I really like this hotel very clean very nice the hospitality is very good I really like it and they are so welcome welcome us the staff are very good they are very polite with us and very general I really love the room it was very good and big

Due to slow drainage in the bathroom that wasn't fixed, the hotel moved us to an upstairs room. It was a huge improvement from the previous one; the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, both with large windows that opened, offering a great view.

Arriving after 5pm on a Thursday, I followed the explicit directions provided by Ascot management. There was a short walk (150 meters at most) to my room but the directions provided ensured that I was in my room in quick order. The fellow on the desk was able to assist with directions to fine dining close by and in the morning assisted again with directions to the train getting me to the airport easily on time. It's a well kept, conveniently located accommodation. I'll stay again next time in Brisbane.

We are a family of 7, and we needed a place to stay for one night in Brisbane. Airport Motel Brisbane had just the right setup for us. One room for our 5 kids, and one room for my wife and I. The rooms were clean and inviting, and good evidence of recent remodel. Location made it very convenient to walk to the City Cat ferry in order to explore Brisbane for the afternoon. Customer service allowed us to check in early with our airport luggage, which was super helpful.

The counter staff is very friendly! Always answer all our questions with a smile! We checked in around 20:30 this time and stayed for two nights. There are different activities to participate in at the Youth Hostel every day! It is recommended to stay on the day of your favorite event! My personal experience sharing: 1. The water in the bathroom is a little small, but it’s not a big problem 2. There is no storage space in the shower room, but there is a step to separate wet and dry areas. Remember to bring your own washbasin or something to wash in the bathroom. 3. The counter closes at 10 o'clock, so you can borrow a hair dryer before then. 4You need to bring your own lock to lock the lockers in the room, so remember to bring it! Nature in city center ! Perfectly located in the center of Airlie beach. The cabine is really good with private bathroom and toilet along with a lovely terrace in front of the cabane. This is quiet after 10 pm even though there is a bar not far from the cabane. The room is wide with double and single beds. And the room was clean. We booked our day trips with Magnums too who can handle the booking for us (Kangooroo at sunrise, scenic flight over whitsundays and heart island, wild Playtipus encounter) and all the 3 day trips went well. The only thing that could be improved is the knowledge of the pick up point (it was actually at Nomads at the level of the roundabout and not the Nomads shop next to the hotel). Also to go the airport of Proserpine there is a shuttle linked to your plane number and the pick up point is also 5 min from Magnums which is very convenient (Magnums can book it for you)

Room was pretty good, check in process was a little slow but staff were very apologetic, loved the info and links via text, unfortunately no wifi details were left on the desk (I didn't ask or complain tho cuz I had my own internet). The only real downer was I went to the bistro for dinner and the footy was on super loud and I really couldn't enjoy my meal and when I complained and asked if this was the bistro my concerns about how loud it was were completely dismissed. The also had a sports bar so I don't understand why the bistro had to be so loud. I thought it was a bit rich being charged $2 for a takeaway container despite the fact i couldn't sit and enjoy my meal due to the footy (qld teams weren't even playing either). Otherwise everything else was good.

Even though the room was nearby the stairs I did not hear noise from people passing by and had a good sleep • shared bathroom was cleaned meticulously. • amenities: they have a pool which is really nice and the inner courtyard is quite comfortable and has space to interact with other guests as well to just chill • location: 15 min taxi from the airport (only way to go to the airport) 10 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk to the seaside. There are few restaurants and a supermarket in front of the hostel • staff: kind an supportive my background: I travel 320 days a year since 8 years staying in all range of accomodation from hostel to 5star. I just review objectively what I see with no judgement

Recently renovated rooms with modern facilities. The bistro has one of the finest menus you'll ever see in pubs. The best place to wind down whether you're on holidays or just stopping overnight. The onsite BWS is also quite handy.
