3-Star Hotels in Adjara, Georgia

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Хороший отель, отличное местоположение, рядом есть магазины, отличный ресторан Tiflis, который находится в двух шагах от отеля. До набережной дойти пешком. В отеле хороший завтрак, прекрасная терраса. Номер достаточно большой, есть балкончик. Советую к проживаюнию, соответствует цена- качество.

The hotel is located in the new Batumi, in a building area, with a developed infrastructure, very noisy atmosphere, close to the city beach. Silence and calm is not available either day or night. Life on the resepschen boils also day and night. A great spa along the embankment, chic views, closeness to the airport and the airport. The room is spacious, everything is necessary, in 4 days the cleaning has not been carried out at all, but based on the staff and number of residents, there are no claims! ) There were some nuances with the settlement as there are many corpses, but in general, the hotel recommends for comfortable accommodation.

This is a one-bedroom suite with a very spacious room. The facilities are excellent: two air conditioners, one large and one small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a washing machine. There are three beds: a standard double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fold-out single bed. The balcony is very large and offers a view of the Black Sea. For just over 300, it's great value for money here. The host was very welcoming, and checking in via WhatsApp was very convenient. However! The nightclub downstairs operates until 3-4 AM every day! It's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get any rest!

Location: 5 out of 5. Everything you need is nearby – shops, cafes, a shopping center, and currency exchange. Bus stop for route #10 (to the airport) is also close. Room: Spacious and well-equipped. It has dishes, a fridge, and a kettle. Toiletries were provided (the only thing missing was soap). The main drawback is that there's no place in the room to dry clothes.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

The hotel itself offers beautiful views from its 50-story high-rise, and there are several similar hotels within the building. The room was clean and nice. Outside the hotel, I'd add a few points: 1. Parking is a problem. There's no free parking anywhere nearby. I can't imagine where people park during peak season if there are no spots along the road even in May. Paid parking costs 30-40 GEL per day. 2. On the corner, there are about 10-15 prostitutes who head into this hotel in the evenings. Seeing this was a bit off-putting and made the area feel a bit seedy. There's also a casino and a nightclub nearby. Overall, though, none of this really interfered with relaxing in the room. 3. There's ongoing construction, so it can get noisy during the day. I would return to the hotel, as it's a great option considering the price-quality ratio.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

I want to express my huge gratitude! The place is quiet, cozy, and located in a residential area. The front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming, which is really important. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all necessary amenities were provided. Plus, it was super affordable! I'll only be staying here from now on. Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
