While the breakfast selection isn't particularly luxurious, it's perfectly adequate for a simple daily meal. If you're visiting Kota Kinabalu for leisure or business and looking for an affordable, well-located, and brand-backed place to stay, this is a very practical and comfortable choice.

I had a really pleasant experience as a solo traveller. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, which made the stay very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the amenities, which exceeded my expectations. Everything was convenient and easy to access. The atmosphere was relaxing and felt safe for solo travel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

This hotel experience exceeded all expectations! The location is excellent with convenient transportation, and the room is spacious and clean with comfortable bedding that helped me sleep soundly. New hotel, all the amenities in the room are brand new too. The staff are friendly 😍 the room is very clean and comfortable. There's a lift. The hotel area is close to markets and malls, easily within walking distance. Finding parking can be a bit challenging but it's manageable. What's for sure is that staying here is truly great. The price is reasonable. Got a good deal for 2 nights, happened to be a promotion when I booked. Forgot to take pictures of the room and hotel because I was out and about the whole time 😂 Will definitely stay at Sri***a Hotel again next time I'm in KK. Thanks!

What we thought would be a pleasant stay in KK turned out to be a very uncomfortable one. I couldn’t sleep through most of the night due to the aircon being malfunctioned. Although it was set to the coolest temperature on turbo mode, the room was still warm and stuffy & was not cold no matter how long we waited. Furthermore, the noise from the nearby road was unbearable and you could hear loud vehicles zooming past Jalan Coastal every few seconds, disrupting our piece. The good side however, was the shared washing machine and dryer which we used. Would not recommend Homi Breeze to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep. It wiuld be good if there is a fan at least to ventilate the room or bave the aircon fixed.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk to Gaya Street. It's super convenient for dining, snacks, and buying souvenirs nearby. The hotel elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds a good sense of security. However, the room facilities are very basic; there's no bedside table, just a small stool. There's nowhere to put your backpack except on the floor. The bed is also too high. The hotel's cleaning service is quite flexible; you can request daily cleaning or just ask for trash disposal and toilet paper refills, catering to guest preferences. However, you need to inform the front desk before 11 AM daily for these requests.

I have stayed in this hotel before and this time round I chose to stay in this hotel. It was a good selection because it’s convenient for my business purposes. It’s close to the airport and easy to grab rides. However, this time round the room was not up to par because the air-conditioning was not working in pristine condition, room felt rather warm.

The hotel was very comfortable. I stayed here for four days in Kota Kinabalu. It is located in the city center, which is very convenient. It is surrounded by the famous Gaya Street, which is full of delicious food. It was great!

I request room near lift and near receptionist no corner room unfortunately I get room far from lift and receptionist and get corner room. Air bertakung di dalam bilik, jadi kurang selesa 😢

Stayed at Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu recently and had a really pleasant experience! ✨ The hotel is in a very strategic location right in the city center, making it super convenient to walk to nearby food spots, shopping areas, and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained after the renovation. I also appreciated how peaceful the atmosphere was despite being in a busy area. Staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Great value for money if you're looking for a comfortable stay in KK without overspending. Perfect for both business trips and short getaways.
