旅を楽しみTIME
This was my first time staying at Super Hotel Kawagoe. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful. The room was also very clean, allowing me to get a good rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. Plus, the hot spring bath was deep enough to soak my shoulders, which really helped relieve my fatigue. I was told breakfast was a 'healthy breakfast' and it was complimentary, but the variety of dishes was so extensive I honestly thought they should charge for it! There were even local specialties, so I had a hearty meal and felt re-energized for the day. My family has expressed interest in staying here too, so I'll definitely bring them next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is the third time I've stayed at Toyoko INN. I can only say that the hotel is really amazing. Whether you are traveling alone or with friends and family, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is convenient, the hotel is clean and tidy, and you can get a comfortable rest safely. The front desk staff is also very good and can help at any time with any questions. The hotel has a luggage storage service. Although the check-out time is early, it is really convenient to store the luggage until you go out and come back to pick it up. The hotel also provides breakfast, and the self-service bathroom products at the front desk are also very thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Guest UserIt's perfect for solo travelers. The shower room and powder room were both clean. It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel, and the women-only area was quiet and safe. I didn't use the food and drink bar, but when I looked in late at night, there were only men there, so I thought it would be nice if the eating area was larger. I was also able to leave my luggage there before check-in, which was helpful.

Service: The front desk service was exceptionally good. They patiently explained all the hotel's amenities and recommended local dining and entertainment spots. Every staff member greeted us, which was a nice touch.
Highlight ⭐: They offer free alcoholic beverages until 9 PM, which were quite tasty. If you arrive late at night and the front desk is unstaffed, there's a self check-in machine nearby. Just scan your passport, and it'll provide your room number and door code.
Facilities: The hotel bedding was very clean. The room was compact, fitting only a bed, a desk, and space for one large suitcase or two carry-ons. You can choose your preferred pillow from a selection, but the long pillow already on the bed was also very comfortable!
Hot Spring: The hotel has a hot spring, and there's also a bathtub in the room for a private hot spring experience! It was incredibly relaxing, and the hot spring pool was very clean.
Food & Drink: The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was really delicious. The hotel's mini bread rolls were particularly good; I had several!
Room: The room included conditioner with a wonderful scent, shampoo, and body wash. Downstairs, you could also pick up milk bath salts and soap. Basically, they had most things you could think of. The most amazing part was the three-headed charger and a large vanity mirror for women – absolutely brilliant and impressive!
There are also many great restaurants near the hotel. I tried a yakitori place that was delicious and affordable, with many Japanese diners.

Guest UserHighly recommend!
We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.

The reservation site was available for 24 hours of check-in, but in fact I couldn't enter by 12 o'clock at night.
I called it by the intercom at the entrance of the facility and forced it to open, but I was told many times that I was writing properly until 12 o'clock, and I felt hazy.
It was good because I responded properly after that.
The staff who guided me at breakfast was very pleasant.

The room rates in downtown Tokyo are very high. Although this hotel is not in the city center, it is not too far away. It is very convenient to take the subway. The room size is much larger than that of the hotel in the city center. It is very clean. Although the room does not have a bathroom, it is not a problem at all. The bathhouse environment is also very good. You can also take a comfortable bath. As you can see in the picture, I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tokyo.

The advantage of a tatami room is that it makes the space feel larger. The downside is having to make your own bed, which feels a bit low-class for a room costing nearly 1000 RMB a night. The outdated facilities also made everything seem unclean. Breakfast was okay, the taste was acceptable, but there wasn't much variety.

Araki Kousen Ryokan was absolutely lovely and felt very welcoming for our family. This was our first stay at a ryokan in Japan, and while we were initially a little worried it might feel old or uncomfortable, it was actually very clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The onsen was relaxing and the water temperature was just right. Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with our family again.
