The CR NEEDS UPGRADING. NEED BiDET AND HOT WATER. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND NO TELEVISION! WIFI GOOD. Absolutely no soap no toilet paper no shampoo.. Ridiculous at the price. GV hotels are failing in amenities.

The room is nice. Affordable rate good for 4 pax. Its on the center of downtown. Though the CR has bad smell and AC is not cold enough. There's an issue with the door as it can't be locked when we go outside but the staff are easy to approach with and they fixed the issue immediately.

They are selling a 18 m2 room. They want to deliver an 8 m2 room. I objected, they showed me a 12 m2 room. I accepted so that there would be no kava. They did this again in Manila. Write honestly what the room size is. It is a very ugly behavior to market a room that does not exist. People are shocked at the reception with their suitcases.

The location is accessible going to Kalanggaman Island and stores. Ate Anita the BnB owner is very accommodating and friendly. She is also caring in terms of serving our food for breakfast. ๐Ÿฅฐ

I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in naval! The staff was amazing, friendly, provided excellent service and treated me and my girlfriend like family! Clean, hot showers, great air-conditioning, everything we asked fir was done immediately. We even had hot showers, wifi and electricity during a brownout!! I will always book here when in naval!! GGuest UserThe hotel is generally fine. We enjoyed spending the night for sleeping. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The rates are also low. However, improvements on the food service is needed as the time coverage is limited. No breakfast offered earlier thank 10 AM. The TV has no cable nor accounts for streaming. The guest has to have its own account/code to access it. WIFI is also good but passwords are valid only 24 hours. Can be connected again for another password - a minor inconvenience.

AAnonymous UserGreat service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.

BBradIf you're looking for a cheap hotel room to sleep in, then this is for you. It is very spacious even if you book a single room,, with TV and AC. It is located at the center of the town. It has basic amenities, with a shower but don't expect a hot shower since it's only cheap for backpackers. I only have one issue, the toilet has a very strong pee smell and they didn't clean it. I hope they will clean it next time since this room is a good deal.
