It was a very very excellent stay. Very near the Yong Ning Gate of the city wall, you can see the activity on the wall from the hotel. Coffee places and Bubble Tea places are right downstairs. Room is comfortable and the availability of the laundry room is fantastic. Really loved this hotel and the in house handy experience. Experienced a couple of hiccups in the hotel but service recovery was exceptionally fast and prompt. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back again.

The rooms are all smart-home equipped, and the hotel is very clean and new. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It's right next to the Bell Tower, and the Bell Tower subway station is right downstairs. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The service is great. Highly recommended! Excellent value for money. I stayed for 2 nights and have already recommended it to friends who are visiting during the summer vacation.

This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels.

A very warm, welcoming and comfortable stay for a family of three. The room was a unique experience. Laundry was self service and free which gives it a homely vibe. We have a baby so that had a stroller available which we kept for the duration of stay. Both the receptionist spoke very good English, which made things much easier. The room was very spacious with good amenities, they even had a bidet installed in the washroom which is a great convenience for foreign travelers. Overall a memorable stay and commendable effort by the staff to make it as comfortable as possible.

Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍.

I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!

I stayed for 6 nights, and they proactively upgraded my room type for 4 of those nights – I honestly didn't want to leave. The breakfast buffet offers a decent variety, with both Chinese and Western options, plus hand-drip coffee. The afternoon tea pastries are homemade by the restaurant, exquisite, and delicious. And the late-night snacks are superb too! Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to any friends planning a trip there. **Amenities:** The hotel's design is top-notch, with thoughtful touches evident in both its overall exterior and internal details. The aesthetics are spot on. The facilities are new and high-quality, and they even have their own private restaurant, which is not only convenient for dining but also serves excellent food. 👍 **Cleanliness:** Every part of the hotel is meticulously clean, including the rooms, lobby, corridors, and restaurant – perfect for a traveler like me who's a bit of a clean freak. **Environment:** The location is excellent, right by the city wall and not far from the subway. Most major city attractions are within a 30-40 minute commute, and spots like the Stele Forest Museum, Wenchang Gate, and the 'Old Market' are within walking distance. There are plenty of authentic local eateries, coffee shops, and traditional morning markets nearby, yet it's very quiet and peaceful at night. **Service:** Absolutely five-star service, even better than many other five-star hotels. Everyone always has a smile. The front desk staff are mostly handsome young men – proactive, polite, and quick to respond. The restaurant waitstaff are friendly local women who are attentive and can communicate in English.

The hotel's location is great, super convenient for taking the subway or a taxi. Everything about it is excellent, really good value for money! The staff are enthusiastic and lively, providing fantastic service. They really understand what young people are looking for. Not only do they patiently answer all your questions, but they also proactively recommend sightseeing and dining routes, making you feel as comfortable as if you were with friends. The travel package I booked also had no complicated procedures, making the whole trip easy and relaxed. Downstairs from the hotel, there are BBQ spots, local specialty snacks, and even trendy网红 (wanghong/influencer-style) shops, all just a few minutes' walk away. Carbs galore, a paradise for carb lovers!!! Xi'an's noodles are truly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋 Overall, whether you're traveling with company or solo, this place is an unparalleled choice. I highly recommend staying here!

The room was very clean, with a clear separation between the wet and dry areas, and a full-length mirror. The guesthouse's location is excellent, right near the entrance of Huimin Street, with many popular local snacks downstairs. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Bell Tower, and a subway station and a direct bus stop to the Terracotta Army are right outside. The owner's service attitude was also superb, very enthusiastically recommending local delicacies. 😍😍

What I was most satisfied with during this stay was the reception service! The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, and the check-in process was very quick. She thoughtfully informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and routes to scenic spots. Any issues I had were quickly resolved by the staff. The service was professional and warm, offering great value for money. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.
