"The hotel very clean and beautiful! Easy to acces to the main road, located infront of Erhai Lake! Just take Didi 20 minutes from the railway station & 20 minutes to the ancient town. The lake and mountain view through the hotel’s window are beautiful and amazing! I love staying here! The reception also very helpful and friendly, they also serve complimentary tea and coffee at the lobby, we are very enjoy our stay and missed it so much"

"The room was spotless and very comfortable. It had a sleek, modern design, exactly my style. Smart controls added to the convenience. The room was also very spacious. Although it was a bit pricier than other places nearby, I found it to be absolutely worth it. The only minor improvements I'd suggest are: no power outlet under the desk, which made using a laptop a bit inconvenient, and no clothes rack in the bathroom.
Opening the window revealed a mountain view, and outside the door were charming farmhouse landscapes – it was so peaceful and lovely. There were sunflowers right by the entrance.
I especially want to commend the staff (both male and female) for their excellent service; calling it five-star service wouldn't be an exaggeration. They gave great travel recommendations, suggested places to eat, and offered comprehensive touring advice. Breakfast included coffee and tea, and there were even late-night snacks and bedtime desserts. I absolutely loved it. My younger sister really enjoyed playing with their dog.
The large map at the entrance was fantastic – a direct guide to local attractions and activities."

"Located in Caicun, the room offers stunning views directly facing Erhai Lake. The ecological corridor is just downstairs, making the location absolutely superb.
The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and even helped us dry our clothes. The staff member was very dedicated; he even drove to pick us up after his working hours. Both of them were fantastic and very professional. The breakfast place they recommended nearby served the best rice noodles I've ever had in my life.
Downsides: The room facilities were very basic. There were only disposable bath towels, and the projector quality was mediocre. The bathroom was just 'not particularly annoying,' nothing more.
The biggest issue was that my room was incredibly small. The merchant's photos, taken with a wide-angle lens, made it look much larger, but in reality, it was just the bed plus a window sill (for the view). This was disappointing. The soundproofing was also very poor (though this is common for guesthouses in these villages, as they are converted from old buildings).
If you're just looking for a place to sleep for one night, I'd say it's an option. But if you want a really nice environment, it's better to go to the Erhai side below Longkan Pier, where there are many places with excellent settings."

"It's the most charming home-stay I've been to. Good location. Just next to the Southgate of Dali ancient city. You can enjoy many kinds of yummy food all around China.
Nice housekeeper. The staffs are so friendly and patient since when arrived, a free cup of coffee was ready. Anytime, anywhere, as soon as you wanted a cup, just call the staff to help you. Free breakfast available. Also can enjoy tea in the Chinese beautiful yard.
Room service is perfect. Tidy and clean. Just seems to be at home. So classical design with smart home system.
The receptionist can afford much help including renting car, free car parking and suggestion for group tour."

"This guesthouse is perfect for photos and also great for a relaxing getaway. The biggest highlight is the amazing sea view from the room; the floor-to-ceiling windows face Erhai Lake directly, so you can see the Cangshan mountains and the clouds from your bed. The balcony loungers are also perfect for just chilling out. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet and restful environment. The breakfast, especially the rice noodles and soy milk, was delicious! 😋 My child loved it so much and wanted to stay another day, but our plans changed, so we'll have to come back next time."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shangri-La. The design and ambiance are truly impeccable — every corner feels thoughtfully curated, almost like staying in a beautiful museum.
What I especially appreciated was the warm, cozy, family-like atmosphere. The hotel makes a genuine effort to introduce guests to ******* culture and traditions, from traditional greetings and dances to afternoon milk tea and cakes. These little touches made the experience feel much more personal and memorable.
The service still has some room for improvement, but the staff are attentive and clearly try their best to accommodate guests and resolve any issues.
One important thing to note for international travelers: most of the staff speak Chinese only, so I would recommend having a translation app ready.
The location is excellent — very convenient and right next to Dukezong Ancient Town, close to the temple and the iconic prayer-wheel/drum tower. Overall, a beautiful and atmospheric place to experience Shangri-La and ******* culture."

Mingmingmingmingming～Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

Cabbagehaoyun環境：位置優越，在小灣村山頂，周圍有很多網紅咖啡廳，走路幾分鐘就到，很多人上來看日落，山下也有很多吃飯的地方。
喜歡他家的花園，正如多蘿西的名字一樣，整個民宿充滿歐式童話色彩。
衞生：每天打掃很乾凈，房間佈置温馨整潔，當然鄉村民宿免不了有小蟲小壁虎，這是正常的，孩子還挺喜歡。
服務：服務很好，因為窩訂的大床房，小妹見到我們孩子，主動給我們升級了親子房，還幫我們把那麼重的行李箱提上四樓。每天都有果盤和熱牛奶，讓人感到温暖。
設施：床品和裝潢都很舒適，衹是提一點建議，屋頂露台和二樓露台可以重新翻新打造一下，看風景很好，衹是現在可能少有人去，沒有配套休閑設施。
小小提醒：因為處在網紅民宿街，晚上可能會遇到搞活動的民宿，有喧鬧，我們有一晚就遇到旁邊一棟民宿幾個人搞個分享會，晚上11點過還拿着話筒公放講話，面對面説是聽不見嗎？很奇怪。這和本民宿無關，是整個環境的問題，如果習慣安靜早睡的人需要注意。

Anonymous UserDeveloped by Vanke, the air conditioner is Mitsubishi, but the house is big but not warm, and the toilet is small but slightly warm. In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?

1. The environment is good, the view of Fuxian Lake is beautiful, and it is even better to walk around.
2. The front desk attendant and the room attendant are the same person, and the service is relatively enthusiastic.
3. Vehicles and personnel must be registered before entering the hotel to increase safety.
4. Since breakfast does not start until 8:30, after coordination with the waiter, the chef will deliver the meal to the room at 7:40, and the variety is relatively complete and the taste is good.
5. Because it is inconvenient to find the hotel halfway up the mountain, I asked two people to point out the road. It is recommended to set up road signs at the entrance and turning point for easy finding.
6 The room settings are a bit old and the facilities are relatively few.

The balcony view of the room is very good, the front desk lady is beautiful and very nice, because the room can see the scenery, we don't want to go out, so the lady helped us to send afternoon tea to the room. The hotel's environmental decoration can be seen very carefully, it should be the most beautiful hotel nearby. So although the curtains in the room are a little flawed, but the flaws are not concealed.
