Near airport so no complaints. Took a DiDi cos it's damn affordable. Bus is even more affordable but have to walk slightly further. Either free pickup or drop off only. I choose drop off cos I had a early morning flight. Anyway there was a sign saying no drop offs after 8am. Dunno why. I reached early and the corridor was like a battlefield, linens all over the floor. At least it showed they really changed the linens in every room. My room has this frosted window pane and another clear transparent pane on top just outside the toilet. There were no curtains at the window but there is one nearer the bed so I suggest not walking naked from the bed to the toilet. Receptionist/?boss/driver is the same man. I'm not too sure if I should complain that he was without a smile throughout my check-in process. Oh and no elevator, for those carrying luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor. But lots of nice food in the vicinity!

Good: very closed by train station like 8 mins walk. Front counter lady was helpful. Price was a deal. Bad: cleaning is not done well, we found empty cigarette box under the bed. Provided plastic slippers were extremely dirty which we don't dared to use. Bathroom is very small jam with toilet, open shower and washing machine in approx 16sf room. Therefore, the toilet and washing machine gets wet after every use of shower. Since there was only disposable towels provided (large paper towel), we can't even use it to wipe the toilet dry. Although it's closed by Xiamenbei train station, keep in mind, it's far from tourist place in case you want to visit. It takes almost an hour by subway.

The room was clean and tidy, and quite quiet. The lady at the bar was also very helpful and answered all my questions. The facilities aren't new, but they're decent enough. Just a heads-up: the electric water heater has a small capacity, so it can be a bit tight for washing hair, especially with the current temperatures. For those driving, be aware that parking spots at the hotel entrance are limited and first-come, first-served. If there are no spots available, you'll need to pay for parking elsewhere.

The hotel is in a good location, located on the edge of the ancient city of Zhangzhou , quiet in the middle of noisy, it is very convenient to go to major attractions. The whole house intelligent system is the biggest highlight - voice-controlled lighting/air conditioning, music, ai dialogue, planning tourist routes, and a sense of technology! The room is fully equipped, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and a good night's sleep. The front desk lady is attentive and provides a play route. The top floor rooftop can dry clothes, but also overlook the night view of the ancient city, and the photos are beautiful! The health details are in place, and I will stay here next time.

From the check-in at the front desk to the room service, everyone is warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive, making people feel at home. • Disadvantages: The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there are relatively few places to eat around the hotel. If you want to eat some local specialties, you have to walk a long way. If you are in a hurry or don’t want to toss, the choices are very limited. It is not very convenient to order takeout, the delivery time is long, and there are not many merchants to choose from. If you don’t care too much about the surrounding dining and pursue a comfortable environment and high-quality service, this hotel is still very recommended.

It was very hard to find the place. Even when I found the building there is no information at which floor is the reception. The room and bedding smell like cigarette. I believe someone smoke inside. The staff were very very helpful.

Traveling with my child, we stayed at this hotel near the airport. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the metro station, and there are many bus stops nearby. It's super convenient whether you're going downtown for food and sightseeing or catching a flight at the airport. The front desk staff were quick with check-in and incredibly enthusiastic, which instantly made our travel fatigue with the little one disappear. The bed in the room was super comfortable, and my child slept soundly through the night. The bathroom was clean, and the cleaning staff were very diligent, always keeping it tidy. The value for money exceeded all expectations! Taking the metro from the hotel to Tamsui Old Street was super easy, where we could enjoy all sorts of snacks. Getting to Baishawan by bus was also very quick, and my child absolutely loved it!

The room was impeccably clean, and the host was wonderfully friendly! They even gave me a free room upgrade! On the first day, the host personally escorted me to my room during check-in. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries daily. One day, when these were overlooked, I messaged the host, and she responded immediately, even personally bringing us water, fresh towels, and disposable slippers! The room itself is a converted duplex apartment, though this building primarily consists of similar layouts. The lighting and all amenities were modern and new. I stayed on the 19th floor, and I found the soundproofing to be perfectly sufficient when the windows and door were closed. Right downstairs is a small commercial area with various dining and shopping options. It's incredibly convenient, located less than a 5-6 minute walk from Xiamen North Station. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a projector, contributing to an excellent overall experience! What truly stood out was the daily provision of new, fresh bath towels, which felt much cleaner and more hygienic – a level of service I haven't encountered in previous hotels. And the host's attitude was absolutely outstanding; she felt just like a dear family aunt! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen!

The hotel has a lot of shops beside it. Checking in and out was hassle free. There is a tea set reserved for you once inside. Complete equipment inside. However, the pillow is too hard and thick - it's not very comfortable to sleep on with your head. Cleanliness needs a bit improving, but overall it's okay.
