3-Star Hotels in Sabah, Malaysia

It's good enough for our family of 3 during our stay in Kota Kinabalu for my mum's appointment at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The location is convenient, easy to move around.

Everything is great but I still want to say my distaste about check in and checkout time which I believe ridiculously unfair for guests

I stayed at the Livingston Hotel Sandakan for two nights during a public holiday and overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience. The hotel offers a good balance of comfort and affordability.

Sea view is good but window need cleaning. Furniture, bed, covers, towels and facilities have shown its age, time for some changes. Parking is convenient with basement car park with access to lift . The hotel is wheelchair friendly. Water pressure is good but drain need clearing. No fridge, but have safe. Only one room card which is needed for activating the room's electricity, lift also require it as security access, hence might need to request an extra if there is more than one person who might decide to stay in the room while other goes out. Location is good for travellers with car, no heavy traffic. Fast n easy check in and out.

The room is very comfortable and the staffs are friendly and nice. But most importantly, you can watch one of the most amazing sunrise directly from the room.

I like this hotel. Easy to locate. Ample parking.Clean room. Restaurants easy to reach. Near to the airport and KK town. We'll return . Recommended to others.

Good! Friendly staff with warm welcome during check in and check out. Speedy check in and check out. Room is clean and comfortable with a good view and good room’s rate! In future for sure will book for friends who ever visit us in Tawau.

Nice hotel ,but It's hard to find good food nearby with walking distance . But Hotel restaurant have good coffee & fusion western food .

Noise levels were manageable, and I was able to get a decent night's sleep. The location was convenient for my meetings, with a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was polite, though not particularly engaging. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again for leisure, but for a straightforward business trip, it did the job.
