This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a huge thumbs up! First off, the hotel's location is absolutely prime; it's super convenient for transport, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. As soon as you step into the lobby, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was incredibly fast. They even thoughtfully offered a welcome drink, which made me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a simple yet stylish decor. What impressed me most was the immaculate cleanliness – the sheets and duvet covers were spotless and odor-free, and even the smallest details were pristine. The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I had a great night's sleep every night. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, both Western and Chinese, and it all tasted fantastic. All in all, this was an incredibly comfortable stay with excellent value for money. The next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

We are very happy with the hotel services, cleanliness as well as the prompt help that the hotel staff has been guiding us and assisting us in both checking in and out, they provide very good advice to us in terms of our traveling within Xi’an city. Staff like Faye Mu have to be complimented and mentioned, she is very helpful and very polite to us. Thank you Faye for making our holiday so wonderful. We will stay here again during our next visit.

Our trip to Xi'an was absolutely perfect! The hotel service was impeccable, from the thoughtful check-in reception to the meticulous daily room cleaning. Every staff member was friendly and professional, making the stay feel truly luxurious. Xi'an itself is incredibly captivating; the awe-inspiring Terracotta Warriors, the majestic ancient city wall, and the rich flavors of the Muslim Quarter's food market all left a deep impression. I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends. Full marks!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and reasonably priced. The location is very convenient for traveling, close to convenience stores and restaurants. You can walk around and explore. The staff can speak English. The rooms and cafe are beautifully decorated. There are a few minor shortcomings.The room isn't soundproof. If people in the next room are talking or walking up and down the stairs, you can hear them quite clearly. However, if I have the chance, I would like to come back and stay here again.

We were lucky enough to experience Xi'an's first snowfall of the year on our second day here. The hotel's location right next to the Grand Tang Everbright City is fantastic. Overall, our stay was quite good. The front desk manager was very professional, though other staff members could use more training. The soundproofing in the hotel isn't great, and the ventilation system is too noisy, which affected our sleep. We hope this can be improved.

Hygiene: No issues, perfectly up to 5-star standards. Facilities: As with most relatively new 5-star hotels in China, the facilities are excellent here, well-maintained and fully functional. Environment: The surrounding area is business-oriented, suitable for those on business trips nearby. There are also large shopping malls, making it very convenient overall. Service: I feel there are still some issues. The front desk staff was great; they proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers upon seeing our kids and were very friendly. Housekeeping also kept the room very tidy. My only minor complaint is with the restaurant staff, which I believe is due to inadequate training. Although they proactively offered high chairs for my two children (1.5 and 4 years old), we had to ask for children's cutlery on the first day, and again on the second. Overall, the restaurant staff seemed to lack smiles and enthusiasm. While I understand they work hard, I still feel this points to a lack of proper training. Over three consecutive days, I also felt the variety of food options was somewhat lacking, even though the selection provided was relatively rich. So, there's still room for improvement. Overall, I'd give it a 90, and I hope to see improvements next time.

It's one of the most thoughtful and convenient hostels I've ever stayed in. **📍Excellent Location:** It's right in the famous **Dapiyuan**! Step outside, and you're surrounded by authentic local eateries. Huimin Street and Sajin Bridge are also within walking distance. For a foodie like me who wants to experience the true flavors of Xi'an, this is pure heaven. **🚻Room Highlights:** What surprised me most was that a hostel room actually came with **two separate bathrooms**! This completely eliminated the morning rush for washing up and evening queues for showering, greatly enhancing privacy and convenience. Both bathrooms were also stocked with toilet paper, showing great attention to detail. **🌿Common Areas:** * The **rooftop garden terrace** is an absolute gem! Sitting on the terrace with friends in the evening, enjoying the breeze and the night view of Xi'an's old city, felt incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It's also a fantastic spot for photos. * The **ground floor reception area** is so well-equipped! Not only is it **staffed 24/7**, which put my mind at ease as a late arrival, but it also **sells snacks and bottled water**, solving any late-night cravings. A **fridge, washing machine, and dryer** are all available, which are absolute essentials for long-term travelers. Being able to wash and dry clothes anytime is incredibly convenient. **In Summary:** This hostel perfectly balances 'superior location,' 'comfortable accommodation experience,' and 'high level of living convenience.' Whether you're a solo backpacker or traveling with friends, it meets all your needs. Highly recommended! This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Xi'an! 👍

This stay was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is super convenient, and it even offers free underground parking. There's an elevator straight to the lobby for check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. All the toiletries were provided, and the hot water supply was very stable. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, with fresh ingredients and good taste.

During the Christmas holiday, I traveled with my kids and booked the amazing suite. The room was super spacious, the balcony offered a wide view, and the bed was very comfortable. The day before check-in, the butler thoughtfully contacted us, and during our stay, the housekeeping staff observed our needs carefully, proactively providing an ashtray and A4 paper for my child's homework. The service was absolutely perfect! The breakfast was also incredibly rich, with all sorts of Xi'an specialty foods like Zēng gāo (steamed glutinous rice cake), Ròu jiā mó (Chinese hamburger), Hú là tāng (spicy soup), Yóu pō miàn (oil-splashed noodles), etc. The baked croissants were also delicious. There are many food delivery options nearby, and a robot delivers them right to your room door. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an. It's a highly recommended hotel! If I had to find a flaw, it would be the welcome music that automatically plays on the TV when you enter the room; it felt a bit disruptive. The hotel's overall design is modern, but the music was dynamic, too fast-paced, and a bit loud. Every day, the first thing I did when I returned to the room was to find the remote and turn it off. 😂

On the first day of check-in, the front desk didn't inform us that due to external renovations, the room type we originally booked with the expected view couldn't be arranged. After I went back to inquire about it, the front desk staff explained the situation and helped us change rooms. However, the new room had hair on one of the beds 😂. Although the staff handled our requests promptly, the overall service didn't feel very warm or enthusiastic, which really goes against the standards expected for a hotel of this caliber. I had originally booked for three consecutive nights, but I decisively changed hotels.
