It is considered a better hotel in Yanbu. Except for the fact that it is slightly humid at night near the sea, everything else is okay. The apple juice for breakfast is better than other hotels.
The hotel did not have a tourist map or guide to Alula, and self-driving was difficult:
1. I didn't know how to get to Hegra, North gate? South gate? Navigation was difficult. Later I learned that 375...9200...70
2. There were no business hours for the attractions. I arrived at Elephant Rock at 13:00 and it said it would open at 16:00. I arrived at Hegra at 15:40 and it was closed.
International hotels have tourist brochures and maps, etc. Tour groups are fine, but independent travel is difficult. I hope this will be improved.
Such a fantastic hotel to stay for your Umrah Trip, hospitality never witnessed before, professionalism is top notch.
My housekeeper Meezan & Ibrahim were very helpful throughout my stay.
Only thing to improve is furnishings as they are worn out such as lamps / sofas etc, rest very close to Masjid nabwi ladies gate 328, 3 minutes walk & you are there for your Salah.
Keep up the great work Saja Team.
If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, Shaden Resort is a top choice. Nestled in an ideal location, it’s not only incredibly clean but also conveniently close to all the major attractions. The combination of these factors makes it an excellent choice for both relaxation and exploration.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous attention to cleanliness and detail. The rooms were immaculate, and the resort’s overall ambiance was both welcoming and sophisticated. The proximity to local attractions was a game-changer, allowing me to effortlessly explore the area without the hassle of long commutes.
In summary, Shaden Resort offers the trifecta of location, cleanliness, and convenience, making it a perfect base for any traveler. Highly recommended!
Very good facility and warmly welcomed each and every customer. Special thanks to staff Mr. Amir, patiently help us on everything. Strong recommendation!
A guide and an excellent hotel
And the location is near the Prophet Mosque.
The rooms are good and the space is great.
And high-level employees.
I advise him to the bar.
A relatively new hotel with a slight smell of formaldehyde from the decoration, especially the small gym, which is impossible to stay in because of the strong smell. The room is large and the sanitary conditions are good. The breakfast variety is very small and there are not many choices.
*************, best location near nabawi. But when i want to book another night, i can not direct book at the hotel, so i booked it through OTA once again
I was very satisfied with the experience of booking an apartment overseas this time. I could cook and wash clothes in the apartment. Because it was Ramadan, there were no restaurants to eat in during the day, so I could just cook something in the apartment. There was a big Carrefour across the street! Shopping was very convenient!
Favorite place to stay with family, delicious food, quite good service.

TTravelor-SWe booked 2 double rooms, but we arrived at 2 am the next day, so we were upgraded to 2 triple rooms. We stayed on the 9th floor, and the door lock of the room we moved into had problems. It kept ringing. We called the front desk to fix it. After the repair, there were still some problems, but fortunately we checked out the next day and only slept in the room for less than five hours. But fortunately, the location is really super friendly. It's only a 3-minute walk to the Holy Temple Square, which is very convenient. Very cost-effective!

FfathiCalm and clean. But there is no bus to harm nabawi. Limited car parking but there is public one in the back side. Shower water pressure is so weak. No Restaurant and no services Nearby.

IIrfanThe staff spoke English, friendly and very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Location is a bit further from the haram but still a quick taxi ride away.
