Pet-friendly Hotels in Jiangsu, China

Location and amenities were great but only one big issue I really can't swallow. For the two days that I went out and clicked on the Do Not Disturb tab, both days my room was entered and cleaned up. I called the front desk to clarify if that was routine - the cleaners entering the room even if the DND button was up - and the reply was ”如果旅客不需要打扫卫生可以跟前台说一声我们再通知保洁 (If travellers doesnt require a room makeup, they can inform the front desk and we will inform the cleaners” which I asked then what's the point of installing the DND button and make up room button separately. I am pissed because I trusted that no one was going to enter the room and technically, supposedly could be in contact with my belongings as had my luggage was unpacked and lying around. Now that they breached this trust and while nothing was missing, who can possibly assure that no one touched my things or had strangers entering the room in the process. I will avoid staying here in the future and choose another place that doesn't require me to go that extra step of pressing the DND button AND informing the front desk, which is pure ridiculous.

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The subway station is right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Humble Administrator's Garden is also just a kilometer away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They help with luggage, and the fully automated smart features are very impressive. The robot food delivery also made me feel quite secure. Service attitude was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. When I returned, I found the room spotless, everything that needed changing was changed, and the floor was even mopped. Any issues were promptly resolved, leaving me with a truly great impression. I've already saved this hotel on Ctrip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Suzhou! On a side note, the steamed bun shop by the entrance is incredibly delicious. I really loved their buns, and the lady who runs it is also super nice! 🥰

Andu True Treasure Hotel! For just a hundred yuan, you get a premium experience. The room was clean and hygienic, the glassware was properly sanitized, and the bathroom even had alcohol wipes and disposable toilet seat covers, making our stay super reassuring. The mini-bar was complimentary for the first round, and self-service laundry and drying facilities were all available – the thoughtful details were practical and appreciated. The service was incredibly warm-hearted; check-in was efficient, any requests were responded to super quickly, and they even lent us a charging cable. The location is convenient and the facilities are comprehensive, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to my friends! Highly recommend!

This is a great Republic of China-era hotel, tucked away in a quiet spot yet still central. The courtyard is very unique, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's about 800 meters from popular attractions like Geyuan Garden, Heyuan Garden, Dongguan Street, Pishi Street, Dongguan Ancient Ferry, and Xing Street – all within easy reach. There are also plenty of dining options; the famous Erchun Fried Rice is right next door, and old brands like Fuchun Teahouse, Maopailou, and Gonghechun are all nearby. It's incredibly convenient for an after-dinner stroll. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Located at the entrance of a small alley, it's wonderfully peaceful and beautiful. If time permits, brewing a pot of tea and sitting in the courtyard to soak in the 'slow Yangzhou' vibe would be truly delightful!

I booked a king-size room, which was very large, with a separate wet and dry bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western styles. The hotel is garden-style, and the lotus flowers are blooming beautifully in this season, making for great photos. The hotel's outdoor pool is also very beautiful, and you can experience it with your children. The hotel service is also very good, with enough mineral water in the room, and a housekeeper to greet them attentively. When I left, they also gave me a beautiful notebook. The service was very considerate and the price was very affordable. It is worth staying here next time.

Service: The ladies at the front desk were all very enthusiastic, and the cleaning staff were also very careful and meticulous.

Full marks for this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the front desk attendant's smile was incredibly welcoming. Check-in was super fast, and she thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants and tourist routes. The room was surprisingly clean; the sheets and duvet smelled like sunshine, and the facilities were new. The hotel environment is elegant, and the location is excellent. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was great. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

This inn is located right in the heart of Zhouzhuang. You just walk straight from the ancient archway, cross the bridge, and turn left for about 100 meters to reach it. I was really impressed by how beautiful the scenery was where we were staying. Our room had a great river view, and the bedding was clean and tidy. It made for a wonderful travel experience.

The room is very nice, with complete indoor facilities. It has a yard, a balcony, and a dock. The first floor has a ceiling height of approximately 8-10 meters, which is quite comfortable. The second floor also has a balcony with plenty of sunlight. It's suitable for family trips.

Came to Suzhou for a hot spring getaway. **Environment:** Great, the air is fresh. The hotel grounds are lovely, with rivers, lakes, and ducks – very relaxing. **Facilities:** The hot spring in our private villa was excellent. The water filled and drained quickly, and the temperature was just right. The small courtyard was also very nice, perfect for sunbathing or feeding the ducks. My only minor complaint is that some facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom curtain was quite dirty at the bottom. **Cleanliness:** Pretty good, it was cleaned reasonably well. **Service:** Excellent. They proactively explained everything during check-in, and calling for the shuttle bus was convenient. **Parking:** There's an underground garage with plenty of spaces, more than enough. **Breakfast:** Horrible. Not many options. None of the pastries were good; they tasted like pre-packaged items, and not even good pre-packaged ones. The Chinese food wasn't good either, the mini wontons were hard. The only decent thing was the made-to-order omelet. The hotel's photo-taking service was okay, not many people. There's a group of greedy ducks on the property, they're adorable. Overall, it was still pretty good.
