The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

The overall facilities are decent, but the main issue is the narrow entrance, which makes parking inconvenient. The other entrance has a sewage smell. The breakfast was okay too. On the first night, my room faced the road directly, which was incredibly noisy (and the small window didn't close properly). The constant motorbikes made it impossible to sleep. After talking to the front desk, I was moved to a room not facing the road, which was better, though the pillows were too high to sleep comfortably.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

I had a very pleasant stay at Ritz Hotel Angeles and overall, I was satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to requests. They were easy to approach whenever I needed assistance, which made the stay much more convenient and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. I also appreciated that the room had the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping and hotel staff were attentive, and any requests or concerns were handled efficiently. One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Angeles City and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation option.

Stayed from periode 04/08/26 to 19/08/26 After black out no more HBO & AXN TV channels no longer available but instead only Channel 5 National TV. Requested to set up the digital tv set up box but refused by excused of the bad weather. No internet data access for 15 days from the date on arrival( checked in) until checked out even though the wifi is on & have a powerful signal (with Username : Eurotel Password: E07angeles25 Phone: *********** Bathroom flood, shower water pressure weak, hot water not available. After I filled the form around 6am this morning before I checked out. The TV program none of them, no longer available. What's good about this place : the location very close to SM Clark only 10 minutes walking distance. Mostly staff are friendly.

We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully. Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels. A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained. We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious. The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

Checking in and out was easy. The service was really good. We were able to talk to some employees like the life guards. They were so fun to talk with. One of them was Arnold. My husband enjoyed chatting with them. When we did the inflatable activities they were very helpful and even offered to take pictures of us. It was an amazing experience. For food, since I didn't get a chance to go to the breakfast, for 200php, they delivered the food in our room. We tried the naya bar. My daughter enjoyed the pasta. we ordered chopsuey and the lechon belly. It was ok but not recommended. Again the service was great

Staff are kind and considerate.The food at the restaurant are good too and we enjoyed the jet ski and banana boat.Both swimming pools,they call it salt water and the other is fresh water are both warm water.The sea is warm and clean aswell so enjoyed to the max.
