MmariascapesLocation wise, it is the best! There wwre hiccups where in (1) there were drillings at the next door room and I must say it was loud (2) there were issues on the toilet I had to fix it myself. Pro: location.

GGuest UserThe biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Being within Newport World Resorts also meant easy access to restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options without needing to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s not very spacious, but it had everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Service was efficient and polite. Staff were helpful, especially with check-in and basic requests. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay, layover, or business trip, especially if proximity to the airport is a priority.

@@apieceofmykOverall: 4/5 Location: 4.5/5 Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee. Value: 4/5 Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee. Room: 3/5 The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music. Cleanliness: 5/5 Bathroom was neat and well-maintained. Service: 5/5 Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities: 5/5 Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda. Final Take: Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

SSemayaThere was a convention happening on the day we checked in, so the hotel was understandably very crowded. The reception area had a long queue, and one of the receptionists seemed to take quite a while to process each guest (I’m not sure if he was new). We started queuing at around 1:00 PM and waited for about 30 minutes before it was our turn. When we finally reached the counter, the receptionist informed us that our room was still not ready and asked us to come back at the official check-in time. This was a little disappointing since it was only about 30 minutes before check-in, and we had already noticed other guests being given their rooms before 2:00 PM. Having to queue again after already waiting for 30 minutes wasn’t the best experience. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s directly across from SM Aura and within walking distance of Market! Market!. There’s also a 7-Eleven and Mang Inasal just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. My only concern is that the hotel’s frontage is near a busy intersection, so crossing the street can feel a bit risky. The breakfast was decent, and the coffee served at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Overall, the location and amenities made up for some of the inconvenience during check-in, but I hope the hotel can improve its check-in process, especially during busy periods.

CChie OzakiThis hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!

__nonameatallWe decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people. We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs. Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserStayed at lyf Malate Manila for a night and it exceeded expectations in the heart of Malate’s buzzing scene. The location on Malvar corner Vasquez Street is unbeatable—steps from Robinsons Place Manila mall for food courts, shops, and easy access to Rizal Park, Manila Bay Beach, and the LRT.

JJ.G.P.A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.
