"Traveling to Chongqing, this was the first hotel I stayed at. The view from this hotel is absolutely stunning! It's located on the 47th floor in the city center, so you can enjoy the entire Chongqing night view right from your room. There's also an observation deck on the 67th floor of the same building, which is a great option if you want an even higher perspective of the night scene. The rooms are very spacious, and the transportation in the area is incredibly convenient."

It's also very close to attractions like Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongyadong, about a 10-minute walk away. The service attitude was particularly good; they even recommended local hotpot places that were absolutely delicious.

GGuest UserFantastic location! šŸ“ Directly facing Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, the river view is absolutely stunning. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress soft, and the service warm and attentive. A gentle breeze from the river outside, while inside it was cozy and elegant. The high-floor river view room was incredibly soothing; watching the mist in the morning and the city lights at night was truly special. The service was so thoughtful it felt like meeting an old friend. This was the most unforgettable stop on my Chongqing trip. Getting around and dining were super convenient, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Mmitskimitskinot all the rooms have big windows so check in early or request that in advance, no mold really anywhere, bathroom clean, bedsheets + bed clean + comfy. breakfast was good, had bread, mini cakes, veg like green beans, chillies, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, potatoes and corn, and fruit like melon. also had something in metal containers but they werenā€™t ready when i was there 7-7:30am. had coffee, mango/orange juice + two fruit juices i havenā€™t tried before but tasted good gym is basic, had 2 cables beside eachother, leg extension, an adjustable bench + sets of weights from 2.5 to 25kg, a cycling machine, and a treadmill. staff donā€™t speak english but have a translator device which seems accurate. attractions are all close by, stick to following the maps !!! as i thought maps was wrong and got lost, had to climb 300 steps to get out. hongya cave is a 1 min walk away, easy to see it from the bridge, couldnā€™t figure out how to get down to the ground floor to see it. raffels city shopping centre is a nice 15 min walk away, good amount of coffee shops everywheret

SStanley ChyeThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient: 1. Hongyadong is just a 200-meter walk from the customer service desk on the hotel's first floor. 2. You can take the internal hotel elevator up to the 22nd floor, walk through Kuaixinglou, and reach Jiefangbei within 500 meters. 3. Taxis are easy to get, and the Line 2 monorail station is also within walking distance. The front desk staff were very friendly and happy to answer our questions about tourist attractions. They also provided a tourist map and a food guide, which was very helpful. We booked an AI-smart room. Upon entering, 'Xiaodu' (the smart assistant) greeted us, provided daily weather forecasts, and could adjust the air conditioning, open/close the curtains, and control the lights. We could even scan a QR code for a robot to deliver bottled water, and request more if needed ā€“ it was amazing! My son also fell in love with Xiaodu, interacting with it every day and even playing songs for me. Furthermore, from 8 PM to 10:21 PM every night, there's a free dessert soup served in the sky lobby. You can enjoy the dessert while admiring the beautiful city views ā€“ so thoughtful! I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Chongqing. I had a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Its location in the Jiefangbei area is very convenient, close to Hongya Cave and Bayi Food Street. The river view room indeed offers a great view of Qiansimen Bridge. The bathroom is spacious, and the TV in the room even allowed us to catch up on TV shows. The landlady's recommendation for Jiang Er Wa Chuan Chuan Xiang was absolutely delicious. On my last day, they even granted me a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. The only minor drawback was the inconsistent and often disconnected Wi-Fi. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied.

AAnonymous UserThe 54-square-meter room is very spacious and bright, meeting the standards for apartment functionality and facilities. It was cleaned very well and was tidy, which deserves praise. However, the facilities are indeed a bit old, probably due to the hotel having been open for a while. The location is excellent and convenient for getting anywhere. Heading up to Baixiang Street, you'll find a street rich in local culture, with places to eat and have tea. To the left, it's a 10-minute, 10-yuan taxi ride to Hongyadong, Raffles City, and the cruise terminal. To the right, heading towards Shapingba, you can cross the road from the hotel and go down to the riverside to see the Yangtze River.

ZzhihongyangThe hotel boasts an excellent location, just across the street from Hongyadong. Rooms on the back-facing side offer a fantastic view of Hongyadong. It shares a building and several elevators with another hotel. While the hotel facilities have a few drawbacks ā€“ specifically, our room developed a strong odor on the second day ā€“ the service was top-notch, and they promptly moved us to a different room. The in-room amenities are fairly standard. The toilet even has a smart motion-sensor light, and the shower provides good water pressure, although it did tend to fluctuate between hot and cold. A minor inconvenience is the lack of an in-room phone, meaning we had to contact the front desk via Trip.com. The breakfast restaurant feels a bit cramped, but the food selection is generally sufficient, including cold and hot dishes, boiled eggs, bread, milk, and sausages. The rice noodles are self-service, requiring a 4-minute cooking time per batch, which can lead to a long wait!

AAnonymous UserChoosing Banyan Tree Chongqing for our family trip was the best decision! The twin-pool courtyard villa was incredibly spacious, making it comfortable for both our parents and children. From the balcony, we had direct views of the stream and mountains. The staff were all super nice and attentive, always ready to help. And special shout-out to Yan Yan, the photographer from Xiao Wan Travel Photography ā€“ she was amazing at capturing our kids! She guided them patiently without rushing, and the parent-child photos turned out so lively and heartwarming. I've already recommended her to friends!

The service at the front desk (Xiaoyan) was very friendly and the check-in speed was very fast. šŸ’Æ the hotel is in a very good location. It is about two minutes' walk to the pedestrian street to eat and drink, and it is also very close to Hongyadong to see the night scenery šŸ„°. The facilities are amazing, they all look brand new, the appliances run smoothly and the toiletries are of good quality. The best thing is that there is a washer and dryer, which is easy to operate and provides free laundry detergent. You can wear your clothes immediately after drying. Too tourist-friendly šŸ‘ the cleanliness of the room was excellent, the bedsheets were white and odourless, the bathroom was dry and wet and free of scale, every corner was clean, a very restful stay āœØ within walking distance to the subway, shops, pedestrian street, downtown Chongqing and Hongyadong. Highly recommended!
