"This hotel is located right across from Bayi Square and is also close to the subway. Stepping out, you're on Bayi Road Food Street, where you can find all sorts of local specialty snacks. The staff were very warm and attentive. When we arrived, they immediately offered us refreshing lemon and plum juice from the hotel's self-service, which was incredibly crisp and tasty. Housekeeping was prompt; they even helped us with laundry while we were out exploring. Food delivery riders can bring orders directly to your room. Honestly, if it's not too hot, a short walk will get you to a ton of great food options. You can easily walk to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong from here, and to get to Liziba, you can take Line 2. Across the street from the hotel, you get a great mountain view, and you can even spot the Golden Eagle. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves food and exploring!"

"This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, within walking distance of Hongyadong and Jiefangbei, essentially placing you right in the CBD. The night views from the room are stunning. The room comes equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave, and the washing machine even has a drying function, which is super handy for families, especially in the summer. Room service is excellent, keeping everything clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend it for both leisure and business trips. The value for money is outstanding. "If you ask where the nightlife hub for young people in Chongqing is, it's definitely Jiujie! It's super lively here with bars, KTVs, late-night snacks, and a whole street of delicious food. You can eat, shop, and party all night long! Guanyinqiao Food Street is just a short walk away, offering tons of great food from lunch to dinner – you'll be spoiled for choice! During the day, a short taxi ride will take you to the communities young Chongqing locals love to frequent, such as Taping Community and Beicang Cultural and Creative Community, both packed with interesting little shops. This time, I chose to stay at the YOLO Designer Hotel. After walking all day, coming back to a relaxing bath was just wonderful. Staying here, you get stunning city views from high up, a transparent soaking tub, and a huge projector screen – it’s quiet yet enjoyable. The bedding was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The room design is very practical with a separate wet and dry area. They even gave us thoughtful welcome gifts, and the butler was always available to communicate. Food delivery is also available to the hotel. I highly recommend this place for couples and students traveling!"

Honestly, the hotel's location is unbeatable. The subway is right outside, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, major attractions like Raffles City and Jiefangbei are within walking distance. There are also great food options nearby – Chen Popo Hot Pot, and the local noodle and sticky rice cake breakfast were all delicious. The room views were also nice. I stayed in a smaller room first, then a larger one for the next two days, and the view from the bigger room was even better. My only complaints are that the air conditioning in the smaller room was quite noisy, though the larger room didn't have that issue. Also, the wet/dry separation in the smaller room wasn't great; water from the shower would flow towards the toilet, which was annoying when wearing disposable slippers. And the hairdryer! It barely had any power, making me increasingly frustrated while using it. I strongly recommend replacing it with a high-speed one; it wouldn't cost much and would make a huge difference. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The service was very responsive, and the excellent location saved a lot of travel time.

What an unexpected gem of a hotel! I booked it specifically for my friends visiting from out of town, and it's so close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. My friends were absolutely stunned when they opened the door – the river view opposite is unbeatable, and Hongyadong is right below. They said falling asleep to the river view was an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

The location is convenient. It's only a one to two hundred meter walk downstairs to Jiefangbei, which is very handy. It's also close to shopping malls like Times Square. It's a lively area. The room itself is quite clean, and the facilities are pretty comprehensive.

From our arrival, he demonstrated remarkable kindness and assistance. We inquired about laundry services, and they graciously provided them at no cost, which I greatly appreciated. The accommodations are comfortable, and the hotel offers an unparalleled city view at a remarkably reasonable price. The hotel is super close to the subway station, just a few steps away. Having the 'Eye in the Sky' observation deck in the same building is incredibly convenient; no need to rush or queue. We went up in the evening to watch the sunset and later captured the amazing Two Rivers lights at night. The high-floor view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the mattress was so comfortable we slept like a baby.

The hotel's location is superb. Stepping out of the 3rd-floor lobby, it's just a few hundred meters walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. From the 1st-floor exit, you're directly opposite the 11th floor of Hongyadong. Although the room is a bit small, it's clean and tidy, with complete amenities, including a mini-fridge. Breakfast also exceeded expectations; the small but refined restaurant offers a rich variety of delicious options, from coffee and fried eggs to noodles, all while enjoying great views. All in all, for such a prime location and affordable price, getting such excellent service and facilities truly makes it incredible value for money.

A very comfortable experience. My friend and I came to Chongqing for a trip, and after washing our clothes at the hotel, they weren't drying well hanging in the wardrobe. When the hotel staff cleaned the room, they noticed this and brought a drying rack for me, hanging it by the window and even opening the window a bit for ventilation. They also left a small note explaining everything, a special thanks to Aunt Shi. Also, when we called reception for bottled water, fresh towels, slippers, etc., they were delivered very quickly; the service was excellent. The view from the room window was also great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and patiently answering our questions. Chongqing was a lot of fun, and we'll definitely come back if we get the chance (though it was too hot in the mornings).

The room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel's location was great, quite close to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. The subway station was also conveniently nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. In the evenings, they offer health-boosting congee, and during the day, there's popcorn and ice cream. Plus, the room even had a smart device to control the lights and curtains!

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.
