Pros: Ada automated check out check in system, ada front desk staff. Dalam bilik ada jag air dan dua cawan. Washroom is clean.  Cons: Parking limited (paid street parking). Some rooms have limited space, no heater no hair dryer. Tv got only one channel (most of the rooms) and no sound kahkah

If you're not too picky about the environment, this place might be an option, but it's quite noisy. The room feels a bit stuffy when the door is closed, and the exhaust fan is very loud when on. The location is quite easy to find; it's the leftmost building after you get off the free shuttle bus.

Stayed at One Avenue Hotel and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel provides free parking at LG2, which is very convenient, especially if you’re driving. One of the highlights was the complimentary Malaysian-style breakfast — simple but satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the overall experience even better. Do note that a refundable deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in, which is returned during checkout. Another plus point is the convenient location, with mamak stalls nearby for late-night food and a 99 Speedmart within walking distance for any essentials. Overall, a great value stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

Service highlights include: 24-hour front desk, express check-in/check-out, multilingual staff, etc. Location highlights: Close to a gas station, near attractions/business districts/shopping malls, and the surrounding area is safe and quiet. However, there isn't a convenience store nearby, but if you don't mind, you can grab a coffee at the Starbucks located at the gas station.

Good location surrounded with cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Sunway Pyramid Mall is within the proximity.

The hotel is really clean, no good as what you see from the picture as advertised. Strategic locations, next to it is Aeon. Very spacious king size room. Perfect staying!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to ampang point mall. Ground floor have nasi kandar restaurant. Nearby have many restaurants and shops. Stay here to go zoo negara the next day. Take around 15 minutes drive to zoo negara

I only had a short stay (few hours) for short rest and move on. Overall place is convenient, walking distance from MRT stadium kajang Didn’t expect they have a lift in a small place, quite amazed Comfortable bed and nice shower water pressure

Good experienced stay in this hotel. Need to climb stair since no lift available. The room was descent with clean room. Equipt with TV for in-house intertainment. Good location above shoplot, near to hospital and shopping complex.
