The room was spacious, clean, and located in a very strategic area. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. However, there was no dishwashing soap, tissue, or functioning clothes hanger provided. One of the rooms had no electricity or water. The owner did not resolve the water issue until the next day, and the electricity was only restored about two hours after check-in.

The room is beautiful, clean, spacious, new furniture, plumbing, spacious shower, large comfortable bed. In general, there is nothing to complain about the appearance of the rooms, everything is super. The view from the balcony was on the neighboring building, on the left you could see the mountains, on the right you could see the sea. The room has a kitchen, which had a mini-fridge, cutlery, some dishes, a sink, a kettle. In the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel, a set of a brush and toothpaste, slippers. There was no hand soap, which is strange. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, pebbly, sun loungers and umbrellas are 10 lari, we never took them. Changing cabins were periodically encountered, there was one shower somewhere, and there were no toilets on the beach at all. They checked us in quickly, the young guys at the reception speak English, they also understand a little Russian. There are shopping centers Grand Mall, Batumi Mall, many Eurospars nearby, but we went to Black Sea Mall and Batumi Mall for groceries. There is Dodo Pizza nearby, as well as many Georgian cafes and restaurants, we went to Ardagani, Sazandari and Old Ambari. I advise you to change money at exchange offices, which are full on the streets of Batumi. We changed money in Russia, the rate there was not at all favorable. Cons and shortcomings of the hotel: sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevators, out of 6 elevators 3-5 work, for such a huge building this is too little. Room cleaning is only on request. In the evenings it can be noisy, music plays from restaurants, but this did not bother us much.

The hotel as a whole we liked it very much. Being in the old Batumi , beautiful streets , next to the pedestrian accessibility , all the sights. The only thing we were first settled in room 421 , there was very noisy at night and the air conditioner was very strong , asked to change the room to a quieter , we changed at once . Overall noise isolation at 3 , the room was heard as the water merged on the floor above. Very delicious breakfasts, there are fish and cheeses, hamon. You can ask to make scrambles or eyelashes . The pool is large, warm and clean, and the view is beautiful . Ask for a tugging and a slab of smoothness , brought to the room .Hotel definitely recommend.

This was a truly wonderful stay that I would recommend to everyone. The hotel's location is great; you can reach the heart of the city in just a few steps. All the hotel staff, from reception to room service, were incredibly attentive and kind. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, offering a magnificent city view. Many thanks to Ms. Irina and all the staff who were very attentive and helpful to us during breakfast, making this a beautiful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

В целом неплохо , то что очень близко к центру но приходится жертвовать комфортом , и все зависит от номера , у меня в номере не было двери в душевой кабине , и вода выливалась ра пол , в других номерах такого не было , интернет иногда скакал. В целом отель нормальный , но ожидать чего-то вау не стоит

When checking in, they didn't find a reservation, they said that these were private apartments and to call the phone number indicated in the reservation. Well, they answered right away and were surprised that the reception said so. They checked us in 2 hours early, for which special thanks, I was very tired after the flight. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is comfortable, there are some dishes and a kettle, coffee, tea in bags, a hairdryer. There was a nice view from the window. A wonderful hotel with a gorgeous view of Batumi. Responsive staff who are always ready to help. Good location - close to agrohub and many attractions. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave! I recommend this hotel to everyone. 10/10
