and the WiFi in the room is very fast!
CCitiway121The location is super convenient, near MixC shopping mall and many popular restaurants and food streets nearby. The environment is clean, and the main gate is locked at night, so there are no safety issues. Breakfast, late-night snacks, and fruit are included. The service is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
