3-Star Hotels in Chiapas, Mexico

Well, we stayed there one night honestly, the continental breakfast is what got me coming back didn’t realize they don’t have king size bed, which be my husband we’re looking for, but we’re too tired to look for another hotel. The location is great and yeah, but next time I think we need a king size bed but the hotel was really great. Service was a little slow for my reservation. I had to wait about 30 minutes, which is kind of a long time other than that everybody was great wonderful the staff spoke English, which is helpful overall it’s a great hotel. I would recommend it in. The views are amazing as well. You can see the sun coming up from your window I really enjoyed that, but I believe it’s more like for single people or groups of people not so much couples but there again, the food was amazing in the morning.

Casa Mexicana is ideally located in a charming traditional colonial house, right in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas, a Pueblo Mágico. Its location makes it perfect for exploring the city’s vibrant andadores (pedestrian streets). The hotel spans two spacious buildings, with décor that’s not only Instagram-worthy but also harmoniously reflects the rich cultural heritage of Chiapas. It’s an excellent choice whether you’re traveling with family or as a couple. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the value for money is outstanding given the quality and character of the property. While Casa Mexicana features an on-site restaurant, we didn’t get the chance to dine there. Nonetheless, I would absolutely return for another stay.

The staff was good. The price was right. Breakfast was good although I would have liked to see some bread choices. Cafe American made with very good coffee. Towels in room are in need of being softer. Very course. They smell of being in the dryer too long . There is a sitting/eating area with an atrium and very nice plants growing. There is a travel agency connected with the hotel. They are very good. I also arranged my transportation to and from the hotel. Being picked and returned to the airport.the management of the hotel is very conscientious

A surprisingly nice hotel with a clean spacious room, including interior air conditioning and a private balcony. The hotel includes spaces to relax, a decent restaurant offering some local cuisine choices. It is also well located for easy taxi access to the airport and Tren Maya station, and it is walkable to reach the town (although not a scenic walk along the main road - but there is a big supermarket 10 minutes down the road which is a handy to buy snacks for day excursions).

Lugar muito agradável para relaxar, muito bem cuidado, quartos grandes e limpos , depois de uma viagem de 9 hs de ônibus teria fofo b fritar numa cama macia, só que não 😔minha filha nica reclamação sério a pesar de o quarto está livre e o hotel está totalmente vazio não libetdtdm o quarto antes das 12 hs, só se pagássemos extra, schrei desnecessário , já que a pesar do hotel ser muito grande muitos quartis rsrs a praticamente vazio e bem faltando apenas 46 minutos depois de termos voltado cansados das ruínas? Não liberaram o quarto sem pagamento extra , Ariel, o hdtfpn fs pisco s güi sempre muito prestativo e muito simpático conosco . Enfim é lindo l hotel tudo perfeito, é praticamente no meio da floresta? Ou seja afastado de tudo mas perto das ruínas onde você tem calma e pode relaxar . Jantamos no restaurante do hotel mesmo, b gostosa a comida, do tínhamos nos e um casal que bfm eram hóspedes do hotel . Obrigada tirando algumas visitas foi tudo top . O hotel é lindo 🙌🌺🌺🌺!

Cordial staff, good and adequate food, the Museum very interesting, refecting the work of the founders Frans and Trudy Bloom. The historic grounds are cozy.

The place is nice. If you are not 100% an animal lover, I do not recommend it. There are several not very nice animals hanging around the hotel. And there is a lot of noise at night, the rooms have quite a few insects, such as ants, those that don't bite but climb on your things or clothes. I would recommend the place to fumigate the rooms, out there they have a pretty nice Alberta area. To leave the hotel you have to order a taxi or arrive by car.

The breakfast is good and the service is also very good. The hotel also helped me print boarding passes for free. There is a tour group downstairs that can be reported. I personally think it is quite affordable. It is recommended, and it is safe nearby

It was a very comfortable bed with clean sheets in a beautiful room. The shower was warm and comfortable! The staff family is very helpful and friendly Your son can speak English. and they always make delicious coffee He helped me with a lot of tours and airport transfer procedures. Thank you for your comfortable stay

Todo super bien! Nada que quejarnos. Si volviéramos a san cristobal seguro nos hospedamos en en mismo lugar.
