"It was good. Staff are very friendly. The room was clean. It was quiet and I had a restful sleep."

Dd_takoI stayed at the capsule hotel.
The location was great, and I was able to walk to the Ruri Five-Story Pagoda.
The staff were very helpful, even at night, and I was provided with a work kimono (work clothes), two towels, slippers, and other amenities, and I could even choose my own pillow, so I was very satisfied!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in front of Xinshankou Station and the traffic is very convenient. Although some facilities look a bit old, they are well maintained, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the equipment outside the room window is noisy.

MMkoalkoVery warm and cozy place. It's great it's near the ube station. Love the villagers, they will help you around but at some point, I feel bad with my broken language. For my first time in Japan. This place is so great and they make good breakfast. I really love it.

GGuest UserIt was fine, even has a small onsen and washing machines. The location very much feels like the middle of nowhere! A few local restaurants and convenience stores nearby but not much else.
The cleanliness of the toilets on the first floor could be improved.

One thing that bothered me was that a Korean or Chinese person got into the bathtub without washing themselves, and after soaking for a long time, they started lying down on the edge of the bathtub, which made me feel uncomfortable.

WwchisatowThe rental cycle was free and convenient. There are many kinds of welcome drinks and alcohol can be selected. There was also a large bath and a laundry facility, so I was able to heal the fatigue of a long trip slowly.

GGuest UserYes, although the private hotel, the room is newly renovated, 200 meters from the JR station over the overpass, there is a big supermarket 50 meters next to the hotel to buy sashimi cooked food... a lot of food, and medicine. All Japanese hotels have the same hot water for 24 hours, it is dry and wet, great. There is no breakfast, you can buy it in the big supermarket.

GGuest UserI was looking forward to the hot springs, but I was a little disappointed because it was a time setting that was difficult to take a bath on my schedule. I wanted to enter twice a day. There was a slippery part and a okay part in the bathtub, so it was dangerous if you didn't care not to fall. The hot water was very pleasant.
The staff was very kind. The car was stopped by muryo, but I was grateful for always being careful so that it could be parked safely.
The room was non-smoking and I didn't mind the smell, but the elevator was spicy with the smell of cigarettes and perfume. I was hypersensitive, and I was stuck with a towel to block my nose and mouth.

HHIRO.SAAbout 8 minutes walk from Iwakuni Station. There is a shopping street nearby, and it is small but like a downtown area, so I don't think it is troublesome to eat and drink. Convenience stores are also in front of you. Thank you for the free parking lot. The room is also a large bath and is kept clean, although it is not new.
