The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities. There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded. Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat. This kept the changing rooms clean and dry, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint was that my capsule felt a bit cold. Even with thermal underwear under the provided loungewear, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the chill. It would be even more comfortable if blankets were available for rent or if the room temperature could be adjusted.

This was the third time I used it, but it is my favorite hotel with a cute appearance. I was able to spend comfortably this time. Thank you.

When I opened the door, there was a small vertical dog run in the corridor, and the corridor was narrow, but it was good to have a space for pets to play. There is a door in the room in front of the dog run, so you don't have to worry about running away even if you jump out of the room. It seems that if you want to go to the room, you will also get a pet staircase. Human amenities are similar to business hotels. There is also a free bath salt, shampoo, rinse rental, and free wine in the lounge. There is a free massage chair (only one). There was no curfew, and there were not many people in and out, and I was able to spend it comfortably. Also, it seems that you are protecting cats, and there is also a space to interact with cats in another building. It was a hotel that was easy to spend.

I had a wonderful stay at Ryokan Tsukasa in Sendai. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. My room was beautifully designed in the style of a traditional Japanese house, and I had the unique experience of sleeping on the floor like a true Japanese. I also loved wearing the traditional robe provided in the room — it added an authentic touch to the stay. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this ryokan to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Sendai!

quite dated hotel, a lot of things are quite old/dated/worn, location is ok, ＜10min walk from station, convenience stores nearby, 10min walk to the ferry and eating places. mostly clean and neat, amenities available. for price, not bad. walls are quite thin, so you hear next door noises. Shower water temp tends to be slightly not too stable. no electric outlets near bed, not convenient

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was given a certificate of accommodation, and the breakfast was delicious. In particular, the attitude towards foreigners was good, they were able to help me right away when I forgot my key, and the hotel staff were very kind. I think it's so good that I'd like to book again next time I travel to Tohoku.
