The person who invented the idea of paying almost 70% of my room rate to get a 4-hour early check in should be banned from the hotel industry!!
Very disappointing to have the room ready yet refusing to make life easier on customers... Apart from that the hotel is in a great location and room is small but adequate... Breakfast is average as u would expect
And apart from this early check in setback the staff was generally good but I don't think I will stay again cuz my flight arrives early most of the time and i don't like pointless waiting!!
Great location just off north avenue.. A customer oriented team who agreed to give me the room early cuz simply it was available rather than asking for early check in money
Small room of course but clean and adequate.. Didn't try breakfast but I tried their Terrace cafe and it was great..and it's 10% cheaper than North avenue hotel which is 20 meters away
The hotel is ideally located, we settled in between flights, breakfast included, we had an early flight, they kindly brought us boxes with breakfast, very tasty and pleasant!!! The room is slightly outdated, there are no slippers, we would even have bought them, so due to lack of them we had to walk in shoes, which caused inconvenience, since it was dirty in Yerevan due to the rain
Second time at the hotel. Booked a cheaper hotel, but when landing I got a voice message that they couldn't accept me. Without thinking, I booked here, and in 5 minutes I got passwords and contact details on WhatsApp. Very fast. Clean, snow-white sheets, fluffy towels! Washing machine, 1 capsule available, dishes, dishwashing liquid, shampoos, dosed shower gel, kettle with tea bags, complimentary bottled water, wine opener, iron, refrigerator, ironing board, etc. The building is in the center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I recommend it. And I pass by the concierge smiling and saying hello. He has nothing to do with the machines. If the price allows, only to them!
Despite being a little far from the city centre, the hotel scores well in terms of room size, cleanliness, and service. The counter staff helped me to print out my boarding pass (paper boarding pass required), and called taxi to airport via the app. Excellent service attitude 👍
This is a hotel run by a Chinese. There are Chinese signs at the front desk, but the front desk staff are not Chinese. I went there in the middle of the night. After a simple exchange of words and showing my passport, they checked me in. I guess I can still chat in Chinese during the day. The room is on the third floor, a loft with a sloping roof. There is a skylight above the bed, which can be opened. It's a bit fun.
I didn't take pictures of the hotel, so here are some art works that the National Gallery doesn't allow you to take pictures of. Yerevan is very nice and I will go there again.
There was a fuss when we checked in - we realized that something was wrong with our room when I gave my last name when we checked in. They started running around frantically and calling each other back and forth, either they rented our room to someone else or something, they didn't understand. In the end, they put us upstairs, as if it was a staff room, it felt like they cleaned it up in a minute, and someone had just gotten out of the shower. After a night of flying, we didn't bother to find out anything, we were just happy with the bed.
The shower was very dirty, I don't know about the other rooms.
The location is so-so, if you want to walk - there is a train station, a market, it's very scary to walk. But taxis in Yerevan are not expensive, so you can leave.
They didn't say that there are breakfasts, we only found out when we checked out, when we were leaving. Well, we didn't see that ourselves.
Hotel is very good and comfortable, location is normal: you can reach the center for 20-30 minutes, or get to the center.
Beautiful cheap breakfast for 2000 dramas and the possibility of washing things. Also in the hotel there is a restaurant with a great choice of dishes and excellent prices.
Very soft and pleasant towels!
The hotel definitely costs its money! Recommend.
Located between 2 Metro Stations, accessible by walk from both. 24 hours running shops are easily found nearby. Room shape is a bit strange but it is very clean and comfortable, shower is strong enough and central heating system works well, bed is comfy, breakfast quality is superb and quite satisfactory, I liked the peach and apricot juice very much.
They were there from 6 a.m., the plane was late, until 11 o'clock . Big plus that rerepeschen 24 hours, settled quickly. The room is spacious, everything you need to eat, clean. Bad that there is no breakfast. Close to the center, you can get to walk. Not far from a large shopping center, there you can have breakfast. The girl on the resepshen explained how to get to the center and kindly allowed to leave things before leaving. In general I can recommend 1-2 night.

GGuest UserIt was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Yerevan
1-Clean, hygienic, especially the bed
2-The front desk lady is super beautiful and the service is very meticulous
The boys on duty at night are also very good, help to call the car to the airport, because I am afraid that it is not safe to go out late at night, and send me out and send me to the car.
3- Order in the room, delivery speed is fast, and the price is a bit cheaper than the outside
4-The location is very good, in the community, quiet, 200 meters away from the underground passage is a medium-sized supermarket~ convenient
5- Convenient transportation, walking distance to all major attractions in the city
6- No check-in time, luggage storage is provided, the luggage will help to send to the room when the time is up
7-Breakfast time is longer, 8:00 to noon, more humane

GGuest UserExcellent hotel in the very center of the city. The staff is attentive and responsive, all questions and problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Located on the 7-10 floors of the building. Rooms for every taste from a hostel to apartments. Very clean everywhere. Good full breakfast including scrambled eggs and omelette. Convenient coworking area and dining area where you can take a break and/or work. We stayed in an apartment on the 10th floor, large and spacious. The room had robes and slippers, which was very nice, a full kitchen, large living room and bedroom. Designed for 4 people. Literally around the corner from the hotel there is a supermarket and even a 24-hour supermarket 250 meters away. There are many different restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. around.

HhanshuizibiThe hotel facilities are OK, and the price/performance ratio is good. However, except for the handsome lobby manager at the front desk, the service attitude of other front desk staff is not very good. We rushed back to the hotel in the rain late at night, and the front desk refused to give us the key to change clothes in the room (we asked them to clean the trash can in the morning, but they took the key away). They insisted that we did not book the order for that night. After tossing and turning to find it for a long time, they did not take the initiative to apologize. After checking out the next day, I sat in the lobby to rest, and the same staff did not say a word to us. They asked us if we had checked out and returned the key. The experience was too bad...
GGuest User Near the metro station, you can reach the opera for 10-15 minutes.
Clean and beautiful room.
The room had a washing machine (though for the first time it was a little streamed) and a refrigerator.
You can ask for cleaning any day.
Non-obsessive staff.
SSulaiman1987The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center of everything—close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, the street outside is very noisy, even late at night, and unfortunately, the room was not well isolated from the noise, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The only other downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Despite these issues, the location is definitely a highlight.

MMinnieVDIt's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.
