Very neat and comfortable

Location and service was good but the room was a big let down, was clean but definitely not worth what they charge, the divan beds are super old and mattress very uncomfortable, I have stayed in better places for less money.

Had such a lovely stay! Room was clean and service was excellent. Was lucky enough to eat at the pub as well and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to pass through Shaftesbury.

Check in ended at 6 pm, the email sent by the hotel did not pay attention, and the result was to the hotel entrance iron general to the door. I feel that the owner is especially enthusiastic about Chinese guests (actually he is very good to all guests) because he has a Beijing wife. Although this time she returned to Beijing and did not have a chance to meet, but a cross-ocean phone call brought our feelings closer. What you would expect from Travel lodge. 2 pints of *tella for £7 in their happy hour(s) 17:00 - 19:00 My toilet flush & sink drain was dodgy but nothing to complain about. Rported to reception when leaving & note was taken. CAR PARKING.... MAKE SURE IT'S DONE CORRECTLEY, LAST STAY HAD THE PARKING COMPANY DO ME OVER EVEN WITH PROOF OF BOOKING!!
