Romantic Hotels in Shaanxi, China

My trip to Xi'an was absolutely wonderful, and the Jingxin Hotel truly made it even better. First off, the location is unbeatable. It's right above Bell Tower Metro Station, with lines 2 and 6, which are essentially the only lines you'll need to get to most tourist spots. Plus, the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and City Wall area – one of Xi'an's essential and must-visit attractions – are just 200 meters away. The hotel breakfast, while not vast, is satisfying, offering freshly cooked wontons and noodles, and the fruit is very fresh. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they're cleaned daily. I was very pleased with my three-night stay. Downstairs, there's also a Hanfu City. It's not very big, but I managed to get some beautiful photos in Ming-style attire.

Excellent! My entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable. They even upgraded my room for free. I have to specifically mention the Novotel Bell Tower Xi'an for this trip. The staff, not just the servers, made me feel like family, taking the time to understand and help me. I believe the person at the front desk was a manager, though I'm embarrassed to say I've forgotten their name. They even gave me complimentary milk. That evening, a staff member called me and brought it back just as I was having trouble sleeping – perfect timing! I won't go into too much detail, but during the New Year period, I really appreciate the thoughtful and attentive service from both the hotel and its staff. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return.

From the moment you step into this hotel, you're enveloped in a sense of luxury. Nn at the front desk was incredibly professional and efficient, getting me checked in swiftly. The room itself was beautifully designed, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and a fantastic balcony offering great views. Breakfast was a delightful spread with plenty of variety, and the noodles (菲林小面) were particularly delicious. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, offering easy access to the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter, making getting around a breeze. What a rich experience! It's truly rare to find a hotel with such great design and warmth in a big city. This really made the value for money and overall experience exceptional. The staff were all very friendly, and the butler-style service was incredibly thoughtful. Although we didn't have many long conversations, you could feel the attention to detail from the simple interactions and processes. Before check-in, they sent transportation tips. After check-in, the daily breakfast and late-night snack menus changed, and you could specify a delivery time to your room. We checked out a little after 5 AM, and even at that early hour, the front desk staff seemed full of energy! As a parting gift, they gave us a pre-prepared, personalized seal with my name on it. This hotel truly puts a lot of thought into everything. The public areas and rooms were all very photogenic, but I was too busy to take any pictures •ᴗ•💧 All in all, I'm grateful for the hospitality. This will definitely be my temporary home of choice next time I visit Xi'an (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

This hotel is excellent! It's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything. The cleanliness is top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. There are tons of great food options nearby, and it's also conveniently located close to the Drum Tower and a subway station. Unfortunately, I had some inconsiderate neighbors who smoked in the bathroom, but there's not much the hotel can do about that. The front desk service was fantastic though; they were very responsive and helpful with any issues. I'd definitely stay here again.

What I was satisfied with was the attentive and detailed service from the staff. Any issues were resolved immediately, and they even sent local specialties. I booked this hotel because it ranked high among upscale hotels in Xi'an, but the hardware facilities were far below my expectations. The window couldn't close properly, leaving a large gap that I had to stuff with toilet paper to keep out the cold draft. The curtains also couldn't close completely, leaving a 20cm gap, so the hotel provided bulldog clips for me to use. The room lights required me to get out of bed to switch them on/off by the door, as there was no bedside control, which was very inconvenient. The bedding hygiene was also just average; there was a lot of lint when I checked in, but they immediately replaced it with new bedding after I reported it. Overall, the price wasn't expensive, and I was basically satisfied with the service.

I traveled with two children and booked a family room in the apartment building with a king bed and a sofa bed. Since it's close by, I could easily get a taxi from the entrance of the High School Affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University on Ci'en West Road, avoiding the one-way traffic congestion in front of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good, and the dinner buffet was amazing, with delicious food and very reasonable prices. I also ordered late-night snacks; the fried rice, fermented glutinous rice soup, and small dumplings were truly delicious. After having the hotel's 'safer' noodles and roujiamo, there was no need to go to any snack street. The hotel service was excellent, especially Lucy. We arrived before check-in time, and she escorted us to the executive lounge to rest and even provided complimentary breakfast vouchers, for which I'm especially grateful. The kids had a great time eating and playing at the hotel. The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City are right at the doorstep, which was incredibly convenient with children. After three days in Xi'an, I've grown to love The Westin hotel; it feels very reassuring. It was a pleasant trip.

The front desk service was excellent, very welcoming and enthusiastic. There was even a fun Spring Festival rubbing activity in the hotel lobby. The transportation is super convenient; the Metro Line 2 entrance is just about 200-300 meters away, making it very quick to get to all the attractions in Xi'an. There are also many shopping malls nearby, so dining is easy. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were very complete. We received complimentary welcome fruit, and the twin beds were pushed together, which was very convenient. It's easy to get around everywhere and convenient for shopping, plus the facilities are quite new. However, the photography studio downstairs wasn't good; the makeup and styling were poor, and the service wasn't up to par.

The room was absolutely beautiful and picture-perfect, which instantly put me in a good mood. The service was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. I absolutely loved this gorgeous hotel! Facilities: Very unique. Cleanliness: Spotless!

Quality and aesthetics both online! The Tanghua Hualuxe's Tang Dynasty-inspired design creates an incredible ambiance, and the courtyard is serene and elegant. The room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully detailed, offering maximum comfort. Amy at the front desk was professional and efficient, as well as very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The hotel is centrally located in Qujiang, with convenient transportation, close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The food was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. We were extremely satisfied with our stay!
