The room is big with all the amenities. Our room is facing the sea, we were able to see the sun rise, super gorgeous! The onsen is also great, free for us, and it is open to the public with surcharge. The hostel location is 10/10, close to the Aoshima island, and there is a big park nearby! We enjoyed our stay.
We were on the 5th floor, but the location was not good.
Probably because of the direction!
The staff were friendly.
The room seemed spacious.
The amenities were average, and the bathroom had an ammonia smell, which was disappointing.
Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable!
We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.
During my trip to Miyazaki,
This was the last accommodation that decorated the trip.
I had high expectations because it was a place that could create a home-like atmosphere or a camping feeling,
and it was exactly as I expected in the pictures.
As written in the review, the owner was very kind.
Even though I suddenly asked to light charcoal, he kindly lit it himself.
He also lent me a pot and prepared all the chopsticks and bowls for me…
Next time, I think we should bring our own chopsticks and bowls in advance. 🤣
And the stars in the evening are no joke. Living in the noisy city, this healing place is even better. The location is good, the accommodation is in good condition,
It is a place where you can rest comfortably like at home, and it is the best accommodation for the price.
You will regret staying for only one day… An accommodation that makes you want to stay one more day ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Next time I come to rest, I'll make a reservation here right away
I want to rest for 2~3 days
And if you contact the owner in advance, they'll pick you up and drop you off at the airport
It was an accommodation that made it possible to have a barbecue while abroad
and happily end my last day
Aoshima Beach is also close, so you can walk around the town slowly.
Very nice hotel if you want to experience traditional ryokan. Good services and very close to takachiho gorge especially if you want to go there early. Quiet and calm location too.
Paid parking is available, a welcome drink is provided upon check-in, the rooms are of moderate size, and the hotel is close to Miyazaki shopping street, making it convenient for shopping. There have been no complaints.
We were heading to Takachiho Gorge from Miyazaki, and we hoped to arrive there early in the morning, so we stayed in Nobeoka the night before. The twin room is less than NT$1,600. Although it is an old hotel, the service staff is very friendly and the room has all the necessary toiletries and facilities. Luggage storage is no problem. Anyway, I am quite satisfied.
The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There are a variety of soup options, especially the cave hot springs. It is very comfortable to soak. It is a very good experience. The hotel staff is warm and professional and worthy of praise.

MMei OFriendly staff and clean lodging.
We booked half board which was worthwhile as the food quality was great and especially when restaurants close early within the area, saved us looking for dinner. However, there are a few time slots we need to abide to, which is fine as attractions usually are closed by late afternoon anyway.
There is onsen in this accommodation, but it's not big. Enclosed onsen with no external views, and the water has some medical component added thus making the water reddish which may deter guests not accustomed to the color.
The Ryokan location is convenient for walking to a few attractions (for those who enjoy walking about 15-30mins to either attraction), which include Takachiho Kagura performance (pre-booking required), Takachiho Gorge, Takachiho Amaterasu Railway - scenic train ride.
Do note the train rides cannot be pre-booked, and end by 3PM in the afternoon.
And Takachiho Gorge Boat Rental should be pre-booked, with time slot bookings open 7 days before.

GGuest UserAmazing view and quiet. Super clean and well managed. Feels like camping with a real bed. Or a retreat.
Bathroom is shared but extremely clean.
I thought it would be more noisy on weekends but surprisingly it wasn't.
If you are walking it's an hour away from the JR station.
Food options are rare closeby, but you can use a fridge and microwave.
すすんたろThe old private house in the tree 々 and the wide garden is rich in nature and is very attractive, but it is a form of share house, and the administrator is almost absent, and only the guest is staying Because it is I felt that there were many anxiety materials 々 in the case of something.
Because on the day of the stay, everyone in the midnight was sleeping quietly around 3 a.m., and someone came in, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and it was noisy, and I couldn't sleep during this time.
If you have stayed at this inn once, you can come in with a face that doesn't eat even if you don't have a lodging procedure.
Given the possibility of this, I feel it is better to review the management method.
I think that the guest is not only a good person, and some people treat the room and facilities rough, so if you think so, the house is pathetic.
KKong 123You have to drive your own car to reach the hotel, but the hotel facilities are very good. There is a garden outside the door for BBQ. The hotel rooms are clean and there is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The place is spacious and it is a good choice if you like to prepare your own meals.
JJohnny Lye On SiongYunomoto Onsen has everything a Ryokan offered. The staff try their best to explain to us in English.
The Kaiseki Dinner and Breakfast was very good.
DDChan viajandoYou check in at the office and get assigned a cabin in the complex. The roads look a bit tight but you can get to them in a small car and careful driving. Got given a discount ticket to a nearby local bath which was nice. Great view from the cabin I had.
GGuest UserThe service was good; one of the receptionists spoke English. The rooms were very clean. The only downside was having to leave the key at the front desk when leaving was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was decent.
GGuest UserYou get to experience a tatami room here. I'm not sure about the soundproofing; the rooms are separated by just one wooden door. If you're looking for a room like those in Japanese dramas, this is it. It's a bit old, but it feels like visiting grandma's house. However, since it's a tatami room, it's a bit cold. Maybe that's why they provided thick blankets, and with those, sleeping wasn't an issue!
Oh, and the bathroom only had hand soap and shampoo! I brought my own, so I didn't ask for more, so I'm not sure if there usually isn't anything else.
