旅旅を楽しみTIMEThis was my first time staying at Super Hotel Kawagoe. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful. The room was also very clean, allowing me to get a good rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. Plus, the hot spring bath was deep enough to soak my shoulders, which really helped relieve my fatigue. I was told breakfast was a 'healthy breakfast' and it was complimentary, but the variety of dishes was so extensive I honestly thought they should charge for it! There were even local specialties, so I had a hearty meal and felt re-energized for the day. My family has expressed interest in staying here too, so I'll definitely bring them next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
GGuest UserThe service and facilities are good, the breakfast is diversified, the hygiene level is good, the staff are polite and willing to serve, and the location is convenient. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will patronize it again and recommend it to my friends.
__WeChat19493****Service: The front desk service was exceptionally good. They patiently explained all the hotel's amenities and recommended local dining and entertainment spots. Every staff member greeted us, which was a nice touch.
Highlight ⭐: They offer free alcoholic beverages until 9 PM, which were quite tasty. If you arrive late at night and the front desk is unstaffed, there's a self check-in machine nearby. Just scan your passport, and it'll provide your room number and door code.
Facilities: The hotel bedding was very clean. The room was compact, fitting only a bed, a desk, and space for one large suitcase or two carry-ons. You can choose your preferred pillow from a selection, but the long pillow already on the bed was also very comfortable!
Hot Spring: The hotel has a hot spring, and there's also a bathtub in the room for a private hot spring experience! It was incredibly relaxing, and the hot spring pool was very clean.
Food & Drink: The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was really delicious. The hotel's mini bread rolls were particularly good; I had several!
Room: The room included conditioner with a wonderful scent, shampoo, and body wash. Downstairs, you could also pick up milk bath salts and soap. Basically, they had most things you could think of. The most amazing part was the three-headed charger and a large vanity mirror for women – absolutely brilliant and impressive!
There are also many great restaurants near the hotel. I tried a yakitori place that was delicious and affordable, with many Japanese diners.
GGuest UserHighly recommend!
We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from Wako station and within walking distance of the airport bus pickup point for both Narita and Haneda airports.
I booked a non-smoking single room. The room is compact but efficiently designed, as is typical of most Japanese hotels. Interestingly, it features a double bed along with a small extra bed suitable for a child. The hotel is clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and responsible, offering helpful recommendations during my stay. Complimentary amenities such as facial masks and pajamas are provided. Breakfast includes a satisfying Japanese-style selection: miso soup, eggs, salad, Japanese curry and coffee.
The hotel offers excellent value for its price, and I would gladly stay here again with my family on a future visit.
TTaiguofenggegeThe room rates in downtown Tokyo are very high. Although this hotel is not in the city center, it is not too far away. It is very convenient to take the subway. The room size is much larger than that of the hotel in the city center. It is very clean. Although the room does not have a bathroom, it is not a problem at all. The bathhouse environment is also very good. You can also take a comfortable bath. As you can see in the picture, I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tokyo.
VVincentseamanhkThe hotel's hygiene is excellent, and it's quite new. The only minor issue is parking, which can be a bit difficult as you have to use the adjacent mall's parking. The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, but the food variety is just average. I'd consider coming back again.
GGuest Userlocation was good, only 5 mins walk from Seibu Chichibu station. My room got a very nice hill view, quiet and tranquil. The room was clean, very spacious in Japanese standard. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was one gentleman staff helped me to find packing material to wrap my walking stick that I bought from the temple during my 34 Kennon pilgrimage; so that I could bring it back home with me. Many thanks! By the way, the breakfast was very good with big array of food.
GGuest UserAraki Kousen Ryokan was absolutely lovely and felt very welcoming for our family. This was our first stay at a ryokan in Japan, and while we were initially a little worried it might feel old or uncomfortable, it was actually very clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The onsen was relaxing and the water temperature was just right. Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with our family again.
FFanyuFantastic hotel! I had a wonderful ten-day stay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's super convenient, right by the station, and you can find dining and shopping without even leaving the building. They offer unlimited coffee every day, and the toiletries are excellent – I meant to buy a set from the hotel shop when I left, but I was too rushed catching my train and completely forgot. I hope to stay here again next time to make up for it!
