LLuciaKBeautiful cottages at the most reasonable price at the hotel. Yes, it's not a grand hotel, just modest little houses with everything you need. There's a slight sewer smell. Water is available, as is heating, and the bedding and towels are clean. I don't recommend the restaurant; the coffee is good, but the khinkali taste like they're from a store-bought packet. It's a modest, clean hotel with a stunning view!

It was an atmosphere like ”Okomori Stay” that is popular in Japan, and I was able to spend a relaxing time without being disturbed by anyone. When you book a hotel, you will have a rental spa & sauna once a day in addition to breakfast. Dinner can also be used as a restaurant and can enjoy Georgia cuisine matched to the wine of chatomfrani operated nearby.
★ About location
Arrived from Tbilisi in about 40 minutes (about 40 Lari) by taxi.
It is said that the taxi driver does not see in the village, but the cow can walk around and see Georgia without decoration. Moreover, the residents around were only people who felt the temperament of the kind and friendly Georgian.
About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is Chatem Frani and you can visit the Georgia winery. (Reservation required)
If you wish, you can ask the reception to make a reservation at arrival.
You can also sightsee Mutsuheta by using a taxi. (about 30 Lali)
★ About Service
The reception is very kind and will answer any requests. In addition, cleaning is done carefully, and the hall and terrace are always in good condition.
I also used the restaurant at dinner, but it is recommended to use it once because it is seasoned well with the wine of Chatomfrani with the baptized taste.
The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna.
As a recommendation, check in early. I would like you to enjoy the spa, restaurants, and Chatomfrani wines and make your stay luxurious.

GGuest UserThe location is great, with a great view of Mount Kazbegi. The owner is very kind. The room was clean. There is a cat named Miyu. He is very friendly and cute. It was amazing to pet Miyu while looking at Mount Kazbegi. I also asked the owner to take me to Gergeti Trinity Church. This is a very good hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Kazbegi next time.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent!!! We brought red wine but didn't have a corkscrew, and the staff at the cottage went out of their way to buy one and gave it to us for free.
Although it was raining, the cottage was warm and cozy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The location is great, with its own lawn and outdoor relaxation area—a very comfortable environment. There's also a communal kitchen available, which was very convenient for heating up our own milk and biscuits in the morning.

MM39569****This was the first guesthouse I chose in Kazbekistan. The location was actually quite good; it was very close to the minibus station and other public transportation hubs, about a 10-minute walk. There was also a market nearby, seemingly unremarkable from the outside, perched on a high platform. Many tourists bought food and water there because there weren't many restaurants, making it difficult to choose. The main advantage was the location. Lying in bed watching the sky slowly turn red and rise was incredibly pleasant.
This place didn't have an elevator, and the soundproofing was terrible. With guests checking in at night and early risers in the morning, you could hear a lot of noise, waking me up. You can't expect too much from a guesthouse.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful place, a delightful atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, so many thoughtful little touches, silence, beauty, a delicious breakfast, a wonderful aroma, Italian toiletries in the shower, and Boris at reception simply made our day! He greeted us with a warm and welcoming welcome, checked us in, and suggested a delicious place for dinner. There are hammocks, swings, pleasant music, and a delightful atmosphere. We initially considered the Rooms Hotel, but we've never regretted our choice. We simply went to the Rooms Hotel for coffee after checkout and then had breakfast back at the hotel. This hotel left the warmest impression of our trip to Georgia!

Floor-to-ceiling windows can also open doors and sit on the balcony.
There is a self-service kitchen area on the 2nd floor where you can make your own coffee or tea.

GGalina ShakhmanWe booked the same day, booked during the day, arrived in the evening and checked in for 1 night. The second floor was waiting for us, fully equipped, there is a kitchen with everything you need, with dishes, a large refrigerator, gels, shampoos, towels in the bathroom. There were 8 of us, there were enough beds for everyone, and everything else. We settled in very comfortably. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the veranda.
Wi-Fi worked great.
We put 2 cars in the garage, they fit. Borjomi is 5 km away, far on foot, only by car. Down by the road they bake delicious flatbreads, hot, from the oven. Across the road is a grocery store. Nearby is a river and beautiful views.

Хозяева - Софико и Бичико очень радушные и гостеприимные. Рекомендовали разные места, и со всем помогали! Я бы снова с удовольствием остановилась в данном месте 😍
