Good location for the exit and exploration of Wrocław. It's nice that there are automatic rollers in the rooms and the reception available 24/7. The hotel includes a gym and a nano shop in the middle of the facility and a tuto santi restaurant with Italian food.

The location couldn't be better. Everything was very quick and self-service. I expected a fridge in the apartment, but there wasn't one. I didn't look into it beforehand, as I assumed it would be standard. I had a problem on the first night with the lighting and air conditioning in the room because it's not easy for guests to figure out, and there are no instructions. The bathroom light is sensor-activated and takes an incredibly long time to turn off. The air conditioning is turned on and off with a master switch. The worst part was the bedside reading lamps. I pressed all the buttons, and they wouldn't turn off for anything. In the end, I had to turn off a master power switch that controls both the air conditioning and these lights (what's the logic in them being linked?!). As a result, I had to leave the windows slightly open and suffered with street noise all night and woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. A precious night wasted. The service was good, not great, as there were apologies but no attempt to make things right. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are completely fluffy, causing a lot of discomfort. Lokalizacja ok, nie ma suszarki do włosów w pokoju trzeba odbierać w recepcji do tego ta suszarka jest jak dla dzieci mała i tylko z ciepłym nawiewem. Brak klimatyzacji w lato sprawia że po prysznicu jest trochę ciężkie powietrze we wnątrz. Minusem jest też to że na pokój trzeba czekać aż do 15:00 a wymeldowanie o 11:00 rano, to nie jest pełna doba wiadomo ale za takie ceny na weekend… następnym razem wezmę Ibis obok przynajmniej będzie z klimatyzacja i suszarka.

Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.

Staying at Ibis Styles Wroclaw Centrum is a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, facing the train station. It is easily accessible as soon as you exit the station. Travelers dragging their luggage can feel at ease and the fatigue of the journey disappears instantly. The surrounding facilities are also very complete, with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. Popular attractions can be reached on foot, making it very convenient for travel. When you enter the hotel, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the procedures are efficient, and the facilities and services are introduced attentively, allowing people to quickly familiarize themselves with the environment. The guest rooms are simple and stylish, with a reasonable layout, comfortable beds, and clean bedding, so you can have a good sleep every night. The room is fully equipped with smart TVs and high-speed Internet, clean bathrooms, and easy-to-use toiletries.

Opposite the train station, it is not far to walk to the old town. Although the equipment is a bit old, the location is OK, and the breakfast is generally the same.

The hotel was very clean and was very clean and was very good for both the room and breakfast. The only thing I would like was the daily cleaning service. I was 3 nights and nobody came to set beds, room, bathroom.

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast. Gym, sauna, plunge pool, steam room and jacuzzi. Central location.
