I had a very pleasant stay at Erhai Lakeview Apartments. First photo is the view from the room, absolutely stunning! Room is big and spacious with a lot of space to open our luggage. We were assisted by very friendly and helpful staff 小乐 throughout our stay and he provided us with food recommendations around the area as well as possible itinerary or activities to do in Dali during our stay. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located above a convenience store, local eats, a cafe, and options to rent e-scooters for transport around the city. The street opposite also has many good food options. Would recommend!

From check-in to check-out, my stay was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept wonderfully. The staff were all gentle and polite, responding quickly to any requests. Their attention to detail was impressive. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant – a perfect experience! The space had such a wonderful energy; I left feeling like my soul had been smoothed out. The bed was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud; when I woke up, I thought I was in another dimension. The service was just right – not intrusive, yet incredibly thoughtful. Those who know, know. Amazing value for money! After my stay, all I can say is: I'll definitely be back to find my zen here again.

The hotel was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I drove there, and the parking lot was a bit of a distance from the hotel. I initially planned to park and walk over myself, but when I couldn't find the parking lot at the navigation point, I asked the concierge for directions. To my surprise, the hotel immediately sent their shuttle to pick me up at the parking spot (the hotel shuttle was a very comfortable Mercedes business van). A warm and energetic ******* young man helped me with my luggage all the way. The hotel room was as good as I expected, and I think it's comparable to some of the 2000 RMB+ luxury resorts. The coffee was surprisingly good; I'm a heavy coffee drinker, and I honestly didn't have high hopes for the coffee itself, thinking the coffee area was just for ambiance. However, the quality was excellent. My wife was also very pleased with the hotel's overall amenities and service.

The soundproofing was also good. Both the front desk and room service were very attentive and responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were efficient and fast. Came to Dali with friends and this lakeside hotel completely exceeded our expectations! The room faces Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake directly, and opening the window reveals a breathtaking view. The hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were very new. The front desk service was very attentive, and the location is also close to Erhai Park. My friends all praised my choice, highly recommended!

Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Facilities: It had all the necessary amenities, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a razor. A small suggestion though: the hairdryer's power was a bit weak, which isn't ideal for long-haired women. Environment: I'm extremely satisfied with the room's location. Waking up early, I could see the beautiful Erhai Lake and the sunrise. A small suggestion for vacationers would be to have a speaker in the room for a better experience. You can also access the lakeside directly from the small courtyard behind the room. Service: They contacted me in advance by phone and WeChat to confirm my arrival time. My train arrived around 10:00 PM, and about 20 minutes before I landed, they proactively asked if I had arrived in Dali. The small buggy in the picture is also quite stylish.

Recommended by a friend, Songyun Banshan truly lived up to expectations, and our butler Kevin was an even bigger surprise! The hotel boasts a prime sea view location, with white walls and blue tiles – every photo taken here is picture-perfect, Instagram-worthy. Our room was spacious and bright, with complete amenities, including a Xiaomi TV for convenient smart control. The Hansgrohe shower offered comfortable water pressure, washing away the day's fatigue. Kevin's service deserves a hundred stars – professional, efficient, and incredibly warm. From airport pickup to check-in, the process was seamless, requiring no effort on our part. The three-day itinerary he planned for us was fantastic; it helped us avoid crowds, discover many hidden gems, and he even managed to secure reservations at popular restaurants. During our trip, whenever our phone ran out of battery or we got lost, we could contact Kevin, and he'd patiently guide us and remotely help solve the problem. He's like an all-in-one travel assistant; with him around, there's no need to plan anything, just enjoy the journey. His service is thoughtful and meticulous, his attitude genuinely friendly, treating every guest like a friend. Such a butler absolutely deserves high praise!

Of course, thousands of choices are also fate. I chose your hotel. From the boss to actively contact me to ask if I need to pick up the station and share the play route, I can see the boss's intimateness. From stepping into the hotel, whether it is hardware or the smile of the hotel staff, it can reflect that this choice is extremely correct. I planned to stay for one night, and finally stayed for another room type for one night due to the very good experience. The view of the room is super good and the view is really amazing. And no one recommended by the boss, whether it is a restaurant or a coffee shop, is stepping on thunder. I have been to Dali several times, this is the only trip where I have not stepped on thunder. Thanks boss! If you come to Dali next time, there is no doubt that this is the first choice. I wish the boss a prosperous business and a wealth of money!

Following the travel guide provided by the owner, we visited some incredibly scenic spots. The owner also recommended many delicious restaurants and snack bars that offered great taste at reasonable prices. The hotel's location is fantastic, with parking right outside and an elevator, which is super convenient for elderly guests and those with luggage. The owners, a husband and wife duo, are incredibly warm and attentive. They made sure we had plenty of bottled water, and our room was spotless and well-maintained. The decor is stylish and modern, perfect for couples, and the facilities are comprehensive. The hot water supply was excellent with strong water pressure, making for a very comfortable bath in the tub. The smart voice-controlled curtains opened up to a stunning sea view, which was a lovely touch. We were especially touched when the owner offered us a free ride to the airport for our late-night flight, as it was difficult for us to arrange transport with our elderly parents and children. Given the affordable price, the owners' exceptional hospitality, and the cleanliness, this hotel left a deep impression on us. If we ever come back to Dali, we'll definitely choose this place again.

The hotel is excellent, with an elevator and spacious rooms that are well-equipped and high-quality. You can do laundry, and there's a platform for drying clothes. It's convenient for charging electric vehicles. The owner is very thoughtful; the lobby offers convenient services like umbrellas, candies and snacks, a first-aid kit, and a sewing kit. Dining is also convenient; I recommend the Laziji Hotel nearby for its inexpensive and generous portions.
