When I booked the room, I chose a small one, so the size was acceptable. However, the hygiene was really subpar. The room felt dirty as soon as I walked in, probably because it's an older hotel. Since I arrived late, checking out wasn't an option, so I had to make do. There were tiny flies and mosquitoes in the room. Although the hotel provided mosquito repellent devices, they didn't work at all. I ended up having to light mosquito coils, which finally did the trick. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy all over my face and neck, probably from mosquito bites. I checked out the very next day. I had booked three nights through the platform, but only stayed one. The lady at the front desk said the check-out process was complete, so I left. The next day at noon, I noticed on the platform that my booking was still showing as 'in progress' and hadn't been closed. I called the front desk, and this time a very kind gentleman answered the phone (his service attitude was excellent!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽). He helped me contact the front desk lady, confirmed the order, and closed the reservation. My stay was an extremely poor experience, but the customer service gentleman's attitude was outstanding. The hotel is quite close to Zhangzhou Ancient City, about a 5-minute walk, and there are many small alleys with food options nearby.

Honestly, during the off-season, for a room type like this at just over 150 (CNY), staying on the 60th floor is incredibly good value for money. The room itself is quite spacious. I actually booked this place after reading a review, and honestly, I think it's perfectly fine. I dislike situations where customers are clearly in the wrong or leave bad reviews unfairly, and then the boss blames and scolds the staff. I don't like that. So, sometimes when guests are being unreasonable or trying to take advantage, whether it's a staff member or the owner responding, I think it's perfectly acceptable. A spade is a spade.

1. Awesome! The owner was incredibly helpful, assisting with our luggage and repeatedly confirming where he'd be waiting for us. 2. The airport pick-up/drop-off service was super convenient. Just a call after landing, and it saved us a lot of hassle. No more worrying about being tired and struggling to find our way with heavy luggage. 3. The hotel rooms were clean, tidy, and very cozy. Plus, shopping nearby was also convenient.

The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, the room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, the bedding is very new, and the night is very quiet. Parking is also very convenient, you can park in the underground parking garage of the fruit wholesale market next to it, and it is very convenient to buy fruit. There are more mechanical and electrical facades around, and fewer restaurants.

Booked the Joyful Encounter three-bedroom apartment with friends, and it exceeded our expectations! The entire apartment was spacious and bright, with a huge living room perfect for us to gather, chat, and relax. It was spotlessly clean everywhere, with no unpleasant odors. The complex offers free parking, which was super convenient for us as we drove. The location is very close to the airport, so there was no rush at all for our early morning flight. The layout of the rooms was well-designed, allowing multiple guests to stay without disturbing each other. It's definitely our top choice for group travel and get-togethers – we'll be back next time we travel together!

The beds were really comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay and noticeably improving my sleep quality. The room came with complimentary bottled water, and more could be requested if needed. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and polite, contributing to a great overall experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast. The facilities were clean and spacious. The room rate was affordable, offering excellent value for money. The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient transportation links. The surrounding area is lovely, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. Plus, there's a laundry room with a dryer. It's not far from the beach or the airport. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Perfect location. There is Minnan cuisine downstairs, and it is also close to Jinjiang Second Gymnasium. Affordable price. No price increase. The downside is that the facilities are relatively old, but everything is available. Recommended to stay!

Living is very comfortable, the room is clean and quiet, and the rest is particularly good. The front desk has a good attitude, good work, security is in place, convenient travel around, comfortable and clean environment, it is very worry-free to live here on business, and the overall experience is superb.

The room was great value for money. The room wasn't very big, the bed was a bit far from the window, and the natural light wasn't great. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the light switch was very sticky and difficult to use. I chose the side of the room closest to the parking lot, so there wasn't much of a view from the window, and the soundproofing wasn't very good either; the noise from the traffic still reached me while I was sleeping.

The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Its convenient location made getting around super easy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, completely lacking the oppressive feel you sometimes get in older hotels. What impressed me most was the bed – the mattress was just the right firmness, and the duvet was so fluffy. Once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! Even the pillows were incredibly comfortable; I slept straight through till morning, and it even cured my insomnia, haha!
