Facilities: Very comfortable, with central air conditioning. Hygiene: Very clean, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Environment: Slept very well all night. Service: The front desk service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room for free. This was a very comfortable hotel stay experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

Blindly picked this hotel for a short trip and my experience exceeded expectations. The environment is serene and quiet, with lots of greenery which is very calming. Housekeeping was meticulous; no water stains in the bathroom, no hair on the floor. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even delivered takeout right to my door. The room facilities were well-maintained and looked brand new; plenty of hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a good rest after a long day. Super value for money!

My stay at the Bolai Hotel exceeded all expectations! The room had everything I needed for a comfortable long-term stay, including a fully equipped independent kitchen, air conditioning (both hot and cold), a fridge, TV, and hairdryer. I didn't have to bring any daily essentials of my own. Love the location, the metro station Yangang has line 11 and GF line which connects you most places of interest. The apt room is clean everyday and the staff are really helpful at the desk. There are plenty of food choices at exit B of Yangang station and the streets around the area..

Hot water was instantly available, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no standing water, plus amenities were replenished promptly. The price is affordable, yet the facilities are high-end, making it perfect for both couples and small gatherings with friends. I’ve already saved this place – Qingmu will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Shenzhen!

Overall, the environment is clean and odor-free, the space is spacious and bright, and the lighting is perfectly balanced – luxurious yet not ostentatious.
