This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room. The environment was comfortable and pleasant, nice and quiet. The service was warm and attentive, with quick responses to everything. All the facilities were complete and in perfect working order, making for a great experience. It's super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing, and offers excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

Ttoday0916Because I temporarily planned to play in Ergunado for a day and go to the birch forest and the national wetland park, I extended my stay for one day and chose a low-priced big bed room, but the store agreed to continue to live in a family room with a higher price yesterday, like one! The breakfast at this place is great, the variety is not to say, the work is particularly authentic, the details are too rich, especially the sheep soup, there is no smell, the red date porridge is actually nuclear! Details determine success or failure, this service level and the control of details is definitely the local top! It is not completely without shortcomings, the bath time from 16:00 to 24:00 is not so friendly to people like me who like to take a shower in the morning.

PpodarokivaBeautiful and convenient hotel. Recommend to stay here. Room was large, clean new and comfortable. Breakfasts were good, it is possible to find dishes for everybody. But there were some problems with drinks (coffee and tea were strange and consisted much sugar). Check-in and check-out were fast. Ir is easy to get to the hotel from the city center, about 10 minutes to go on foot or 3-4 minutes by taxi. But the street is more quite than others.

GGuest UserPet friendly, it's not easy to find a hotel with your furry friends. This hotel is in a great location with many places to eat nearby. The breakfast buffet was just so-so, but there were a lot of options, except for the ones I liked. The room is big and clean, but the hot water is not enough. It's a bit cold to take a shower in winter! If you don't take a shower, it's fine.

The breakfast spread was comprehensive and diverse, offering delicious food with local specialties. The hotel itself is large and impressive, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with complete facilities including bathing, a swimming pool, and a gym. For those driving, charging stations and a parking lot are also available. Highly recommend!

The lobby manager Batu patiently introduced and recommended Some places worth visiting and precautions also helped us avoid many detours. Lliu wei huiWe had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful. The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise. Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another! As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles. This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old. (The attached photo was taken on the third day. I hadn't initially planned on writing a review, which is why I didn't take pictures of the issues as they occurred.)

GGuest UserThe service was very warm and thoughtful. There was a snowstorm on the day we arrived. The staff went out in the snow to help move boxes and tried their best to provide heating. They also helped move the car and reminded us of the car's malfunction early the next morning. They helped us a lot. Although the yurt facilities are not as good as those of a hotel, it is very unique and has its own independent yard. The children had a lot of fun

The main thing I want to say is that the sound of the sewer pipe is too noisy, basically did not stop all night, and there are curtains, which are not tightly blocked. From the moment you enter the parking lot, the security guard helps you with your luggage, and Anna at the front desk helps you check in.
