اولا اخذنا غرفة لمده ثلاث ايام على قدنا وكان الاستقبال جدا خدومين وفيها شباب سورين ممتازين خدومين ومتعاونين مره فيها الاخ محمد والاخ امين والشيف عدنان جدا ممتازين وكل الي فيها خذومين مره تعاملهم جدا كويس والغرف نظيفه وموقعها حلو يبعد تقريبا دقيقتين مشي الين البحيره طلبنا منهم دفايه وفرشة وعلى طول جابوها لنا اشكرهم على تعامله

The staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, and the rooms are saturated with a suffocating and unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

The hotel is very conveniently located: opposite the bus station, where we arrived in the evening from Erzurum, so all we had to do was cross the street. When we passed by this hotel at the beginning of our trip, we saw heavy traffic and were worried about the noise in the rooms, but they put us on the 4th floor, and it was quiet there, and I sleep with earplugs. On departure day, we walked about 40 minutes to the airport. The city center is about 40 minutes' walk away, uphill in some places. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away. The room is spacious and brand new, and we were very pleased with it. There's a kettle with tea and coffee, and water. The room wasn't cleaned for three days, but I think they would have cleaned it if they had asked. Breakfast starts at 7:30, and here's where the hotel's downside became apparent: since the hotel is opposite the bus station, where many buses from Batumi arrive, Georgian groups of people are present at breakfast. They behave very noisily, even shouting and singing, and it's extremely disruptive. However, they've disappeared on weekdays; apparently, if they do come, it's on weekends. On our last day, we arrived for breakfast on time, but found no food or staff. We were about to leave when a kitchen worker, who had overslept, came running, apologizing and promising that everything would be right away. Thankfully, we had time to wait for her. The reception was very friendly.

The place is lakeside and the mosque, and it's a second view of the bedroom like that, and close to the services. The apartment has all the equipment from washing machines and microwave refrigerator and potassium, and also daily cooking and hygiene tools. And also, the treatment is high-end and quick to respond. Residence was very fun.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

Very beautiful, wonderful hotel! The view from the balcony for a million dollars! Wonderful! On the recession friendly guys, always ready to help! We liked so much that we plan to come back here! There is an elevator, wi-fi, teapot, refrigerator, balcony huge, well very large, look amazing! The area is very busy, here everything is great!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I especially want to thank Erol at the reception for his exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Erol was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable for us and was always happy to assist whenever we had a question or needed anything. His friendly attitude and attention to detail genuinely made our stay more enjoyable. It’s people like Erol who make a hotel stay feel special. He represents the hotel extremely well, and his service deserves recognition. Thank you, Erol, for your excellent hospitality and for making us feel so welcome! I stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay. However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m². Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement.

Прекрасное месторасположение, номера маленькие и темные. Окна номера в 2 метрах от окон расположенного рядом здания. В начале пытались взять за проживание на 5% больше. Завтраки дороже чем указано и однообразные. Отель для 3-х звезд нормальный.
