I had a really pleasant stay at The Pad Co-Living Cebu and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu City. The location is one of its biggest highlights — very accessible and close to IT Park, malls, cafes, and restaurants, which made getting around super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and I appreciated how organized and minimalist the space felt. The air-conditioning worked well, and the overall cleanliness of both the room and common areas was impressive.

We just checked out, and our stay was truly wonderful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly as shown in the photos. We also loved how peaceful the place was, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the breakfast was delicious! Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 💖

The location is good, a 5-minute drive to Cebu South Bus Station. Near Malls and restaurants. The only problem was the other guests are very noisy even if it is still 6 AM. But if your looking for a budget friendly hotel I can suggest this.

The hotel location is great for 1 night stay if you have early flight, the room itself is smaller but can accommodate 3 person the only problem is it has a share bathroom and no hot water for a shower not ideal if you have very early flight and need shower unless you can handle a cold shower and in common bath, In my case I have to upgrade to private room that cost me additional 650 pesos in addition to my payment of 941 pesos but it has a hot shower and private bathroom, although I can get at the sane amount in a better and more comfortable hotel in the area. The staff us very helpful and accommodating they provide a microwave and kittle to make a hot water but you have to buy your own water. All in all it was ok.

It was a last minute booking. We arrive at the property at 8:00 p.m from a long trip, and good thing there are still available rooms. The receptionist (both Kuya and Ate), whom I think the owner or the caretaker are very friendly and accommodating. They answer all our inquiries, and even give us some tips on where to book online and some details about when they started opening the place etc..The place is very new, and the rooms are very clean and new. We've been to many places but this is the only place that has a swimming pool and their rooms and bed are big with our own bathroom/toilet, aircon, TV and free wifi, and it is only 700pesos per night for 2 pax. However, they do not have a hanging rack inside the bathroom, but they have a hanging cabinet where you can hang your clothes and you can also hang your wet clothes outside the room. How we wish we saw this place first because the place we booked before this, we also paid 700 pesos but it does not have a pool, and the room is very small with a double deck bed, and it does not have a TV and private toilet/bathroom. As per Kuya, they also offer catering services and private events to be held in their place. They also have free coffee and water in their mini pantry just in front of the pool. They also have breakfast if you want to book with breakfast. They also have a menu of their available foods at a reasonable price. Overall, we really like this place, what you see in the pictures are exactly what you get in actual. We will book this place again to celebrate the birthday of my partner's brother. Thank you,

Wonderful Stay — Peaceful, Clean, and Budget-Friendly! I stayed here for 7 nights and had a very satisfying experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, which makes it perfect for rest and relaxation. You also have a good sense of privacy during your stay. The hotel is budget-friendly but still very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and staff are all accommodating and friendly, especially Sir Bobby in the kitchen, he’s very kind and always helpful. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping my room neat and tidy every day. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and peaceful place to stay.

Overall, the room is good and spacious enough, the staff is average with amenities sometimes missing and needing to be requested multiple times, though some staff are very professional and kind helping with our belongings and apologizing when we smells a pungent smell in the room and requested a change, which led us to book there multiple times but there are also times when staff are not recommendable due to how they handle our questions and requests.

AAina M. L. LoronaI had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

TTheo StanI had the pleasure of staying at the Tsai Hotel and Residences, and it was an experience worth noting. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff and seamless check-in process set the tone for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, offering proximity to key attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it ideal for leisure and business travelers alike. The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings that combined comfort and functionality. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the availability of essential amenities that catered to every need. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a great plus for staying connected. The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, featuring local and international dishes that appealed to all palates. The in-house restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience. What truly set the Tsai Hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any request. While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!

SSharonCaillesThere is one staff that disappointed us. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels,  Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu

PPriedu34Zerenity Hotel and Suites – A Tranquil and Convenient Retreat in the City Zerenity Hotel and Suites offers a refreshing blend of comfort, convenience, and modern aesthetics, making it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Based on our recent stay, here’s a breakdown of the overall experience: Cleanliness – 4/5 The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout its premises. The rooms are generally spotless, with neatly made beds, clean linens, and sanitized bathrooms. Common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and dining spaces are well-kept. However, a slight deduction comes from minor details like occasional dust on furniture edges or slightly worn-out towels that could use replacement. Location – 5/5 Zerenity’s location is one of its strongest assets. Situated within easy access to major business districts, restaurants, malls, and public transport, it’s ideal for both tourists exploring the city and professionals attending meetings or conferences. Despite its central location, the hotel still provides a peaceful atmosphere tucked away from the city’s noise. Service – 4/5 The staff at Zerenity are courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. Check-in and check-out processes are efficient, and concierge services are reliable. While the service is generally commendable, there are moments when it feels slightly understaffed during peak hours, leading to slower response times. Still, their warm demeanor makes up for it. Amenities – 5/5 Zerenity Hotel and Suites goes above and beyond in terms of amenities. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with modern interiors, high-speed Wi-Fi, a relaxing garden area, and well-equipped function rooms. The presence of an in-house café and wellness spaces adds a thoughtful touch to guests looking to unwind or stay productive. Overall Impression: Zerenity Hotel and Suites successfully delivers a serene stay in the heart of the city. With its strategic location, top-notch amenities, and attentive service, it provides excellent value for money. Minor areas for improvement in housekeeping and staff coordination could make the experience even more seamless. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, Zerenity is a tranquil haven worth considering.

MMa EvangelistaOur stay at Jelly Sea Resort was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly caring and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and ideal for our family of three, especially since we were traveling with a kid. The beachfront location was stunning, offering breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-fridge, water heater, bidet, hair dryer, and complete bath essentials. The resort offered a lot of water activities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The booking included free use of a bamboo raft, kayaking, snorkeling, and access to three cliff-diving spots for the adventurous. We also loved the freediving opportunities and appreciated the swimming peripherals provided, like goggles, life jackets, and aqua shoes. These thoughtful inclusions made exploring the beautiful waters so much fun and hassle-free. The food was excellent! Portions were generous and perfect for sharing. Plus, the free breakfast was a great way to start our days. The resort also provided fast and reliable WiFi, which was a big plus. The only minor downside was the lack of nearby stores for snacks, as the resort mainly serves meals. I strongly suggest picking up some snacks before checking in. That said, the staff went above and beyond—special thanks to Kuya Wing for helping me get what I needed from outside, which was a lifesaver since I was traveling with a kid! Overall, I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Jelly Sea Resort is truly a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, activity-packed, and family-friendly getaway.

GGuest UserIt is spacious and clean. However, the shower head is not working. There’s a little soap, but no shampoo. The TV doesn’t seem to work as well. The WIFI connection sometimes lagged. When I messaged the hotel to inquire for an early check in I got no response nor email reply or text reply from them.. But so far just fine, since we only stayed there for a night. If you are looking for something with complete hotel accessories and amenities then this isn’t for you. But if you are just going to drop by for a night then this might do good.

EEricMGood location. Easy to walk to from the Ferry terminal. The staff was friendly. Stores are a little walk from the hotel, so not super convenient, but not too bad. This place though is not a place for quiet relaxation by the beach. Karaoke with thumping bass started before 6am and lasts till after midnight. I stayed on a weekend so maybe during the week it's different... Then at night there is also a club further down the beach which adds extra noise at night. I can deal with music at night.... but before 6am? I know some people like this, but it's not my style. so be warned... if quiet is what you want... it's not here.
