優勢： 1、有地下停車場，但是並沒有裝修完，現場跟工地一樣，灰塵很大； 2、在路邊，位置比較好找，導航直接到。 3、送水果和甜茶，挺好的，畢竟在這邊水果吃的少。 不足： 1、房間是小度智能語音控制的，但是我刷卡開門，給我一個全黑，也沒有找到可以插房卡的地方，衹能打開手機手電筒走到床邊的控制面板點開燈。建議多測試下穩定性，或者直接改用傳統的插卡供電的方式，簡單直接。 2、房間衞生打掃得不乾淨：衞生間有頭髮團、放置洗髮水的託盤上還有上一位住客留下來的香皂、房間角落還有很多碎屑、晾衣架還有修東西之後留下的膩子粉（忘記讓清理了），以及馬桶刷不乾淨（忘記讓打掃了），讓酒店工作人員重新打掃了一遍。建議每次打掃完畢後，客房經理抽檢，或者不同部門交叉互檢。 3、沒人跟我説過，熱水晚上9點開始供應，打電話到酒店前台才得知。我8:50去洗澡，在裡邊等着快瘋了（而且我還在感冒中）。建議直接熱水供應的時間訊息貼在浴室門口。 4、洗澡的下水堵得可以養魚了，我是站在洗澡水裡洗完澡的！建議客房經理自己每週隨機抽一兩天住一下自己的客房，當成住客體驗一下，發現問題。 5、剛入住的時候，發現衞生問題，打了4個電話（2個手機撥打，2個小度撥打），才有人接起，後來問熱水的時候，打了兩個才接（2個小度撥打）。這個不能接受啊，基本訊息處理方式都沒有。增加獎懲制度，一定要把這種簡單但最大化傷害住客體驗的環節做好。 6、廁所的馬桶蓋感應過於靈敏，衹要從外邊經過，馬桶蓋就會自己抬起，有時候不經意間還是有點嚇人的。建議減小感應的範圍，如果無法減小範圍就取消自己抬起的操作。沒有必要為了酷炫，給住客帶來不必要的麻煩。 7、洗漱池、燒水台的引導不清晰。怎麼開是熱水，不知道。得自己摸索；燒水台上的話語更讓人疑惑？建議客房經理自己測試體驗一下，到底哪裡不明白，哪裡不通順。 8、進門時的空調控制面板是擺設，根本就沒有空調，和出風口。建議直接拆掉，徒增住客的好奇心。 9、房間硬裝也已經出現比較大的問題，容易磕碰。地板和瓷磚的連接處有較大的翹起；靠近窗台的沙發下方的木板已經脱離，容易戳腳受傷。建議立即修繕，不然住客受傷是要酒店負責的。 10、房間裏的枱燈全部都拔掉了插頭，是不讓用還是就需要住客自己插電？明明枱燈上有開關可以控制呀。建議默認插上電，把開關留給住客控制就可以。 11、按摩椅是貼着洗漱盆擺放的，不擔心水濺到皮質的按摩椅上，容易損壞和滋生細菌嗎？建議增加擋板，或者將按摩椅挪遠一點。
