"The hotel is great, clean and hygienic, with excellent services all around. Right across the street is a restaurant specializing in 'ice-boiled lamb' – while the taste was just okay, it's a good spot for tourists. Really nice. The breakfast was even better, with options like shaomai, lamb offal soup, and milk tea. You can even get an iced Americano, which I loved! All the staff had a wonderful service attitude."

"The rooms and amenities were fantastic, all with a matryoshka doll theme, and the room service was very responsive. The hotel's location is good, but the lobby was constantly filled with tourists taking photos and various travel photographers. The guest bedroom had a very strong odor that irritated my throat; it felt like the renovation fumes hadn't dissipated yet. Opening the window only brought in a lot of noisy human chatter from outside. For a two-bedroom family room, they only provided two key cards. After breakfast on the second floor, we couldn't use the elevator to get back to our room's floor without a card. The restaurant staff on the second floor said they didn't have the authority to swipe the elevator card, so we had to go down to the first floor and ask staff there to swipe us up. This was really incomprehensible. When checking in, the staff didn't provide a map of the Matryoshka Scenic Area nor did they introduce the hotel's services and facilities. In summary, the hotel has unique hardware but a lot of room for improvement in its software, especially considering the over 3000 yuan room rate during summer vacation."

"First off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!"

"If you're visiting Huitengxile Grassland, you *have* to stay here! I spent ages looking online and was worried about mosquitoes before I arrived, but it exceeded all my expectations – I barely saw any bugs. The rooms are really cozy, and the unique yurts and bonfire party gave my kids a special experience. Plus, a huge bonus is that they have a restaurant with excellent capacity, no problem serving over a hundred people at once. It's a fantastic choice for families with kids! ✌🏻"

"This might indeed be the newest and best accommodation around, and the price definitely reflects that. However, there's no denying that the smart devices are frankly quite difficult to use. Voice commands often don't work even after multiple attempts. The smart toilets in both rooms require manual flushing; they don't auto-flush after you stand up. The most concerning issue was the pungent smell of renovation in the room. Anyone knowledgeable knows that formaldehyde is colorless and odorless, so I'm not sure if the lingering smell was paint fumes (or benzene, toluene-like substances) or other volatile harmful gases. When I wiped down the blue cabinets with a wet wipe upon check-in, blue stains appeared immediately – possibly due to fading or peeling paint. If you prioritize your health, I'd strongly advise you to reconsider! This is my honest and genuine review. The dining quality was decent, leaning towards above average, with three restaurants available. The BBQ we ordered on the first day was exceptionally good, and the 'ice-cooked lamb' was also tasty. However, the meal on the second day on the second floor was disappointing. We specifically requested no spice, yet every skewer was covered in chili. The waiter seemed clueless and had to re-grill and serve a new batch, but the taste was completely different from the first time. The standout feature was the deep sleep memory foam pillow – it was excellent. Several family members commented on how comfortable it was, even more so than pillows provided in some large hotels in big cities. You can watch fireworks from the second and third floors, which adds a lovely touch."

"The hotel is new and spacious, and the decor in both the lobby and rooms is stylish and upscale, with complete facilities. I visited during the May Day holiday, which means high occupancy, but parking was ample. If you go for breakfast at 9 AM, you'll likely find no seats, but going before 8 AM the next day was much better. I had dinner at the hotel once, and we waited a long time for the food. Additionally, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved; I could clearly hear people talking and making noise in the hallway. Overall, I still recommend it. The minor flaws don't overshadow the positives, and I imagine the experience would be much better during the off-season. I could tell the staff training was thorough, and their service attitude was very good and enthusiastic, which is commendable."
