SOMCHAI CHAROENTANGEKWONG
I spend 45 minutes standing for checking in the hotel. There are three check in counters but only one was operating with very slow speed. Before me only four queues but took about 45 minutes to process all of them. First impression was so bad.
Location, cleanliness, foods, and facilities all good except the services of the staff. I don't know how Lego could allow such a service quality to its own brand.
If you never visit I would recommend but be prepared for the poorly service mind of the staff. For me, one is enough.
Rather go to other countries than Legoland Korea.

- Location: Gyeongpo Beach side is a hotel many 2030 squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky squeaky s It's really quiet. So I often eaten in Gyeongpo and took a taxi.
- Not bad, but overall a little poor
1. No quilt, just a very thin cloth on the mattress
2. I can't lie down watching TV (only a mat on the double floor TV is below)
3. The terrace is small and the door is not locked
4. Spa bathtub is good. But dust comes out. A little lack of hot water. Spa facilities but no robes. Towels were a bit wet
- Good point.
1. It's quiet and not ocean view, but the sea is very close
2. The rooftop barbecue place was good
3. ok to take pictures
4. It's a good place to take a lot of luggage
I told you what you needed by text with the boss.

Guest UserThis was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff!
Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal.
I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent).
The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)!
It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m.
The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask.
Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold.
The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

Guest UserNice place to stay. Very close to Mona Yongpyong Ski Resort. Nice view. Ample parking space. Spacious Room. Ondol room can fit 6 people. Kitchenette provided for cooking. There was an issue with our toilet where the toilet bowl is clogged. When we contact the front desk, they promptly send a staff to fix the toilet. Everything is perfect and we enjoy our stay at Tower Condominium.

Anonymous UserGreat location! I stayed for 3 nights. It’s clean but they made a cleaning service only on 3rd day. On 2nd day, they just changed the trash can. It’s their rule. Good view! Luggage storage also available, so everything is okay. But I didn’t see other daily support like small lotion pack, toothpaste like other hotels provide. There’s only 2 tea packs and 2 coffee brew packs and 2 water bottles. But they gave 2 one time used indoor slippers.

Anonymous UserSlightly dated hotel but I think that was the vibe they were aiming for. Otherwise relatively clean and comfortable. Best factor is that it is really convenient if you're planning for an early start to hiking in Seoraksan.
Only thing that would have really made this hotel 5 stars for me is if there was pick up provided from Sokcho.

Because it was a weekday during the off-season, the price-to-performance ratio was really good. The location was good and parking was easy~ There was a place to separate trash on each floor, and it was nice that there was a large convenience store inside the building! The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, the kitchen was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was good, so there was no inconvenience at all. I tried to order chicken through room service, but the BHC in the building that was supposed to be open 365 days a year seems to be closed on Mondays. I had it delivered from a different branch. The front desk staff was also kind! The cat named Pepe, which is probably the resort's cat, was also super cute. I often come to Gangwon-do to go fishing, but from now on, when I come to Goseong, I'll have to come here! I'll have a good stay~!

Guest UserThe check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and impatient. As tourists who are not familiar with public transport online ticketing, we needed assistance, but the staff was not helpful. Better customer service and support for international guests are needed.
