It was the best microhotel that we've visit, well it's not our first time to visit GenSan and find a great microhotel. That this place is fantastic, a great environment and perfect ambiance at all. Staff are great too, and they actually serve a break fast which just amazing to enjoy it with my love of my life.

Hello! Hotel leaves the best. The rooms do not match the declared photos on the hotel website and on the Internet photos. The rooms were cleaned badly, the beds were present with hair.

I have travel all iver the world and stay in many hotels and I can honestly say that the staff are exceptional in evthey do..made to feel so welcome and before even ask gor anything needed they already offer you it.yes marks Sheena and other 2gentlemen work there are truly the best staff I've had in any hotel ...brilliant at their job and go above and beyond. I ca by recommend this hotel enough..Wirth every penny..I'll be staying there every time back in gensan...tha k you so much for your help service and lovely manners impeccable work...excellent 10 out of 10..from Davie a well traveled scotsman...

Perfect for business travel. The room had strong Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and everything I needed to stay productive. The front desk team was quick, efficient, and very accommodating with requests. The hotel’s location made transportation easy, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free.

This Resort, London beach resort was not what I was expecting . I was hope for a long beach and somewhere to relax and rest for a few days . The beach is enclosed and was small and very busy . Live music played until after midnight on a stage location not far from the hotel rooms .  The restaurant is ok good food , small portions and fair price . Staff a generally nice and the WiFi works ok . I will not use again .

This hotel is mot 5 star, but the service is. They are amazing! i conducts meetings online and it is essential i have strong internet connection. they move me to another room that had a stronger connection and everything went smoothly. SM is waljing distance and the area around the hotel is loaded with food places and 2 banks.

The place was great. But they need to add some amenities fit for staycations. If you want a quiet place to stay, then you can go stay at this place.

Super good location it is near malls and hospitals and a lot of restaurants. The check in is smooth and the room is spacious and clean. Only downside at least during our stay is the ongoing renovations we can hear the drillings in our room but it stops during the night. The breakfast buffet was also relocated to a nearby resto so we had to walk a bit to get there but so close not really a hassle. The food selections in the breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming though I think fair enough for the price. Over-all a recommended place to stay in GenSan!
