3-Star Hotels in Dhaka Division, Bangladesh

I didn't stay at the Mango Hotel in Dhaka before because I accidentally lost my passport and I felt so miserable in this place where I had no relatives! Later, my friend introduced me to the Mango Hotel and said that he would help us Chinese people. I found the Mango Hotel with a nervous heart. The owner was really good. I picked up the phone and called the embassy and sent someone to take me to complete the procedures. Because I had to wait for a few working days to get the documents, I stayed in the hotel. To be honest, the cleanliness of the hotel was my first impression. The second was that all the meals were authentic Chinese food. The third was that all the staff were warm and the service attitude was super good. It made me feel like home. I want to express a lot, and I am not dragging my feet. If you plan to come to Dhaka, Bangladesh for inspection, you must choose the Dhaka Mango Hotel. The owner has been here for more than 20 years and knows all walks of life. He will not let you get lost. You will not regret choosing the Dhaka Mango Hotel, which will save you detours. It is worth recommending! Thanks to everyone at the Dhaka Mango Hotel.

Their service was awesome, budget friendly room tariff. The staff was so professional, polite and experienced. I'll definitely recommend this hotel. Their buffet breakfast was tasty and healthy.

I booked 2 nights through Trip.com, but when I checked in, the hotel said they hadn’t received any information and asked me to pay again. I was shocked — I’ve travelled worldwide and never faced this before. Trip.com confirmed they had informed the hotel at the time of booking. It seems the front desk staff, or even the manager, lacked knowledge about checking online bookings. Very unprofessional!

The location was good and everything was good, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking. However, since I was on a business trip, it was okay to stay there.

Good location and service. Pillows were very dirty and lot of bugs.

The two negative points are as follows. ① No hot shower ② I requested an airport shuttle service, but it never came (booked via Trip.com) Dhaka is hot, so ① was still okay, but ② was quite a problem. I contacted Trip.com's support center, but they were of no use. I ended up waiting outside the airport where there were a lot of mosquitoes. In the end, there was a taxi tout outside the airport, so I had no choice but to ask him. If it weren't for the above, it would have been 5 stars. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast was rich and filling. The Wi-Fi was fine, and there was a hair dryer in the room. After checking in, the staff carried my luggage to the room, but of course they asked for a tip. lol Also, the walls were thin, so in the morning the staff's walkie-talkies could be heard. Therefore, it is by no means a quiet environment. I didn't mind it, so I was able to sleep normally.

Good location, friendly staff but needs to be improved, main road is currently blocked due to construction work, late checkout because of 2 hours we had to pay half the rent, even though late checkout was confirmed when booking!!

Staff are lovely and friendly. Everything in the room worked, the traffic noise was loud on the 4th floor. Overall it was an average 3* hotel but personally I don’t think that was reflected in the price - especially considering breakfast is fairly poor and many things were not available (it seems there was low occupancy during my stay). Overall, overpriced but generally fine for a short stay. Great staff.
