3-Star Hotels in Adjara, Georgia

We chose this apartment because we needed a two-bedroom option. The renovation is dated, the room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all (hair on the floor, toothpaste caps), and there was no water. Parking and the pool are paid separately. The location isn't ideal either; we thought it was close to the sea, but it's dirty and lacks amenities.

Хороший отель, отличное местоположение, рядом есть магазины, отличный ресторан Tiflis, который находится в двух шагах от отеля. До набережной дойти пешком. В отеле хороший завтрак, прекрасная терраса. Номер достаточно большой, есть балкончик. Советую к проживаюнию, соответствует цена- качество.

The hotel is located in the new Batumi, in a building area, with a developed infrastructure, very noisy atmosphere, close to the city beach. Silence and calm is not available either day or night. Life on the resepschen boils also day and night. A great spa along the embankment, chic views, closeness to the airport and the airport. The room is spacious, everything is necessary, in 4 days the cleaning has not been carried out at all, but based on the staff and number of residents, there are no claims! ) There were some nuances with the settlement as there are many corpses, but in general, the hotel recommends for comfortable accommodation.

Great value for money. The sea view is truly fantastic. Location is great. A bit difficult for car parking. The room is nice but basic and minimalistic. Very convenient online check-in, the key was waiting for us in the locker next to the room door when we arrived. At night can be a bit loud, every noise in the corridor can be heard through the zero-soundproof door, and also all the noise in the nearby rooms and balconies. Otherwise, highly recommend for a couple of nights stay, for longer stays I would opt for something more premium (at least with daily cleaning and soundproof).

Location: 5 out of 5. Everything you need is nearby – shops, cafes, a shopping center, and currency exchange. Bus stop for route #10 (to the airport) is also close. Room: Spacious and well-equipped. It has dishes, a fridge, and a kettle. Toiletries were provided (the only thing missing was soap). The main drawback is that there's no place in the room to dry clothes.

В целом неплохо , то что очень близко к центру но приходится жертвовать комфортом , и все зависит от номера , у меня в номере не было двери в душевой кабине , и вода выливалась ра пол , в других номерах такого не было , интернет иногда скакал. В целом отель нормальный , но ожидать чего-то вау не стоит

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

The hotel itself offers beautiful views from its 50-story high-rise, and there are several similar hotels within the building. The room was clean and nice. Outside the hotel, I'd add a few points: 1. Parking is a problem. There's no free parking anywhere nearby. I can't imagine where people park during peak season if there are no spots along the road even in May. Paid parking costs 30-40 GEL per day. 2. On the corner, there are about 10-15 prostitutes who head into this hotel in the evenings. Seeing this was a bit off-putting and made the area feel a bit seedy. There's also a casino and a nightclub nearby. Overall, though, none of this really interfered with relaxing in the room. 3. There's ongoing construction, so it can get noisy during the day. I would return to the hotel, as it's a great option considering the price-quality ratio.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a shout-out! The hotel service was warm and attentive throughout, from the pre-arranged airport pick-up to the drop-off, everything was arranged perfectly and hassle-free. I didn't have to worry about transportation, making my trip incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were a pleasant surprise; communication was seamless, and they even fluently helped with translation. They were so friendly to foreign tourists. The facilities were excellent. In my free time, I could play billiards and table tennis, providing ample leisure and entertainment options to keep me entertained. I was also surprised to find authentic iron pot stew at the hotel – the flavor was genuine, the portions were generous, and it had a truly heartwarming, home-cooked feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, upgrading my room free of charge. They responded quickly to any requests, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whether traveling alone or with friends, this hotel is perfect. Overall, a perfect experience, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!
