The hotel was newly renovated and looked fresh at first glance, but the smell was still very strong and stung my eyes. The renovation seemed a bit shoddy, with many small fixtures falling off easily. You'd notice it if you stayed there. There was a super long spiderweb hanging from the wardrobe all the way down to my thigh! Luckily, I dodged quickly and pulled the web off to throw it away – it was quite disgusting. The bedding material was rough and uncomfortable, but both pillows were great for sleeping. Since I arrived so late, I was too tired to report these issues. However, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the location was super convenient and affordable. These two points alone were enough for me.

Everything was so good. I enjoyed stayed at Homi Breeze. The room was so beautiful, clean, tidy & comfortable. There are also have washer & dryer to wash ur cloth for free. The customer service also nice & very helpful. Will repeat again here next time. Very very recommended for those come to kk for travel or any business. 5 star !

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk to Gaya Street. It's super convenient for dining, snacks, and buying souvenirs nearby. The hotel elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds a good sense of security. However, the room facilities are very basic; there's no bedside table, just a small stool. There's nowhere to put your backpack except on the floor. The bed is also too high. The hotel's cleaning service is quite flexible; you can request daily cleaning or just ask for trash disposal and toilet paper refills, catering to guest preferences. However, you need to inform the front desk before 11 AM daily for these requests.

I have stayed in this hotel before and this time round I chose to stay in this hotel. It was a good selection because it’s convenient for my business purposes. It’s close to the airport and easy to grab rides. However, this time round the room was not up to par because the air-conditioning was not working in pristine condition, room felt rather warm.

The hotel was very comfortable. I stayed here for four days in Kota Kinabalu. It is located in the city center, which is very convenient. It is surrounded by the famous Gaya Street, which is full of delicious food. It was great!

I request room near lift and near receptionist no corner room unfortunately I get room far from lift and receptionist and get corner room. Air bertakung di dalam bilik, jadi kurang selesa 😢

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained after the renovation. I also appreciated how peaceful the atmosphere was despite being in a busy area. Staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Great value for money if you're looking for a comfortable stay in KK without overspending. Perfect for both business trips and short getaways.
